I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

H&M used to be a good company in terms of prices as the quality was always low/medium and used to cater lower end of the market. Because of these prices sales increased many foods. Prices were always matching to the quality standards. Products were made mainly in china, Bangladesh, Pakistan, turkey and some other countries 6 to 8 years back.
Now Rs totally Bangladesh show. Cheaper and poor quality stuff. Msometimes styles and quality is also reasonable but prices have been increased many fold which do not fit under their banner. It's better to come back to their originality as far as prices are concerned

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! The store will not accept the return if you order online. Apparently their computers won't allow it. It's 2018 H&M programmers, get with it. How can your computers not be linked? Instead, you have to return the item by mail and they will deduct $4.99 before they refund you your money.
Also, be aware that you ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS to return your item. I ordered some pants in different colours to be sent to my daughter who is going to university in Montreal. Her birthday was November 3, and she received the parcel a day or two in advance (to be opened on her birthday). She chose which colour she wanted, and then brought me the other two pairs when she came back to Ontario December 1st so that I could return the unwanted colours. Past 30 days, no returns.
I am boycotting H&M. They have to realize that, in this day and age, customer service makes the world go around. Their service is terrible.

I ordered some clothes 7 days ago. I paid extra shipping so that I would get it quicker. And my items are not even ready to be delivered yet! No telling when I will get them. Also I got charged twice! Apparently this is standard practice. So say you spend 100.00 online. They will deduct 200.00 from your account. But no worries the money will go back in your account in a week or so according to Customer Service. Oh and I might get my package next week. It's all just up in the air right now. But no worries because "they understand your frustration." Except they really don't care. They don't care that your on a tight budget but you decided to treat yourself on this rare occasion and it backfired and they have now overdrafted your account. Which you've never overdrafted before because you keep track of every dollar you spend. Except noone told you that you'd have to pay twice for items that never got delivered. So now your screwed. My advice is to never ever order from this store.

Had to go to field meeting after work. Messy engineering, photo, down in the mud type. Didn't have time to go home and change out of my suit; so bought a pair of cargo pants and Tshirt from H&M during lunch. Wow, they were cheap, and they lasted all of 4 hours and 22 minutes. Think the mud was holding the seams together. Oh well, what do you expect from an $11.00 pair of pants and a $ 5.00 tshirt. Not my first choice for non field meeting clothes.

Nothing in this store is true to size! Would not suggest ordering offline. I caught a sale and bought 4 pairs of jeans and 2 sweaters. Nothing fit! I wear the same size in all other stores but here my jeans were too small and sweaters were too big. What a disappointment. Thankfully you can do in store returns

I ordered from you on May 4th and two weeks after that I got an email that the package was lost and a refund is coming.
Since then there is no refund and no other messages about this matter. This situation is unacceptable, and needless to say outrageously unprofessional. I don't think I've ever experienced this with other providers.

I love their clothes but today i had to write a review because 2 of their employees tagged team on me saying that their 20% off sale is only for 3 or more items when one of them said its 2 or more. I had to wait in line for like 10 minutes or so cos they only had 1 cashier working and guess what they told me i cant avail 20% off on 2 items. It just ruined my day and sorry for my bad english. If youre gonna buy to h&m make sure to know how much their prices are actually are and if its on sale because half the time you shop you will find yourself confused just like me. From then on i just lost my appetite going to that certain store. Thank you H&m employees, i just hope you guys had a little love and care for your customers.

I ordered a pair of jeans on 9/7/20 and it has been 10 days now and they keep sending me an email that shipment is delayed. I did more research and they were having shipment problems way back in 2018 and are now using Covid19 as an excuse. I ordered clothes from unknown websites during pandemic and received them in couple of days, for a billion dollar company unable to deliver on time to customers is poor business. Me and my daughter shopped on Cyber Monday 2016 at H&M. We ordered sperately and today it's Dec/7/2016 and We have not received the items yet. The tracking number gives no information except shipped.
Very disappointed as my family shops a lot from H&M. And we never faced this kind of problem before.

Placed my order a month and they didn't send it. I keep asking them for my refund and they are giving me excuses. The order was placed on December 5,2019 and it has been a month with no refund and no merchandise. They are dishonest and have the worse customer service. I bought same merchandise from a different retailer and I already got it. I filed complaints and they are making me wait. Don't shop from them, you won't see your merchandise in time or worse, you won't receive it. The clothes are bad quality too. After two washes clothes look faded and shrinks. Business is bad and not good as it was in early 2000.

