I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

I ordered a gift card for my granddaughter from H&M. They charged me for the gift card but never sent it. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls. They never even responded to my calls.

I placed an online order from H&M. This order consisted of only 4 items, all of which were similar. When I received the order, one item was missing and I had two of another. I promptly contacted H&M to inform them of their mistake.
I first contacted them via telephone. I was on hold approximately 12 minutes waiting to be connected to a customer service agent. Once I was connected to an agent, I explained THEIR mistake. I was told I could ship the shirt back to them, once received they wld ship out the correct one or credit back my card. However, shipping wld be at MY expense. I told them, again, this was not my mistake. They also offered to just credit my card upon receiving the mistakenly sent shirt, rather than send me a new one. I told the agent I just wanted the one I had ordered to begin with.
Long story short, H&M refused to correct their mistake. They acted as if this were a mistake I had made upon placing my order. I even sent a follow up email explaining my frustration. H&M still will not correct a mistake made by them. I have never been so disappointed in a company or a company's customer service relations. Way to look out for your customers H&M. Needless to say I would not recommend shopping at H&M.

H&M CS service is terrible. This is my third time calling their CS line and I was told the first and second time I called that it would be delivered on Tuesday 7/3/18. My third time calling, the CS rep Roy could not help me at all and asked me 3 times for my order number making me feel stupid the 2nd time saying the number I was giving him was not the order number. Well thats weird since that was the exact number I gave both times to each rep that assisted me and was able to pull up the information. He then finally pulled up the information and basically said my package is lost. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to transfer me to a manager or at least issue me a refund for my lost package. He says I have to wait 14 days and call back! Are you kidding me!? According to the UPS tracking, it is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday 7/3/18. The problem is that it's already Wednesday 7/4/18. I leave the country on Saturday and I placed my order ahead of time to make sure I received it before I left. H&M is a terribly company who just steals consumers money.

I recently made a purchase on the H&M website, order No. *******, this was my first order with them, since I love the style they sell… to make a long story short:
Strike 1. After placing my order, two days later I received an email saying that one of the items is out of stock and that I should call CS to receive another model, size, item… immediately called the CS department to receive a different item… (10-20 minutes from receiving the email) and they tell me it's impossible for them to exchange the item; that the order was already processed and what I could do is order another item online.
Strike 2. When I receive my order I noticed that an item was missing, No. 55-3394, it was part of a gift for my husband.
Strike 3. Lastly, I notice that I reactive kids shoes…. I don't have kids… I didn't order shoes.
Again, called CS and they tell me that once they receive the kids shoes, they will send me the belt…. So, this is my issue here: I life outside the U.S., sending the kids shoes I didn't order will cost me around $7 to $8, same price I paid for the belt… and shopping online is supposed to be one of those hustle free things you do in life, but H&M is not meeting that "hustle free" online shopping experience for me. I will like to add that the CS representative suck big time… none of the three were able to help me in any situation.
My recommendation, go to the store… DO NOT SHOP ONLINE At H&M!

My sister tried to return a blouse that was damaged with her receipt and all tags still attached and was told they would not exchange or return her money. DON'T ASK ME WHY! I have absolutely no idea why they said this to her and the assistants treatment towards my sister was TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE and then again from the store manager. She was finally given a refund after half an hour of arguing and total disrespect from both assistant and manager. She has now (which is totally unlike my sister) decided that she was trates so badly that they should be reported for this and that is exactly what we will be doing. I AM ACTUALLY SHOCKED AT WHAT SHE'S HAS TOLD ME and this will be taken further.

I was just there this evening and an employee from the women's section stole my friends Sephora bag. I asked the Manager Krisy to look into it and she said nothing was turned in. Might I add she was in the dressing room when we left. Once leaving we snapped we left a bag. The bag was not found and the same manager said she had no recollection of the bag. Out of my curiosity I decided to go back to the dressing room and I was baffled to find the Sephora bag in the employees work station. I was shocked. I will add that I acted out of spite but the fact they were trying to steal was ridiculous. I could not believe it. H&M should know that they have employees above them knowingly, managers, stealing from their customers. I am shocked. Corporate should know about this and reconstruct their employees! I will make sure these 2 delinquent employees seek justice and not work in this type of industry ever again. They don't care about customer service, are selfish, and only care about their own profit gain.

Then I am offered a coupon for 15 % off NEXT purchase There will never be one

This Saturday I went to H&M in Monmouth mall New Jersey, exchange my recycled bag for a coupon like I always do, this time the red headed girl took my bag and gave me a 30% off coupon for recycling clothes... Okay so I choose few items since it was 30% off this time, when I got to the register the attendant Jay told me my cupom was expired, I explain that the girl just gave me that one, he called her over and she was about to honer the 30% off when Jay said no I already out the right cupom for 15% off instead, so the girl walked away... I payed the bill and called costumer service from my car and nothing was done, they have the worst people working for them in and out of the store... Will never go back and will tel all my costumers to stay away from HM

On Friday 6/7 approx. 11am I entered an h&m store in pearland town center, pearland, Texas. I am a women of age but every now n then I find something there. I proceeded to enter an empty dressing room where there was Visibly no one in there but me, the customer(a guest in this store) and a young man who worked there. I proceeded to go into the larger room when I was told that's for handicap n family's. I said okay but there is none else in here and abt 3 other customers shopping in the store. I said I'm a woman of age and would like to appreciate the space. He said" no you can't go in there it's not for you only handicap n family's". I was irritated by now n said fine I'll go out to my car in the 93* heat n get my handicap sticker. I came back he said ok I guess that will do. %}#%^^%#... because I didn't have a visible handicap he assumed I didn't hv one. WRONG. Mad, upset, hurt, disappointed and feeling discriminated. In my car on the phone. I filed a complaint once I left that store. How dare him. In tears, i spoke to a compassionate sounding supervisor who documented n sent me a confirmation email and someone would reAch out. It's been a week. They've got one more week. Then I reach out... civilly wrong, and civilly they will hear abt it. No one should shop there. This is for you n fb

H&M online consistently keeps:
1 - canceling people's orders
2 - providing extremely slow shipping
3 - having bad customer service
I recently ordered 2 items from Diane von Furstenberg x H&M HOME online. I got 2 emails saying my order was 'delayed' for 6 days, and then finally a cancellation email saying the items were out of stock. I purchased the items within 2-3 MINUTES of the collab being released, so there was no way the items were out of stock when I had bought them. If so, the warehouse definitely did not ship on a 'first come, first served' basis.
Their customer service could care less, and I know they have canceled many people's orders. H&M needs to keep better inventory and not allow people to purchase items if they can't even keep things in stock for more than 3 MINUTES! Simply ridiculous. If you read other reviews for their regular (non-designer collab) items, you will also see that they constantly cancel orders or take 2 weeks - 2 months to ship. Unacceptable.
Both items I ordered were available on the website for hours if not 1-2 days afterwards, so it's not possible that they were out of stock unless they canceled hundreds or thousands of orders. Very sketchy. And it should not take 1 WEEK to cancel an out of stock order!
I will be shopping elsewhere. I don't even care about those items anymore - it's just a matter of principle when it comes to running a business.
