I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

I ordered a denim jacket and a bra using a gift card I got for christmas. The shipping took over a month or so, but the items were delivered as promised. No complaints. Would recommend :)

DO NOT order from this company. We placed an order on November 27th, Black Friday for my daughter. The order was not accepted by USPS until December 15th. Now here it is Christmas Eve and we still have not received the order and my daughter will not have any Xmas gifts to open. Thanks for the great Christmas H&M! 18 days until you can get my order to USPS, order placed 28 days before Christmas on the busiest shopping day of the year and you still cannot ensure delivery by Xmas Eve? Completely unacceptable. Was I supposed to place my order on the 4th of July or Labor Day to make sure my daughter had gifts to open on Christmas?

I am giving this zero stars because the shipping service was horrible. I waited two months for H&M to tell me that they LOST MY PACKAGE and they did not even care to give my money back or ship out a new package. I HAD TO SPEAK TO THEM 20 TIMES. I am not even exaggerating and. They did not even do anything about it, they gave me the same answer every time. I lost a lot of money and they still don't care. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME.

Shopping at H&M has always been annoying - you have to deal with the clerks who are too cool for school and are above helping you as they are usually 20 year old fools. I bought a stack of t-shirts at $7.99 each, not expensive individually but I got over $50 worth.
Following ash instructions, i hand washed them in cold water and hang dried them. Despite that, they shrank at least one size and also distorted, so they are boxy looking as well as looking like they are my little sisters t-shirts.
Taking them to the store was futile as the clerk, surprise surprise, was a millennial who had zero people skills and yet someone thought was highly employable for dealing with the public. She sighed loudly and told me store policy was that you cannot return washed goods. I told her that i wouldn't be returning them had I not washed them, but the catch-22 was over her head. I followed up with 'customer service' and was told the same thing about the policy but that they did understand the situation. The final email from them was that I should return them to the store? So yeah, someone was asleep and didn't read my complaint and closed the case. I phoned in and was told that there was absolutely nothing they could do as headquarters could not override an individual store's decision. SO either headquarters is totally ineffectual and toothless, or they don't give a damn about their customers - I am leaning towards the latter.
I told them I wouldn't be shopping at their stores any longer and i got no response.

Placed an order for a shirt, to be used for an event, it was to be delivered 2 days to the event, but as i was going through my account i noticed a refund, no message, no notification whatsoever saying why, I called custo service, AFTER WAITING 40 MINUTES, an agent casually picks, asked for my details, and as I was speaking she ENDED THE CALL! Avoiding the issue... H&M this is very poor,... please dont shop at H&M, its a SCAM

We went into the shop and we're acussed of throwing things around the shop when it was actually just placed on a shelf and then fell off, when leaving the shop a woman told us that the shop wasn't a playground when actually we were just walking fastly because we were in a rush and we were looking for an item of clothing but then didn't buy it because of the appalling service and employees behaviour towards the comstomers, because of this we won't be going in the shop and won't be recommending this shop to anyone at all, and we know a lot of people...

WORST EXPEREINCE SHOPPING AT THIS CRAP OF A STORE. THE CLOTHES ARE MADE IN PAKISTAN PROBABLY SUPPORTING ISIS. THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU ONLINE WHILE PRICES IN THE STORE ARE HALF OFF. Black lady working the cash register was SO rude. She was very disrespectful to multiple customers, and I could not deal with her when it came to my turn in line, so I let the people behind me go ahead of me while I waited for the other cashier. And the entire time while I was checking out my items, she was talking BS and running her mouth to the other customers I let go in front of me. If it hadn't been for my patience, I would have gotten her fired. Such a horrible experience, and never want to shop there again after that because considering how much money I spent, that should not have happened, nor in general. As a human being, HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR OTHERS.

I paid for next day shipping on an order that I placed on a Thursday morning. The next day shipping was $30 and it wasn't expected to deliver until Monday. I needed this package before leaving for a trip on Saturday. I called Friday asking where my package was and that I wanted a refund for the shipping fee because it was not going to be delivered the "next day". They said they could not give me a refund because it might be delivered on Friday even though 2 seconds before they told me that it wasn't going to be delivered until Monday. They then told me to call back Saturday to get the refund after the order isn't delivered by the correct time. When I called back on Saturday, they refused to give me a refund bc they said that Next Day shipping meant 2 business days. It does not say that anywhere on my confirmation email. I then asked for a complete refund because given the fact I was going out of town and would not be able to use the clothes I ordered I didn't want them anymore. They refused that as well. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused to transfer me over both days. Mr. Ta Kelly is the man I spoke to and he is rude, not helpful, and very condescending. Literally the worst customer service department I have ever had to deal with. I will absolutely NEVER shop with them again.