There clothing is okay I just hate there jeans they don't fit at all. But the shipping was pretty fast my items arrived in 2 days and I didn't pay for expedite shipping. The quality can vary but there good for a budget.

I ordered some stuffs online in Canada, within Toronto area. It took a month for delivery. This is not a brand nor international organization, its some retail store half way around the globe trying to fool Canadians. I felt like I order some stuffs from China which took a month to deliver. My advise, dont every order from H&M,, rather go buy from wallmart. You will regret,, not worth a month wait when u pay and bought some stuffs.

I recently purchased a gold chain from h&m Cookstown Ontario. My product was not put into my bag. After contacting customer service and speaking to a call center representative she hung up on me! All I wanted was a refund on my visa for a product I did not receive! H&M are a global company you need to do better! Your customer service is terrible

Customer service wise I have never had a problem with this company. The quality of their clothes is overall good. You just have to be a smart shopper. If it is $5 you are going to be getting what you paid for. I have been having a lot of problems getting my online orders and so I eventually called because I needed the clothing for an event. They weren't able to get the package back to me but they were still able to reorder it for me and give me next day shipping and money off my previous order. Very helpful and they suggested somethings on how to write my address so it would not happen again. Thank you Omar and Jason!

In all the years I've been to H&M I've had a few snags but nothing catastrophic. I can fit a size 6 across most clothing stores and H&M does pretty good with that size for me. Sometimes it's a little loose though, so I don't know what's up with that. They have good sales online and in store and during one shopping trip I can usually find 2-3 things I absolutely love and have to have so that works for me.

Although the CDC states that covid is rarely passed by touching anything, H&M won't let people even try things on over their clothes. You have to buy it and return if doesn't fit. How is my trying it on at home going to leave less germs on the clothes than in the store? People can still touch, carry around and sneeze or cough on the items and hang them back up. How do they expect people to buy clothes without trying them? Do they want to go out of business?

I bought a pair of boots in HM and in 2 weeks they were completely damaged. When I went to the store and asked for my money back they refused.
More serious than that was the store manager Jason from HM at Macquarie Centre who basically said I was lying when mentioning that I used them 3 or 4 times. Making judgements and pointing that to a customer is serious and should never be done.
Só, besides a terrible product, i had the worst possible customer service. Never again HM.

I was proud to get shopping done early this year. I purchased several items on 11/25. On 12/8, I finally received a "your order has been shipped" email. As of today 12/21, I have yet to receive my purchased order. When I called Customer Service & escalated the call to a "manager". I was told, "UPS hasn't posted where your items are so there is nothing in my power I can do". I explained that if UPS doesn't have the tracking it's because the items were not sent, can you find out? "No, there's nothing I can do." After a lesson on Customer Service she said she could email the warehouse. I congradulated her for thinking outside of the box. Currently I've on the line trying to figure out what the outcome is, I've been waiting for a Rep for over an hour, hour and one minute, hour and two minutes,... Not worth it!

The clothes at H and M are affordable and pretty good quality. There isn't one in the town that I live in so I have to order online, make sure not to be reliant on your order and timing, because it could take up to two weeks for the clothes to arrive at your house. Horrible shipping service, tracking is sub-par, so be prepared to not receive your clothes for a while.

I ordered from the website for the very first time and didn't realize that apparently you can't exchange or return items in store... lol anyways I got my items, one was missing (a necklace I ordered) and so I called the customer service, they said they'd reimburse me and they did so fairly quickly. The other items I ordered were just crap. The only thing I liked were the pants but the shoes and bodysuit were terrible. I ended up keeping the bodysuit but I sent the shoes back and got a refund but honestly H&M. Get your $#*! together with your returns and exchanges. Had your policy been that I could exchange online products in store I would have done that instead of wasting my time sending the items back.

In this day and age when you have so many options to make purchases, H&M needs to do a better job with their shipping and delivery time. I made a purchase on June 26 and still have not reveived it - tracking shows its on its way to a USPS facility?!? That's crazy! I could have bought basically the same items on Amazon and received them in two days.
