I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

During the promotion of the Loyalty Program running by H&M I was promised a coupon/discount (20% off) if I would join the program. I joined, but didn't get any promised coupon/discount, there were no option to apply a discount in my Shopping Bag. I contacted the customer service and was confirmed that the promotion discount (20% off) was NOT applied to my order. I am not sure I'll have any business with h&m after such lie!

Their online store is horrendous. Having an account on their website is also necessary to buy ANYTHING in their online store, which is ridiculous in my opinion. If I do have to make an account in order to buy something, then I at least expect it to be easy but it is the absolute opposite of that. The process of making an account is absolutely grueling and impossible, in my experience. As I tried to put in my birthdate to confirm my age, It kept saying there is an error and something is wrong, which I do not understand because I then made at least 2 new accounts with the exact same birthdate as I put into the website and they still said there was an error. In conclusion, I do not recommend their online store unless you want to go through a grueling process to make an account in their incompetent website.

Nice clothing but not enough merchandise. Popular items sell out in a hour. They only restock 2 sizes out of the 10 listed at a time. I put a order i and recieved a confirmation email. A week later I was told it wasn't fulfilled and something went wrong with the website. I didn't get a cancellation email. I recieved nothing. I'm VERY dissapointed as this has happened before. I called customer care at least 5 times to check on the order and was told it was fine then find out it was cancelled a week later. Unacceptable!

I ordered from a sale they had, mostly basic shirts and tights but I love their material and the way the clothes fit me. I mostly shop at Charlotte Russe and their clothes vary on size. A medium may fit too tight and I don't like that. I like the selections and pricing of their clothes and will be ordering again. I received my package fast but the only issue I had was that I wasn't able to track it. I use the app and the tracker wasn't working for me so I had no idea when my package was arriving, I just knew it had been delivered. I wouldn't count that as an bad experience though because it happened the first time I ordered from Vans too. Definitely would recommend others to buy

Ordered something and it sat in Greenwood, IN for three weeks. Customer service was super rude, asked to put me on hold, then promptly hung up on me. After a month of not receiving my package, they finally allowed me to file a missing package claim and opened a case number, citing that management will be in touch. Been a week and still havne't been in touch... Moreover, almost two months later now, I finally received my package but some items don't fit and now it is past the return date. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. Had always shopped at H&M before but will no longer do so.

I returned something for 19.99, I had paid cash, they did not return my money because the store had no change, and I did not want to give $20.00 because I did not have the penny in exchange for the store to give me $20.00, I had to give them 10 cents that they had so that the store could give me back my 20.00. The store couldn't give me a penny, but the store kept my 9 Penny's

Purchased a large online Christmas order 11/24/16. Out of those items, a pair of jeans didn't fit the gift recipient. I tried to exchange them for a larger size on 12/28/16 but they didn't have the size needed. The store would only give me a store credit saying that it was over 30 days. I explained that this was a Christmas present bought during Black Friday sales and they said too bad, it's over 30 days, you can only receive store credit! This is the ONLY store that I know of that does this for Christmas returns. Buyer beware when purchasing Christmas presents during Black Friday, I know I WILL NOT be buying from H&M during this time period again!

So I ordered a pair if jeans and a bra from H&M. Dter like 5 days, I realize that I never receive an email confirmation from them, so I contacted customer services and they told me that since I order stuff with the guess checkout option, I will not receive any confirmation email and so I can't track my package. Luckily, my package arrived the next morning, but whn I opened up the package, I founded my bra and... a blouse! So I never received my jeans and now they out of stock, I will return the ugly blouse they send me and pray to have a refund, but seriously it's ridiculous. I mean, there is cleary a difference between a blouse an a jeans. Anyways, I learned my lesson and will not purchase with them anymore. There are some other company with better service out here. I'm just very glad that I ony ordered two things from them.

Ordered and paid online. Email to say order had been delivered when it hadn't. Only means of contact is via 30 plus minute wait on phone to speak to customer non service. Very polite but say they will call you - they don't. Say they will refund yoo - they don't! Still waiting for refund. Never again

I was trying to make an online purchase and the website rejected 2 of my cards, I called my banks immediately to see what's wrong and they told me that the transaction was approved by the bank but the website is rejecting the card. So I chat with 3 customer rep. And they couldn't helped me at all nor did they know what was the problem, the only thing they told me was to try again later or use another card. So, I did but still no luck. I have already tried 3 different cards now and I do not have a 4th one. I called twice and they still CANNOT help me. As last, I emailed them and guess what? STILL CANNOT HELP ME! On top of this they gave me a 25% off for NEXT purchase! What I am going to do with that if i cannot even place the first order!?

I ordered clothing online on H&M website, I have been waiting for 14 days and only receive one of my shipment, the other one they said it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. I call and email customer service, they didn't mention anything for refund or help me to look at missing package. So I call customer service again, they told me I have to wait another 14 days from the shipping date to get the refund. I feel really frustrated that I couldn't get my refund right away, they might just take away my money. I have to wait another 14 days to ask for refund and I am not sure if they are trustful. I never buying clothing online within Canada retail store have to wait more than a month to get my shipment. I will not use online shopping from H&M again. It is terrible

This is for Tokyo stores in particular, as I haven't been to others.
It used to be a pleasant experience. Recently the staff in both the Odaiba and Shinjuku branches have been terrible. My clothes weren't folded but wadded up and thrust into the bag. Instead of running a price check, in which I was right about the price, the staff member just said no. More recently in the Shinjuku branch there were incorrectly priced items that weren't explained, and staff members called customers to the register without looking then walked away, leaving us to wonder if we had misheard. There was no eye contact, and no interaction on their part.
This service would be terrible even in North America, but in Japan it's truly pathetic. Even though I generally love the style, I've been shopping there much less because of the unhappy experiences.

