I really like the corduroy jackets and flannel shirts from the new collections. Those items are timeless classics just like jeans. Seems like they will always be in fashion. It's also great that I don't have to spend a lot of my money on such quality clothing.

Earlier also I ordered, they delivered unbranded jeans instead of the H&M brand, and in my recent orders, they have sent jeans with the wrong length with the right tag. Is H&m has become fraud now? Be ready for it. I always order 29/30 slim jeans it fits me well. But now the jeans they provided me is too short in length. My Mom and I went to the store on May 9, 2017.We qued in line for payment and when it got to my mom's turn, she give out hundred and the cashing machine got stuck after the cashed put in the money.so my mom have to wait for like 20 mins over there at the corner while the shoppers from behind pass by.my mom dun wanna wait anymore so she give the casher the exact price and changes and want to take back the hundred and go. But the casher say he can't do it. I totally understand things like this happen but he didn't even feel sorry for the trouble or act like he didn't care and be cool. I m a huge H&M fan, most of my outfits are from H&M but this experience was just a disappointment. I hope no other shoppers experience such a bad service in future.

The company is unable to solve any shipping issues. My package was sent back, and then they were unable to update the address and resend. Then I was told I had to wait an additional five days for a refund after the tracking had said the package had already been sent back. Horrible customer service. Was the last jacket and they said we can send u ana update when the jacket is available again. Smh

I ordered a fairly significant order for my children on 12/7/17, received confirmation that it had shipped and I would be receiving it prior to 12/14/17. Tracking # was wrong, when I tried call in customer service 12/20/17 I sat on hold for over an hour while attempting to customer service chat as well. When I got on customer service chat I was told basically there was nothing that they could do. No explanation for where my package was. Did give me a new tracking # which is still under investigation with UPS. Called customer service again on 02/15/17 when I still hadn't been issued a refund for my never shipped package. Called again today as I still have not received my refund. The customer service agent Liz claims that there is no confirmation that my refund was shipped. Yadayadayada. Long story short will now file a claim with my visa card to get my money back but I will never order again from such a poor excuse for a company. Zero customer service and support!

It happened many times with me, when i ordered online, they sent to me wrong items((((((( so i think its better to buy in the sores. But the problem is they not always have the same stuff in the sore, variety of clothes online is much more and better, thats why i like to buy online, but its always unpleasantness((((((((((((((( so sad... i even calld them, but they ( customer service) did not help me with anything

Seems like they launched too soon as no one seems to know what they're doing.
I received 1 item from my order which was broken so I sent it back, and they tried to charge me $5 for sending an item that arrived broken back.
I was charged for the other 3 items I ordered, but never received them but when 3 weeks later I called to ask where they were (they don't send real tracking numbers) the snotty customer service rep tried to only refund me for one item and told me I wasn't charged for the other items. I had to email in my credit card statement to prove that I was. Shouldn't they be able to see that in their system? She still only credited me one item, so I had to get back on the phone yet again.
After all that, they still thought I would shop with them and she emailed me a coupon for free shipping.

Price on line cheaper than in store by $5.00. Merchandise in store was on the wrong rack and I was charged full price instead of the price on line as well as the rack it was on. My first visit there and probably my last. I was told by customer service "sorry for the inconvenience"

The managers and the higher officials treat the employees as very bad... They should remember that they are also employees to the company. They never accept the errors which they did. They are flipping that to the employees. Very bad company management... As well as garments are also not worthy.

Bought a dress, got home n noticed a sensor was left on my dress. Returned the following day, Abdul was the worst. He never greet me or my daughter but continued a conversation with his coworker instead. Not a hello, may I help you nothing. His entire demeanor was rude and cold. I will not be back..

I tried about 15 times to order on the website for the first time but couldn't figure out why it wouldn't go through. After speaking with several customer service reps, I found it out it was a system issue with H&M's credit card system and they did not know why it was rejecting my card. All they told me was to wait a few days for the system to refresh. I did and now the website is having technical difficulties. I have never had so many issues trying to order clothes online. Very frustrating because I spent all that time picking out clothes and now I won't be able to purchase them.

