It says on your website that the resume tool is free so I spent an hour creating my resume and now I am being asked to pay for it -- this is wrong

This site promised free assistance. Love the ease of uploading my own resume and formatting with the resume builder. However, super disappointed that it was not free.

The subscription process is weird. It costs 24 dollars a month to. But as an individual use, how many times am I going to make a CV? Maybe a subscription process that allows one CV?

Hloom forced me to get the 4 weeks subscription when i need only 1 week subscription, very cheam move, did not like it. NOT using hloom ever again.

Nowhere on the website (where I was looking for FREE templates) does it say that in order to actually use the templates, you have to add your personal credit card information and pay an actual fee. I was simply looking for a free template, and was not looking to be baited and switched. I did not even need my resume to be built, let alone PAY FOR IT AFTER IT WAS FINISHED. You held my resume hostage for my credit card number with NO prior warning that this was the case, after spending enough time that I couldn't just start from scratch.
Your website said the template would be free. This is misleading. The template is "free", but you're forced to use the website to build it, and are charged at the end with no warning.
I didn't, I was forced to so I could get the resume template that you said was free.
