I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

Earlier also I ordered, they delivered unbranded jeans instead of the H&M brand, and in my recent orders, they have sent jeans with the wrong length with the right tag. Is H&m has become fraud now? Be ready for it. I always order 29/30 slim jeans it fits me well. But now the jeans they provided me is too short in length. I've bought 7-8 pairs by now, thinking it was just a mistake, but the customer care team keeps insisting it's my fault, customer care thinks I am a liar essentially ignoring my concerns. I bought a black shirt and because i wash my clothes before I wear them I couldn't return it after realizing it was a little bigger then expected. So I'm stuck with a shirt that i can't wear because she seen a little lint on a black shirt... Smh

Don't recommend purchasing from this place one bit. I paid through PayPal like I do everything else and somehow H&M pulled up my address from 2 years ago that I removed from my PayPal account. Called right away after placing order to just be told they can't change my address and I'll have to try contacting the shipping carrier to get it delivered to the correct address which I couldn't do because H&M requested I can't change the delivery address. I called again to see about refund since I can't receive it and they told me I had to wait until package was delivered to wrong address and they can issue the refund then so I called back once again after this happened. They are now telling me I have to wait until the 8th of November in order to hear back on whatever they are doing and emailing the carrier to do whatever. This was all pointless and a waste of time and money. I paid over a month ago and they continue to play games and say they can't change anything or issue the refund.

They mess up the size u ordered by sending you another size, after their mistake, they still won't send u the right item that u initially ordered unless u place another order to make the total over 49$ to get free shipping! What h...? Plus, I asked them to verify if the department store which nearby my house has my size, after holding for 10-15min, they told me the department store don't have my size.
At the end after waisting 30min of my lifetime with them, I decided to drive to the department store nearby, and the lady at the cashier was so nice and told me recently this happen a lot so they get a lot return because these online $#*!ty service(sending wrong sizes...) And she checked in store and they have my size!
I was so happy that they have my size and at the same time so mad at those useless staff work for hm customer service!
No more online hm for me!

I brought some jeans online from there plus size section, now the few times Iv shopped there Iv be able to fit in their normal clothing but I am bigger on the bottom then on the top half, so unsure what the sizing is really like, I odered my jeans the next size up (uk 22) thinking they would definitely fit me. The day they arrived I ran up to my room to try them, but I couldn't get them past my knee, I was upset and angry with myself. But I thought I couldn't of put on weight as the rest of my clothes that are smaller fit me just fine, so I sized them up to my nans size 14 jeans, shocked to see they are both the same size! No wonder I couldn't get them past my knee! So disheartened! Iv put a complaint in and I'm waitting to hear back!. But only after that I saw all the bad reviews they have, if I had know this I wouldn't of gone there! I find it very stupid as a plus size girl I can't fit into their plus size section yet I can fit into their normal tops just fine! It's ridiculous.

I used the online app via my phone to order some $20 mens pants. While I did appreciate that for the Month of April 2022, all orders were delivered in the US for free, I goofed and noticed I ordered a size too large. I forgot that all H&M clothes use less materials, like a 34" waist in any other brand, the H&M brand is actually smaller, tighter fighting circa 32" size. In any case, two hours later I tried to call to change or cancel my order. H&M's India based call center person took about 10 minutes to get a live person, then after 7 minutes of trying to communicate my issue, she finally said, you have to cancel within 15 minutes. I believe H&M has the technology to cancel or change ANY ORDER right up to warehouse pull and pack, however, H&M could at least provide a two hour window, which is more reasonable.
Tip for consumers:
Beware, the H&M android app is flaked and buggy. Moving over to laptop to use Edge or built on browser showed Java bugs, no cart. I finally logged in to hm.com using a Chrome browser and finally, the cart worked!

I placed my order on June 28th, thinking that it would arrive with time to spare before I leave for my trip on July 13th. (The delivery is 5-8 days) It's important to me that I get the clothes in time because the location I'll be travelling to is very hot and humid, and I am extremely sensitive to heat, and I needed some new clothes that would keep me cool. I contacted customer service because my clothes weren't arriving, and they said 8-10 days from when you placed your order was the new standard because there were too many orders due to their sale. It has been 11 days and still nothing. I tracked my package and the expected delivery date is, 3 days after I'll have left. Their service is very frustrating, if you must order something online, I recommend ordering it AT LEAST one month before you need it.

The customer service was pretty good at the H&M in Westgate Mall in Spartanburg South Carolina. Soon as I walked in a person greeted me then as I walked around I was asked I needed help. Told her I was just looking and she said if I needed help to just call her over. The store was pretty clean and welcoming. I would go back there again.

Inhumane, dirty, dangerous conditions where families and children work round the clock and live right at factories. It is ethically appalling. I can support this for a $10 pair of Jeans.

You should have the delivery driver take a picture when/where the package is dropped off just like amazon. I never received mine and was waiting for it all week.

I once ordered some clothing online, and after waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive I received and email saying that H&M and received my return and would be processing my refund back to me. I never returned the items because I never got them haha. I was upset by this but customer service was as helpful as they could be. He couldn't send my shipment back to me so I wasn't able to get my clothing because most of what I ordered was now sold out, but he did give me a 20% discount for my next order for my troubles. I wouldn't recommend buying a bunch of clothes from them online. Maybe one or two items at most. I do love shopping at the stores in person though!

I placed an order on November 28 (Cyber Monday) and this is when my credit card was charged. As of Dec 7, still no order, order confirmation number or tracking number. I called Customer Service after an more than a hour on the phone was told that my order would be shipped and that I'd get a confirmation e-mail and number. Today is Dec 8th and the H&M website shows my order was shipped on Dec 5, but when I click on tracking order, the UPS site shown invalid tracking order. I tried to call Customer Service number and the line has been disconnected.

I had tried to check out my order on H&M for many times. Also, I have checked whether I have written the card information correctly already, but it won't work nonetheless. But when I ask the customer service, they just said that there are some problems with my credit and debit card. Guess what?! My card worked in another stores. SO YOU THINK WHICH ONE HAVE PROBLEM HUH?

Completely lost my Moschino order because of 'the algorithm'. Customer Service ZERO help, Manager Z. K. (only gives his initials!) was 'completely candid" with me. Tried several cards, different banks - all rejected by H&M! (We pay our cards IN FULL EVERY MONTH, so the excuse 'my bank' was COMPLETELY INACCURATE. I used different cards from different banks. Have written a letter to HQ in SWEDEN & COMPLETELY IGNORED (unless I can hope for a reply from 2 years ago). H&M IS CRAP