Miromar Outlet In Estero Florida. After finding a couple of pieces of clothes that I was going to try on, walked over to the fitting room and they told me it was closed no announcements whatsoever the store was still open for another 10 minutes. I kindly put everything away in its place and walked over to the door and it was closed a worker told us to go to the other side when he could of easily opened the door and shut it behind us after watching us put the pieces of clothing away, extremely disappointed with the quality of service.

Made a purchase online but never received the package although the courier marked it as delivered. Called H&M customer service to report the missing package, they said to callback in 14 days! What? Why not just start the claim process right there? Wasted time. Called back again in 14 days to start the missing package claim. They said I would get refunded in 3 days but nothing was sent. Decided to start a dispute with my bank but H&M did not respond to their investigation so they could not give me my refund. Called H&M again, now they are saying they can't process the refund due to the dispute opened with my bank and that I have to withdraw it. Called the bank to withdraw the dispute, now there's a chargeback (not a clue what that means but still no refund!) It has now been 2 months of calling and getting the run around and no refund. Meanwhile paying interest on the credit card I made the purchase on. HM has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Stay far away!

I have never been in store before and wasn't welcomed by anyone. Then when I went to checkout I was told to use credit card with a chip. Then they asked for my driver's license. Was told I couldn't make a purchase because it was my husbands card and my name wasn't on it. I paid $20 cash and they gave me back too much back and me being honest told them. Not impressed on the way I was treated at all...

Went to walk into H&M indooroopilly today with my shopping trolley and security stopped me at the door amd and said sorry we can't have trolley's in the shop. I was like wtf well isn't this a shopping center? And the majority of people walk around looking in shops have shopping trolley's with them? He said sorry but no trolley's. I just walked away saying well you just lost a customer today. Never again I drove 20min to indooroopilly just to go to H&M and this is what happens?

I bought a shirt for £40 in H&M in Derry and the lady at the till didn't take the security tag off, I didn't realise it was there untill I got home, the H&M is over an hour away and there's no possible way of me going back to return it so I called the customer service and explained the situation to the lady and asked her to either give me store credit or send me a new shirt, the lady was rude and told me I had to go to the store when i repeatedly explained I couldn't go to the store as it's soo far away and I have no transport to go there, I had the receipt and everything but she wouldn't do anything about it, very furious about this situation as I can't go back and I can't wear the shirt either so I just wasted more than £20. Never going back there

I have now ordered from the H&M website on two separate occasions. This is now the SECOND time that I have ordered and entered my delivery address only to get the shipping email confirmation. It shows my delivery address is my email address. I call customer service and they tell me o'well you should have refreshed the page. In my online ordering, I have NEVER had to "refresh" a page to make sure my address is correct. H&M should be ashamed of themselves. People already spend a lot of money on the clothing then have to pay all this money for shipping, only for THEIR system to not work properly. I now have had to pay additional money to UPS to have my packages shipped to the right address. This will be the LAST time you will ever get my money. If I had the option to give NEGATIVE stars I would.

We are very very disappointed with the customer service we placed online order but order was not proper so we initiated return and it was picked up also but they have not refunded our money even after 1.month and several complain was made with them but they are just passing time and said we have initiated refund ready then they say send you bank statement that was also sent but they are actually making fool of people and that money is eaten up and 4k is not refunded even after several complain! This has happed earlier also so guys please be careful and don't place order online bcz of you ask refund even after returning stuff they will never refund money! It's a fraud! They are misbehaving also and cut phone on our face! That is really rude and unprofessional! Be careful and don't place online order atall

I just had the worst experience in any of american stores. Cashier are so rude and incompetent. The customer service is very bad and helpless. Eventually i told the cashier based on your attitude i will never purshase fro handm again he said i do not care and he seems he was willing to fight. I was treated poorly.
I tried returning some pair of jeans because they fit too big and I accidentally threw away the tags but still have the receipt and a lady said she couldnt take it back because it had a small little white stain on it which is the way i bought it didnt ask for a discount because i knew i could take it off so i left the store an took the stain off and returned 5 minutes later an she said she couldn't return it because it looked used i said where does it look used?
Its not wrinkled its not stretched out so where is the problem.?

I visited the h&m store in stratford westfeild recently, i went in for a refund for an item i bought from the sale rack which had a label with £15 on it. I was in a rush the time I originally bought it so I didn't realise i was charged £25 for a different item instead of 15 for the item i actual bought. However when i went im for a refund they said the item codes do not match so they won't be able to give me a refund and because the sale item is £15 i won't be able to exchange it for the price i actually paid for the item which was £25! What the bloody hell, it was their fault in the first place for charging me for the wrong thing and now they wont give me my money back or let me exchange it for the same price! That's my money just handed to them for nothing literally $#*!ing took my money for free like whattttt. Crappy customer service they could'nt even offer a gift voucher or any solution when it was their bloody fault in the first place!

I tried to order something several times from the Hunarian webshop. Items in my shopping basket (it took about 5 minutes) to get everything in my bag and write my bank card number, but something always dissappeard (out of stock now) when I tried to pay (and we are not talking about sale items).
Next day my size was available again, and there was a coupon code offering free shipping, so I was really happy. I tried to use the coupon, but nothing happened, so I called the H&M support. They told me to delete all cookies and try it again. Item was still available, I wrote in my ceredentials, bank card number and the coupon code successfully and then I get the message again: "Item is out of stock now, sorry"
It is really-really annoying. The webshop should take my item at least 5 minutes to be able to pay for it...
