I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

Be cautious the Eastgate Branch charged me twice in December and i am now end of January still trying to get a refund service sucks as no one answers the call centre number or returns any response to your emails.

I am a traveler in Turkey and I made a purchase from a H&M at Ankamall. When I asked for a tax-free invoice, the supervisor was told that the law of this brand is that it does not give you a tax-free invoice, while all brands gave me this invoice for the tax that I paid. I shouldn't pay for the title of a passenger in this country. It was very sad for me, and even though I was a fan of this brand, it made me change my opinion from now on.

Worst customer executives so unprofessional. Do not trust H&M they are not sending all what we pay for, and then denying when we ask for sending wrong products, and not refunding amount. Torturing customers, This is fraud they have started from 2023 please do not order else your money will not going to come back and they'll not send product which you have asked for... First of all the person I talked to on customer service talked to me like I was stupid. The online "sizing chart" is a bunch of bull$#*! and completely inaccurate. You can't do exchanges which is a joke, when their stupid sizing chart is the one to blame. Instead you can return it and re buy it for more money. Thanks h&m, glad I payed money for fast shipping for your cheap made & inaccurate sized clothing. Never shopping there again. What a joke. I highly do not recommend

Customer service is fine, everyone is nice but they tell your the same thing you can see online. It's been two weeks since I ordered my stuff and it's nowhere near me. It sat for jive days now it's been sitting again. I ordered from the gap three times since the order with them and got all my packages. This sucks.

It had been over a year since I shopped here and not really sure why I stopped shopping there but I recently decided to purchase a double-pocket felted shirt jacket. It surpassed my expectations. It fits true to size and excellent quality.
Shipping was pretty fast, about 7 business days, which is always great.
It has been a while since I shopped at HM.com but I'm very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping more here.

Ordered something online for a Christmas gift. Shipped late to begin with, finally got it and they send me childrens elf outfits?!?!? I ordered a mens sweater and womens underwear. Completely garbage and they're doing nothing to rectify the issue. DONT ORDER. They'll ruin your order and conveniently your Christmas as well!

Some clothes are not shown on models, don't let you give reviews on the site, or have model info (height, etc) or provide enough item detail like how long/wide a shirt is. Otherwise I love the brand. Classy and young/fresh. Something for all styles/ages.

Placed order 11/29 and receive confirmation email. According to site order was shipped on 11/30. It is now 12/8 still no merchandise or tracking number. Hold times upwards of an hour. Who has time for this? Online shopping is supposed to be easy.

Oh man. I had so many problems ordering these clothes it's not even funny. Horrible customer service reps. Promised things that never get done. Was hung up on hold after 15 minutes six different times. No useful customer info was passed between the reps so I had to explain my situation to countless people repeatedly. I get told I'm receiving a discount and once again... nothing. H&m is losing customers with their crap online purchasing system and uninformed CS reps that don't follow through with what they promise. I buy stuff online all day everyday && this is the worst customer service department I've ever talked to since online purchases started in the mid 90's.

It's sad that company's like H&M will take advantage of this pandemic by sitting on orders, taking your money, waiting 3 weeks to tell your items are no longer available and hanging up on you once you speak with customer service. To add insult to injury they send you a little 10 percent discount, as if I ever want to order from them again.

They honestly have some really high end looking clothes at reasonable prices. Very on trend and fashion oriented. I have loved every piece I've gotten from there, and none of them look or feel cheap like forever21 sometimes does.
As for the customer service in the stores. I don't know why anyone bothers to complain about it. What do you expect? The majority of people who work at places like H&M and Forever 21 etc are kids. You honestly think you're going to get 5 star customer service from a place that sells $5 clothing items? Go shop at Burberry and quit complaining.

I buy all my childrens clothes from H & M. Last summer I had almost every single style of dress they sold for my girls! I love their kids clothes, although the cheapest items don't always wash up well but when you are getting 3 for 2 offers that are already pretty cheap you can't really grumble. I shop here when buying for my nephew too. The boys stuff is very cute.
I do find that when ordering online however, I can wait an awfully long time to receive my goods compared to other online shops I use which can be frustrating but with regards to value for money and clothing choice in general I love shopping here.

I've never had a bad experience here. They're solid for customer service: ship reliably fast and get the merchandise correct. They made a mistake once and promptly corrected it. Can't ask for more than that! Their selection is seasonal and vast; prices can't be beat. Rock on H & M!

I got a gift card to h&m for Christmas and was looking forward to buying some clothes. The closet store to me is about 2 1/2 hours away. It's just annoying that they don't accept their own gift cards online!

Pathetic service. Not Processing refund it's been more then weeks. Not responding properly or giving reason for failing to process the refund when all there products are returned and I hage received confirmation mails as well. Poor service extremely dissatisfied.

H&m is absolute cheat brand.
I placed around 30-35 orders with multiple items. The returns were sent back all carefully from my end. Then they told me they haven't received my returns after 6 months when I chased. I had to prepare an excel sheet to track all my orders and returns which consumed so much time. They refused to give my refunds for 2 of my returns of 1039 and 799 rs.
Be very careful with them. They don't initiate return until u chase and sometimes not even after chasing. It never happened with any other shopping site. Customer service literally says. There is no one above us to escalate and they are so unwilling to help. I literally cried when I had to explain too much to get my genuine money back and still dint get.
Boycott h&m.

The only thing worth buying are basic tops and similar items. I've had bras from here and they feel cheap, but they get the job done and look fine enough. Same with underwear.
All the jewelry and shoes are the chinky junk you can get at any store that doesn't have a legit jewelry or shoe section. H&M is a fast fashion company meaning everything is meant to be made cheap (ergo, lesser quality, hence only being good for basics) and either sell quick or get thrown out. So yes, it's cheap material probably made in sweatshops, but if all you need is a basic black t-shirt or simple sweater, you can't go wrong.