I've ordered from H&M online a few times in Canada and I've received my packages within a few days, and they've always been exactly what I had asked for. Items look the same online as in Person. They aren't the most durable, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend ordering from H&M Canada, I really have found them to be quite reliable.

Order a sweatshirt received it in 4 days, fast delivery, and quality products. The quality of the sweatshirt is amazing and the stitches are also well-made. The fitting of the sweatshirt is also good.

I live in Canada and bought a jacket when i was in the states in September, the jacket was defective and only just found out. I called customer service and they literally told me that there was nothing to do even when i gave them options of returning merchandise in the past. The manager did not help me, all he said was "there's nothing we can do" so you're telling me i spent $90CAD on a defective jacket and there's nothing that can be done? I will never be shopping here again! Worst customer service i have ever had!

I put in an order 18 days before Christmas and they are telling me it will arrive after Christmas! Of course using Covid19 as an excuse! Funny how, Amazon, Macy's, Khols, Costco and Ulta all have been able to get packages out in time. I will never order from H&M again. Great prices, beautiful clothes.
However... I've bought 4 different shirts from H&M that started out as lovely 3/4 sleeve flowy tops. One wash in cold water and a line dry later, and I've now got 4 tight-fitting t-shirts. What gives?! That's not what I purchased.
I am not a dolt. I am well aware that 100% cotton shrinks. But to that extent, having followed the proper washing instructions? That's ludicrous! I lost at least 6 inches on the bottom of these shirts. I'll leave the crop tops to Slater, thank you very much.
They really need warning labels (and to carry XXXXL sizes so that I can have my appropriate medium when all is said and done. Not impressed.

I love their clothes for toddlers ive ordered 2 packages i still have not received the worst customer service do they just hire anyone to do that job! All i want is my $#*!ing clothes its so fustrating trying to get shold of them ive got hung up on, someone came out speaking a whole other language, like wtf else! Never again!

I bought from H&M online and I did not receive the items so after waiting more than 2 weeks for my items, I called H&M customer service and asked if I could get a refund instead since I tried tracking it and it seems like it's stuck somewhere in California and it isn't moving at all. I spoke with a prick named Simon and he was very rude and showed no interest of helping me and even laughed that I didn't get my package. He told me I will receive an email of confirmation regarding my refund but I still have not receive any email. This is the worst customer service I ever had! And I will not be ordering from H&M ever again and will make sure it gets spread around to avoid this scam!

I ordered 3 tshirts online. When I received the order I had 2 tshirts and a headband. When called customer service they told me that in order to refund my money I had to go to the mail or the store which the nearest store is1hr away and return the headband even though it was their mistake. Worst customer service experience ever.

My package had a invalid tracking number and when I called customer service they said I have to wait 15 days to report it missing and call back.
I received the package very late and when I tried to return the items to the store because I did not want them anymore, they said I couldn't return it. Since the customer service has blocked it?!?

Be mindful of the return charge on your return items. I wasn't aware and I received half of my money back on an item. I could have just kept it and sold it on another site. Next time I will know that the return label is $5.99 to use.

I completely understand that I ordered during xmas season, but no big company should take a full week to ship. Additionally i was given a tracking number after a week and it is still NOT moving. This was after I was told that I would have the items by the end of the week. It is now Thursday and the package isnt even moving. Be more prepared for the holiday season, this isn't some small business with 3 employees.

I understand there is a pandemic and there is more ordering than usual but they aren't handling it well at all! They said there would be a delay, sure, but a week after I ordered they sent an email thet they are packing and shipping my order, expect a shipping confirmation soon... that was almost three days ago! When I contacted customer service, all I got was BS about covid, no explanation about the email with no follow through. Please don't lie to me, it's not good business!
