I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

Be ready for it. I always order 29/30 slim jeans it fits me well. But now the jeans they provided me is too short in length. I've bought 7-8 pairs by now, thinking it was just a mistake, but the customer care team keeps insisting it's my fault, customer care thinks I am a liar essentially ignoring my concerns. I went there with my sister to find a dress for vegas and the man in the changing room was so rude. Not only did he keep making snarky remarks on what my sister was trying on but every time i went to the door to see what my sister was trying on he would be like "excuse me you are not aloud to have 2 people in a change room." I was not in the change room what so ever. Or when he would be texting or gossiping with the other worker not helping us with sizes, i would go search though the store to find the dress. When returning he would reply," your not aloud to bring her other dresses thats my job." i finally got fed up with his attitude and replied," if thats your job then you should be doing it rather then be such an $#*!." In summary do not shop their unless you want people being extremely rude just to buy cheap clothing.

Ordered a jacket they took my money before the item shipped then sent an email saying they cancellef my order cause the jacket was out of stock. I go on the website and its not out of stock I called customer service 5 times and finally got someone after being on hold for 40 min... she says the jacket is in stock and they've refunded my money so u try to order it again only to have my card declined because they haven't refunded my money... so I have no jacket and I guess no money for 3-5 business days although it took no where near that time to debit my card before u even shipped the item.

H & M clothing products delivery is not complete. Though full advance payment was made, incomplete delivery was made and one pyjama delivered was stained. No response to refund of undelivered item. Response is sent Delhivery as per website after login, but is H& M taking note of it. No calls, no email response. Sad stste of affairs. Will discourage all people to use H& M.

H&M Germany online shop does not offer any details about your purchased products. Moreover they charge you even for the products which are returned.
Customer service was informed but still they keep sending the inflated bill for unpurchased products with some thrid party...

Didn't even wanna give it at rating if 1. When you go somewhere to spend the money you've earned to keep a company running and employees jobs afloat you expect customer service to be top notch. It's all about please and thankyou's. I visited Walsall Store on 15/06/2017 and was served at 15.14. The lady on the till was lovely but the girl on the fitting room had a face like thunder and didn't even acknowledge me when I gave her the items back I tried on. I can't remember her name but she clearly doesn't want to be there. I definitely don't want to shop there anymore. What a disappointment. This probably won't be seen by them but I'm so frustrated that I have to travel to the city now to shop in H&M. Give the job to someone who will appreciate it!

Bought leggings here last march for sweater tunics... they are very expensive here. Waited for a good online promo-code and got the colors of leggings and styles i wanted... i have done better in rainbow/national liquidators/5.99 fashion for leggings... and at better prices!

I ordered several items of my favorite brand.
I was surprised that it arrived even faster than I expected. But the quality of the closes was very bad. The colors were not so bright as on the picture and it looked very cheep.

I was called for a hob interview there were seven of us. They divided us into two groups they called it a " group interview" it was so obvious their was favoritism and discrimination. That's the reason why I was chosen my resumed clearly showed that I am experienced in sales. O and the fact that I'm not American could be the other issue. It should matter about where you're from etc. Overall it was a bad experience. Luckily i wasn't relying on them for a job..

I purchased clothes online from H&M and they never came. Over the course of a month and a half I talked to 13 customer service reps who all told me different things about the date of the refund and the status of the refund. Three of them hung up on me because I asked for a supervisor, one of them in mid-sentence. I have not received my items and I have never received my refund, though I was promised by ten other reps that I would receive it.
You are taking a risk when you shop with H&M online. I would highly recommend shopping with someone else.

I LOVE this store and their website is amazing. I can get anything I need clothing wise at an amazing low price for the quality and I love everything I receive. Never had any problems with my items when they arrive at my house. Amazing.

Yesterday I went in just to look around and wind up getting my daughter somethings. I get to the check out and one of the girls is in a crop tank top with no bra since I have been shopping at H&M all the employees there have always been decent yesterday was another story not only was she not decent but it is surprising that management would allow an employee to work dressed like that. As a VP and a woman it did make me feel very uncomfortable to be there and I have decided not to shop at the one on 86th & Lexington anymore.

I love the new clothes this season. So many things i want to buy. Usually i'm pretty picky when it comes to shopping but i was able to find so many things i'd like to get. Not to mention my husband loves shopping here too.

Rude in store cashiers. Online service takes a week to reply, and multiple people reply and tell you different things. Tried to return something and was told multiple things from 4 different people and ended not being able to return because after waiting for them to reply it took too late and was past 30 days.

Horrible return policy” - They're return policy is absolutely horrible. They purposely make their clothing cheap so it rips and you get charge around $6.00 or more per item you return. Also ghey never say that any returns will be charge. Never again buy any clothing here.

