I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

For a company that made an estimated 1.8 billion dollar profit last year, they have invested little into shipping efficiency. Ordered a week and a half ago, received first update email today.

We visited store at around 9:15 pm(IN orbit mall store Hyderabad) and we are in hurry to purchase the item which we had found need to try but staff told us the trail room is closed from the instruction of there supervisor, I am surprise that the same supervisor is allowing other people to use the same trail room, when i approach him he just walk away by looking somewhere with out listening or i should say neglecting, May be i am wearing niqab and burqa so he had neglected me. I went on to purchase there more than other people had purchase at the same time. God bless this country and store.

Can't say anything about online shops but offline stores are pretty damn good.
The choice is great and the quality of clothes is also on a good level. Especially considering the prices of it.
I still wear a tee that I bought there a couple of years ago.

Real review: 2.5. At checkout, the pair of white sweatpants we were going to buy had a pee stain and a worker noticed. The most discount she was able to give us is 10 percent off, and that was the only one in my size. We obviously didn't buy them, but they didn't give us a gift card or anything. However, they did have a great selection of clothing.

Went to H&M inside the college mall in Bloomington, IN. I live 2.5 hours from there. I was visiting. I bought my daughter a dress for spring pictures and they left the security tag on it. I didn't realize until I was home. I was on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes. The only thing they kept telling me was drive back 5 hour trip to return. I spoke with manager from store and online and no one could offer me any help. Refused to send me a return label or a new dress. Telling me they could just take it off if I went back. So I have to spend 5 hours of my time and money to go back to fix a mistake your multimillion dollar company made and no one can help me? I will never buy from there again.

I just ordered over $1500 worth of clothes because we live in a remote area and I thought that I would be able to pick the sizes that work for my kids. Never did I think that a store would not do returns or exchange an item, that is a bunch of crap. I have loved H&M clothes for a very long time, never to realize that this was their policy. Sorry, H&M, but I will NEVER shop with you again, and I will be sure to let everyone know your return policy. So disappointed!

The return invoice or H&M online website has nothing mentioned on the invoice that they don't take H&M home items in store only on the fine print.

Outrageous customer service.
First, my order was canceled without my consent. When you're willing to do that, also be willing to inform us and initiate instant refund! Second, my emails aren't being reverted to. Almost a month and I received one automated email, none else. Third, my money is not being refunded, credited, nothing! There is close to no response from the company's side. I'm a student and 3k is not a silly amount for a student to lose. I love the brand but I'm not going back because of how negligent they have been to me.

There was a time H&M was my go to store. The clothes were fashionable and trendy, the colors were fantastic, and they carried my size.
All I see now is disappointment in a brand I once loved. The clothing is cheaply made, doesn't fit, and is carried in fashions/looks that fall very short of the mark.
I am sad by the state of this once great brand. The marketing/advertising and product have pushed me away. You have to ask yourself, "is what I see in the picture what I want to aspire to?"… No.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I placed my order. I ordered a man's shirt and having being notified that it had finally shipped, I followed the online tracking until it showed that it had arrived at my local post office. I then waited several more days but the status never changed. When I contacted H&M Customer Service, they told me to wait another week. I waited, and still no update on the order. When I called H&M this time, they told me I needed to wait another TWO weeks and then contact then again. At this point I knew that this could go on and on, so I turned it over to my bank to deal with them.

Very upset with them I ordered my son school clothes, it shows that my package arrive Tuesday at 10:30 PM never did! I contacted the company they used as the carrier and they said they delivered it to a mailbox parcel when I don't have that and I checked my cameras to see if the shipping company they used when ip to my neighbors and it did not! It is the worse trying to talk to someone from gls the only way to actually have someone talk to you is through chat they won't answer the phone they said that the person that delivered it will call me but can't give me a time frame when they will call me! Could not understand hardly anything she said, I received the wrong items and they won't send what I ordered out until I send the $10 rings back they sent me when spent 10X the amount of the rings. She stated it could take up to 30 days to get my money back for a mistake they made.

We made a special trip to Tanger H&M because we needed jeans. Looked around the store for 15-20 min & picked out quite a few items to try on. We noticed that the 3 employees at the desk never spoke to us or acknowledged us in any way. When we asked to try on our items we were rudely told the dressing room was closed due to low staffing. What a joke! The employees at the desk were doing nothing. I asked why one of them couldn't monitor the dressing room- the guy who said he was the manager- said their job was to clean & keep the store neat. He could have cared less that we wanted to try on clothes & BUY something -the reason he has a job, right?! We left in frustration & disappointment! This store will be closed soon because the staff there is worthless.

I recently ordered a Blazer and Shirt from this company. I did not receive my package. So I called customer service and was told I put an invalid address in. I checked my order receipt and the address was correct. H&M did not use my unit number But blamed me for the delay in the delivery. I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Then I called back and was hung up on again. I called a third time and was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor. Finally I called a fourth time and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do that. I will never give them another dollar. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get clothes. They offered a discount on my next purchase. Basically attempting to utilize marketing to make it seem like they were genuinely trying to improve my experience.

This company is a joke.
I tried to buy a suit for my son and they canceled the order because it was out of stock and I think it is outrageous that they were advertising products that they don't have and they still charge you credit card!
Don't make the same mistake as me. DONT SHOP IN H&M! I will never do this again.

Like this store. I usially buy regular hoodies or sweatshirts or just casual things here. So these types of clothes you can easily find in any store of this company and buy whatever you want.
The quality of the clothes will not disappoint you, but anyway this is not the top segment.

Really poor app and online services. Shouldn't buy until you want to waste a month and get nothing in return! They would take order and still not deliver the thing and for refund, would take more than a month. A total waste of time

Dont shop here, they cant deliver what you order, show it processing and when you try to canvel the order, they wont let you. Anything yo keep your money as long as possible. My option is to return it in store after it arrives late by days so I can get my refund. They could have canceled it today before it even shipped. They promosed by Xmas, now its 2 days after and theyll hold my money for another 10 days. No way to do business.

H&M screwed everyone over at Christmas. Didnt ship their orders and kept their money until after Christmas. Its wrong and i will never shop there again.
