I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

“A Disappointing Experience- Buyers Beware!”

"I strongly advise against purchasing from H&M based on my recent experience. Earlier also I ordered, they delivered unbranded jeans instead of the H&M brand, and in my recent orders, they have sent jeans with the wrong length with the right tag. Is H&m has become fraud now? Be ready for it. I always order 29/30 slim jeans it fits me well. But now the jeans they provided me is too short in length. I've bought 7-8 pairs by now, thinking it was just a mistake, but the customer care team keeps insisting it's my fault, customer care thinks I am a liar essentially ignoring my concerns. For anyone considering H&M, be prepared for inconsistent product quality, careless mistakes, and unresponsive customer service. Shopping here may feel like a gamble—you're left wondering if you'll even get what you paid for. Don't waste your time and money on a brand that fails to deliver on basic expectations."

H&M has brought back the era of department store dictatorships from places like Russia and China. If you buy something online and it is faulty or some other query, you cannot get help in-store because of all the rules at H&M. My way or the highway style of thinking. They are autocratic, dismissive and rude.

Myer has great customer service. You can return online purchases at the service desk. H&M has no such desk. It's just way too smug.

customer service is the most important thing. Learn from Myer

I purchase worth $150 clothes online coz I want to avoid the holiday crowd. Ordered it on 11/28, didn't receive any confirmation until 12/6. Package didn't arrive until 12/21. Now I want to return some of it. Went to the store on 12/30 and said they cannot do returns (as cash) but only as store credit. Crazy policy they have., very unsatisfactory. Will never do online again. Learned my lesson

I see so many people complaining here. Your bad experience is an INDIVIDUAL experience. H&M's Customer Service center provides OVERALL great service. I've been shopping with them for years & have had minimal issues. I'm sire some of you are upset because they didn't bend their company policies. And why should they?! They're policies for a reason! Anyhow, I'll continue shopping with H&M! They also have great deals & amazing quality for the price. Check them out!

I never got the package after an H&M agent guaranteed me of delivery and refund. I waited over a month for the package, with a "failed delivery" to an accurate address, two delays in shipping, a return on the package without my consent (because I never received the package in the first place), and then after an agent guaranteed delivery, a second agent told me that info was false. I then informed them that it was fraud to make false claims and guarantees to customers, and they still did not offer a discount or anything. Very upset and will never shop here again. DO NOT BUY, especially around the holiday season.

It is very nice to find a boutique clothing store that offers great clothes that both men and women can enjoy shopping for. I have been to many other clothing stores and not found myself too interested in making any purchases, but I just enjoy how they have the store setup how they market their clothes and also the online store is great and very well organized. You also must appreciate that the clothes they do offer are of very good quality and at a nice price point. So if you're in the market for new clothes for any time of year I would definitely stop on by either one of the stores or this website.

I love H&M clothing, I feel like I am in their physical store multiple times a month. Their prices are incredible and I always seem to find tops that fit my style perfectly. However I am not so impressed with their website. I like to sort things by price as well as by color, size, etc. and that doesn't seem to be an option on the desktop version, nor the mobile version of the website. I hope I'm not missing something blatant, but if I'm not... H&M, please fix this!

I placed an order and it never came. I had to contact them twice and they offered a refund the second time. We'll see if I actually get it. Reading through these other reviews, it seems this wasn't a one-off. Don't make my mistake.

Extremely fast delivery, with lots of options as to where. Since I cannot be home waiting for a delivery, it was perfect for me. Quality of the items were also perfect, I wait always for the discounts they make to get high quality stuff more economically both for me and my husband.
I even had to exchange an item for a size problem, which I dread usually, went without a hitch as well. I'm very satisfied with everything.

While shopping in store is pretty good, online experience was NIGHTMARE. Processing time took 2+ weeks, then after 1 month order never was delivered and most likely lost. They provided UPS tracking, and no any updates meaning it stuck in H&M facility somewhere. Customer service on the phone is cold, rude and unprofessional, constantly interrupting and "I dont' give a f..." attitude. My last online order ever with them...

I started a bedroom redesign and needed to get a duvet cover, I looked online and noticed that H&M had the best prices on these and bought one. I am extremely disappointed. Not only is the gray way too light, but the color is fading and becoming white in some areas. Would not recommend, spend the extra money for a better product (This was for the cotton duvet set)

I used to love H&M because their easy app and great customer service and now I have to say awful customer service and dysfunction app, keep getting RM2 error and every time I want purchase something I have to call the customer service which takes forever to connect followed with logging out and logged back in and try again and because of that missing out on promotions. So very much disappointed

The customer service is very very bad. You keep repeating yourself unable to resolve a simply missed payment issue.

