I wanted to fix a mistake and could not get back into section to fix it. Also thought it was a free template until I had worked through the entire thing. Also concerned that if I don't follow up to cancel a subscription I will be paying some fee indefinitely into the future and would like to unsubscribe from that service.

There was nothing to let me know--at least I don't think so--that I would be charged in order to save it in an Adobe Format. It's not too expensive--I'll only need it for one day--but I would rather have known.
Also there was a place where it kept capitalizing something even though I kept changing it.
Found in when I looked for something that worked with Open Office.
Seemed to fit what I needed and be relatively easy to use

I have discovered a major problem with billing and subscription.
I have found myself with a completely unintended rolling monthly subscription (charged to my credit card) when I consciously paid for a single one-time use on a single day in May 2020. In seeking to correct this problem, I have now found myself with "one month free". I was trying not to be lost to your system while the matter is sorted out. It was a lot easier than other sites. Worth the money spent using the service. The only thing having trouble editing the resume. How do I do that after it has been created.

Your pricing scheme gave only the option for $34.95 per month after I had completed my resume under the impression the service was free. Only after attempting to cancel was the $3.00 a month option shown. I find that very misleading and predatory.
It was reccomended.