I ordered swimsuits in the mail seeing that everything was returnable in store. I tried on one out of the 4 swimsuits bottoms I purchased and realized that they were too small. I went to return the swimsuits at the store and I was told I could only return the tops. 3 swimsuit bottoms still remained un-opened and I was still unable to return them due to sanitary reasons. I was told I needed to read the fine fine print where it said they don't take back bathing suit bottoms. I understand the concept but what I don't understand is that I was the only person to try on this one swimsuit (with underwear) meanwhile the remaining suits sit in the store and get tried on over and over again until sold. This is the only store I have seen do this and it's irritating that it is not advertised where a buyer can see it when making a purchase. Now I'm left with 4 swimsuit bottoms that don't fit and cannot be returned, thanks H&M!

The customer service H&M providing is extremely disappointing. I have been shopping online for years and I have never experienced such an unprofessional service. Every time when I try to order through you website is always some kind of problems, eg. Couldn't deliver to my office, it was an error on the website and I couldn't process my orders, didn't accept my password and block the account, but when I ask to send me a password to my email, I received information the email address is invalid, but when I wanted to create a new account you didn't let me, because my email address already exist, customer service email is not available through website. Time of delivery is also not as you are inform. The delivery suppose to be between 2-4 days but I received my parcel after 8 days. That's very disappointing. At the moment I have a few items in my basket but I can't process it because my account is blocked. Very stressful experience with no customer service at all!

Technology not their strong side.
Tried to pot an order online. Kept giving me an error RM1 not a decline. I called customer service they told me the bank blocked you, I said I called the bank and there is no problem, then she tried to tell me its because billing and shipping is not the same... really? So she transferred me to a manager, when I realized that I was charged $250 (5 times in total) in my bank account, when I said it to the manager she said it was decline on our side! What? Like really what? She told me that accounting will contact me to put the order in 72 hours!
I told here I prefer to go and buy in Zara

I made an order on black friday and half of it came two months later. The other half was supposedly canceled for being out of stock but I was still charged the full amount. I had to wait two months for a package that didn't come. I bought from 8 other stores on black friday and every single package came within a week so the excuse of the "corona pandemic" is just a pathetic attempt to cover up the fact that H&M's online shipping system is complete garbage.

I purchased shirt from the store 2-3 weeks ago and forgot that I had it in my car, so I changed my mind and wanted to return it. So I went to the store and was told that used item cannot be returned. I never wore it. So manager told me it smell perfume and cannot be taken back. I tried to explain that it never was worn, but he would not listen to me. So I left and called customer service in Chicago and was told that they cannot obey store rules and item cannot be returned. I don't know maybe when customer try item they gave perfume on. Maybe be after each try on they should dry clean it, other wise this company will have problems. So people, before u planning to by anything from this store----think about it, or u will stock with merchandise u don't need or ever going to wear. I will never shop at this store

The store features lots of casual clothing, it's not too expensive knowing the fabric is not the fanciest, but they don't hide this fact. They are offering products to make it affordable to anyone and the styles are well-rounded. Since they have standard clothing, I always find a shirt to buy there, sometimes it's just plain black shirt but it's still something. An old client of H&M, I don't recommend putting any huge brand-like expectations of clothing, it's just simple apparel. It's important to have a store like that where you know you can visit any time and buy what you need in an affordable price.

I bought 90$ worth of clothes, it didn't took them long for them to take my money but sure does take them forever to ship it. They only sent me an email that said that they have confirmed my purchase but they never sent me any order number or a tracking number. I have already sent two email but that still haven't responded. I guess I'm out of 90$ for something I never received.

I placed an order on 12/16. No email received. On 12/17 hm page said my items shipped. The tracking number is invalid. I called customer service, waited 30 mins on 12/19 and was told the tracking should be updated. 2 days later nothing. I called back customer service waited 1hr to be told my items have been shipped and tracking should be corrected. Still nothing. But they did slash my price to half off. I asked to speak to management and I was put on hold for another 30 mins and nothing. H&M online shopping is garbage and so is the customer service! Avoid!

Went in to the store in Nice to buy a shirt, pretty Strait forward I thought. There's the shirt, there's the price you pay. Boy was I wrong. As I got to the counter I saw the price was nearly double what was advertised. I payed for the item at that price after a short debate with the woman on the checkout. I then proceeded back up the three flights of stairs to photograph the incorrect label as I thought this would make it Strait forward for her and I would get my money back. Nope. She then asked me if I would like a refund. At this stage I thought yea bugger it. I don't want to do business with a place like this. To which they replied they would only refund onto card. Even after I paid with CASH! As I didn't have a card on me at the time I was left with no option but to take the overpriced shirt. Very disappointed