Four months and still waiting for IT systems to be fixed and credit my account.

For a big company the should be ashamed. Please train your staff well.

The title pretty much encompasses how I feel about H&M.
I bought a really great black skirt from there that I wear all the time with almost everything, as well as great athletic shirt from the men's section.

The home section is also pretty good, as well, as you can get anything from duvets and towels to plates and candles for a good price (and all at a steal if you get them on sale!)

I think that overall the shop has a wide variety at quite a good price range.

My only issue is that, while the plus-size section is good, it's very simple. The regular sizes in women's clothes has oodles of pages with wide varieties of patterns, colors, and cuts. Heck, even the men's section has a pretty broad range, but the plus size section is severely lacking, with the entire section taking up no more than 4 or 5 pages.

Though a bit disappointing, it's a good go-to place if you want your basics and I imagine I'll continue shopping there.

I shop at my local H&M store, everything is such good prices, and good quality, and id like to say, watch out for their clearance stuff though. Like other companys I have purchased from, they do put ripped, returned, clothing back on the clearance racks. Unless this is just my store. Other than that, I love this! And I have had success also with ordering from the website, hope this helps! :)

H&M is a very big company and their shipping really sucks. They have stores all over the country it should not take a week for a tracking number. I will never ever ever order anything from them again. If you ever try and call a store FORGET ABOUT IT! All they have is a 800 number that you sit on hold for 45 minutes until you talk to someone. Who has time for that. I learned my lesson never again!

If you are looking for a knockout piece for the season... this is it. I bought a cover up, a hat, and sun glasses plus a fringed purse and got so many compliments! Would definitely buy from them again.

I received several gift cards for Christmas this year and have been holding out to use them so when I found out I was pregnant I was very excited to be able to use the cards to buy myself some new l maternity pants since I can't get them in my size anywhere else but to my dismay, h&m has no way of allowing customers to use their gift cards online or on the phone. I called customer service and asked if I could purchase the jeans online and return them in store and repurchase them with the gift card and come to find out they don't allow online returns in stores and even if they did have the same product in the store, they won't honor the online prices. Absolute Bologna. I asked what I could do to buy maternity clothes with the gift cards I received since maternity is not offered in the stores near by me and all the representative said was "nothing can be done about that." Great. Thank you for all your help. This will be the last time I buy from the over priced retail store h&m.

As a family of six we order 95% of our clothing online.
The first year they offered online store it took about 3 - 4 weeks to receive your order.
For 8 days ago I placed a new order. My order is still in process so I guess I have to wait another week until I receive my clothes.
I know that it might be normal processing time but anyway I normally order clothing from UK etc. and this time I did it same day. I got it 51 hour later from nextdirect.com and from other uk companies around 3 days. And guess what I pay the same for shipping.
Somehow I feel like the company should have free shipping until they have found way to speed up their service.
I though like HM. Many of their clothes are priced OK but the price though is going up so I have start to shop from other companies..

Visited your trafford centre store on 08/01/2017 - staff didn't seem to want to help, when i requested to try a few things on, the attendant didn't even check what or how many items i had and just pointed to a cubicle. Service is down hill there.

You can definitely find some good deals, but it's absurd that online purchases cannot be returned in stores. Instead you are charged $5.95 to send back items that may not even cost that much. Pointless. Moral of the story: avoid online purchases unless you are positive items will fit!

Worst shipping experience of the season. Still can't get my package out of third party carrier and there's nothing H&M seems to be able to do. Will never ever purchase online from this vendor and I recommend the same to all my friends and family. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered from the website end of November. All I got was an email stating that my order will be shipped soon. I have sent a few emails asking about my order, with no answers from Customer Service. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. Trying to call customer service, but of coarse not getting through. Took my money, but still no merchandise. Never Again!

Isn't customer satisfaction mentioned in training for the staff at h&m. As everytime I shop at the Nottingham City centre store I am happy with items but soon as its time to pay the que is ridiculous only because the staff are to slow seriously most stores these days deal with customers quickly h&m don't at all

Been purchasing from hm for a while now. Although the quality has always been the same "forever 21" quality. I have been pleased. You get what you pay for. However, I purchased a sweater a couple of weeks ago and the sweater stretched so much to the point that it is in wearable. I tried to exchange it and was denied even with receipt because I had removed the cleaning label. Called customer service and they told me they can't do anything about it because they can't resell it with that label. Really? You can't resell it period because the quality is atrocious. Worst customer service ever.
