I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

Earlier also I ordered, they delivered unbranded jeans instead of the H&M brand, and in my recent orders, they have sent jeans with the wrong length with the right tag. Is H&m has become fraud now? Be ready for it. I always order 29/30 slim jeans it fits me well. But now the jeans they provided me is too short in length. I've bought 7-8 pairs by now, thinking it was just a mistake, but the customer care team keeps insisting it's my fault, customer care thinks I am a liar essentially ignoring my concerns. H&M stated the product would be delivered within 5~7 days, wait for 15 days and called the customer service. Person told me that product is in transit and cannot do anything. They can claim product lost in transit after 30 days and do a full refund without the product. While I want the product and not interested in refund. They do not stand behind their delivery commitment and if product is lost, all they would do is say sorry and do a full refund. If that is the case, why would anyone place online order?

I went to return two items and salesperson saw HnM bag in my hand and told me that their system is down for return, but I exchange them for a different size. I said the size is not available so I have no choice. He told me to go to a different location and their system is fine. I said oth location is twenty minutes away and more. I asked him what kind of system is that which is down for returns only and good for buying and exchange and if they ever put system down information online so people can read it before coming all the way. He had no answer to that. Bottom line is that they are really not helpful and courteous.

My kids and I really love new summer collection, especially my teenage son! Beatufil colours and quality it's the reason why I always coming back to your store. For me your jumpers are just amazing and that's why I am so excited for winter collection and already saving money for big purchase :))

I have shopped H&M in the past, but will NEVER shop there again after watching their latest. Christmas Commercial! My family & I were watching a Family Christmas movie (Home Alone) and a Christmas commercial for H&M comes on, and they are showing couples together, and all of a sudden they show 2 men romantically KISSING! How Gross! Now I am well aware this happens in real life, and while I don't agree with that lifestyle, its not my business. BUT... I nor my family should have to see this in our own home! Talk about unfair. The government is HUGE on protecting gay rights, but what about straight people's rights? I guess companies don't think straight people deserve rights. I'm sorry, but if we are sitting in our own home, this should not be shoved down our throats! WHAT makes companies think that is okay? I believe Hollyweird is sending the morals of this country straight down the tubes, and could care less.

Purchased size 2 jeans. I was sent a size 4 instead, when I did the online chat I was severely chastised for not using the new sizing chart. Could not get them to understand I ordered a 2 and received a 4. Sent jeans back, fast forward 2 weeks and 43 minutes later with 4 phone calls I received an email stating they received my jeans. Still waiting on refund to hit my card. Also asked to talk with a supervisor, they have to email a supervisor and they will contact me in 48 hours. I am still waiting.

It is lovely to have H and M here in Christchurch... BUT... totally frustrating and annoying to have to ring an 0800 number re a query of a purchase and to be unable to speak directly with the a member of the staff. Only communication is through an email. Frustrating!

I love the ads and the items. But the quality is inconsistent and the few bucks saved is not worth the purchase. For younger folks who only want to wear something for a few months, this would be a site to check out. Professionals be aware, spend a few more dollars and getting a better item at a department store.

I've experienced my time with H&M as an employee and before I got to my store I was training outside of east TX. I was told the person who would be Manager was a not a good person among many stories from others who knew her. When we opened our store in February, let me just say the company only sides with their internal employees when it comes to external employees problems. The company sides with who they know or who their better friends with. They have a saying of being straight forward and honest, but in the district office they don't even live by that saying. The store manager is rude, disrespectful, talks with an attitude all the time and treats employees like kids with no respect. Needless to say the store manager Adrianne McDonald is not a good store manager. She couldn't even get her store together to make it a great work experience. She's is everything to the word rude.

I ordered products with a gift card, some products did fit, others did not. So I send some products back. To my surprise: when you send products back, gift cards become useless.
I would not recommend H&M to anyone. Its the worst experience I had about online shopping so far.

I ordered three T-shirt's on a deal and when I tried it, it was too big for me so I went to the local store to exchange those T-shirt and the price for those T-shirt was increased and the manager told me we cannot do anything except the money return. In the past they didn't delivered my products. I am very disappointed with H&M.

I dont know why hv so many lower points reviews. As my experiences with H&M many years nvr hv any problems. Affordable price, fashionable designs with average quality and also convenient with shipping and returns. Gave up forever21 due to difficulty to return policy many years. I tried a pair of jeans on priced at £8.99 they where the most snug fitted jeans ive worn in a long time, i tried a pair of river island jeans on at £40 first but decided to try elsewhere and im so glad i did, thanks H&M you made my day, will be buying in other clours

I ordered a package 3 weeks ago, and it never arrived. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to file a lost package claim, and it would take a week for someone to review it. After it's been reviewed, I have to wait another week to receive my refund. In other words, I have to wait 5 weeks to possibly get refunded for a package that never arrived.

I haven't received the refund of my item purchased in feb, they are continuously fooling me, with emails and all they do is ask proof and transaction details, and we provide that also then also they just rob us this way, they brutally say no, highly disheartened by the service

Order some clothing online, and when they sent me an email asking me to "be patient", that my order hadn't processed yet, and they would let me know when it had. I noticed there was an old shipping address, so I called right away to correct the error and they told me there was no way to change the address. They told me this even though the order had not processed yet. Okay, whatever, so I told them to just cancel the order. They said there was no way, even though the order had not been processed, to cancel the order. What? I've moved a lot, and this has never happened with any other retailer EVER. This company is the worst. When I asked to escalate my call, the customer service rep put me only hold for (no exaggeration) 30 minutes and then hung up on me. I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card. Luckily, my credit card company has excellent customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible customer service. Went today to the store at M St NW in Washington, DC with my kids, one of them still a toddler and she needed her diaper to be changed. I asked politely the woman at the register where their bathroom is. Obviously, I needed a restroom urgently as my baby was crying, and I needed to change her. So, the woman at the register told me that they don't have a bathroom and I need to go next door to TJ Maxx. I asked her, how come I should go to TJ Maxx to the restroom if I'm shopping at H&M, and she Yelled back at me that they don't have a bathroom at the store. And this is all happening while I'm trying to calm down my child. What kind of people work there...It was a disgrace.
It's not like I was not buying stuff for almost $200 and this attitude coming from another woman towards their customer, who is also a mother.
I forgot to ask if they go next door to TJ Maxx to use the restroom when they need it since they can't accommodate a small child!
I'm not going to visit that store again! Outrageous!

When I went there the other day with my mom, to shop for my brother we saw a jacket we really wanted to get him. We checked everywhere for his size, but the only oe left was on the maniquin. We went to ask an associate if we could take it down and put up a different one but they said "Oh, we don't take things off our maniqiuins, But we can put you on the waiting list." my mom and I were very upset ad felt the need to share this wth the world

I dealt with customer service twice, and both times were horrible experiences. The agent was high or sounded high and uninvested, told me the item in transit was returned because I put in my address wrong (turns out my address was just fine as it was the same one I used for every order...) and could not do anything to help. They couldn't simply just find the right address with my postal code, and it seemed that they couldn't tell me exactly/or didn't want to look into why my package was returned so they told be something random and in the end, nothing was done about it.

They don't follow their 30day return policy because it was a "designer" merchandise. Nothing was explained when ordered through online. After 15 days to go return it, store said since it was a designer merchandise I would have to send it back to online. Now I'm trying to call the customer service line to verify so I won't waste my time but I've been on hold for 25minutes. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Hold for 25minutes and still waiting! Really?