I bought online a pair of leather sandals on sale. After numerous attempts to buy with several issues from the hm website and app, I could buy the sandals. I took screen shoots of the sandals and transactions prior made the payment and when received for my surprise I received a totally different model and of course not leather. Went to my order and the photo of my sandals was changed also! I swear I didn't make a mistake myself cause I never seen this sandals so HM just not sent a different model it change my order! How is that possible!? (I took the photos of the shopping basket prior payment!) When back to search the same sandals and are out of stock! So that is why they changed my order!? Instead to informing me about the sold out sandals they changed my order. Why is the point to get a sold out item online!? I was a client of HM from almost 15 yeas and seriously this make me think twice if I still want to buy with them. In the other hand I think I'm going to return my last store shopping of 275£... You can't changed an order HM! That is illegal!

I remember the unbelievable experience I had in a H&M store in Vancouver ( the one on Granville st.).
Went to buy a couple of t-shirts and the girl checking the dressing rooms complained about I took too much time and. She almost took away the merchandise from my hands.
I thought she was having a tough time so I did not pay much attention to her rudeness since I did not have time to waste.
When I went to cash to pay my stuff, I asked to talk to a manager to report such behavior: the woman in front of me ( a black small lady with " pineapple/coconut " written on her name tag said that they all were managers and that I could have told her about my complaint. Not only she did not listen to what I was saying but she threatened me to kick me out of the store calling the security and she did not allowed me to purchase anything in the store. I said to myself "She must be out of her mind" and I turned around and left. I tried to talk to someone on top of her without result. The security guy ( a VERY RUDE CHINESE GUY) yelled at me to leave ten store.
In my opinion these kind of people are totally inadequate to work in a customer service environment.
My god... what a bad canadian experience; never again.

I get most of my basic clothes from H&M because they have really nice variety in color, texture and feel and so I can try out some new colors on me with some cheap and simple clothing.

I never shop at H&M online because I don't like the fact that you cannot exchange or return items in store and you have to pay return/exchange shipping even if the item wasn't your fault. I ordered several tanks, and it was a huge mistake. It did not fit the way I expected (a lot of room under the armpits). That was my own fault. I paid to return these by mail and they deducted $6 (by policy) which meant I lost more money since I also paid shipping to me.
Since they mailed me a 40% off coupon, I figured giving them another chance. I ordered a bathing suit following their sizing chart. I normally wear between 4-6 in every brand, so just to be sure, I got the bathing suit in size 6. When it came, the one piece bathing suit couldn't even pull up to my knees. It was incredibly tiny. Now I have to pay to exchange this(?) since you can't exchange it in store. Great! If you're not sure about an item, I would rather you find it in-store, although their website and stores NEVER have the same stuff which is really annoying.
That's the last time I'm ordering from H&M.

I absolutely love H & M! I have a family of 7 and I buy for 6 of us from them. I spend anywhere from $200-$500 every couple of months because I love the quality of their clothes. Usually I don't have a problem but when I do is absolutely ridiculous dealing with customer service. Customer service are the worse! They are rude, condescending and abrasive. When speaking to the agents they treat you with robotic phrases, demeanor and solutions. You may get more understanding from a robot. H&M warehouse sent me a $200 order, ALL with the wrong sizes and refused to replace the order. They said for me to take a refund and reorder everything if its available, no compensation for me reordering it, no help replacing the order, no let me figure this out and no replacing half the order, nothing. In fact the last representative I spoke to, over talked me the whole time and she was a supervisor, she didn't care that I purchased stuff all the time. They told me to start ordering in UK sizes, which is wrong because the warehouse messed up.
I've been ordering from them for 7 years and sadly this experience was so bad, I'm canceling my online account. I've never felt so mistreated by a company who actually made the mistake, sending me all the wrong sizes and then acting like I did something wrong. H&M clearly only cares about money not their faithful customers.

If H&M make a mistake in anything it is never their problem it is yours.
