I've been using this site for a year now, to me it is very valueble while i can make a better informed decision, i check other sites as well, but ive experienced the reviews on HolidayCheck to be more thrustworthy. I also value the opinions of locals, so i often check the different languages, the ones im able to read ( French, German, Spanish). So far so good, more or less got what I expected on both holidays i made this year.

The visuals/usablity suffices, nothing spectacular.

I spend 11 days in this resort and i was so delighted that i did not want to go home.
Most of the time i spend at the bar, there it eas the most beautiful and this because of Gokhan, our barman. Gokhan madr so many special things for us. Every evening he delights us with delicious cocktails i never drunk, it was healthy made by fruits and with a very good taste. Every thime the coktails eas different, i don t know were Gokhan have so many ideas. Me and my family thank him for all he did for us. He is a very nice barman and i promise him that we will come back next holiday!

It is actually a correct name because it is a paradise in its location, Reception, rooms and the beach cleanliness are clear. Besides, weve met professionalism in the hotel management from the first reception high celebration until departure moments. In addition, we should mention the skills of chef and his assistants and cover all needs of guests In a professional performance. I suggest this place- with its wonderful nature location and high-class craftsmanship to be five stars and even more.

Myself and my boyfriend have just come back from a weeks break in Kos in May, we stayed at Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel and it was awesome! Nothing was a fault, pools, restaurant, rooms where brilliant, we needed a chilled break and thats exactly what we had, the entertainment staff where great too, not pushy but loved to see how we where and more than happy to help with anything, one thing me and my boyfriend loved was the "adult bar" at the hotel. The bar man Edward was brilliant loads of banter and made you want to return day as did Elli a waitress, Such a lovely lady with always a smile on her face and welcoming, We really enjoyed every moment at the hotel and will be going back next year, thanks for a great holiday guys

We stayed in your hotel. Food and drinks were plentiful and beautiful. Super cleaning in our room. No robbery in the room or on the beach. It was very dedicated and friendly staff. Especially security door Emine: Because we came to the wrong door. Meeting us with a nice smile.and sent us to our hotel with a golfcar. We started with a super surprise. We continued in the bar with Levent (always clean shirt and delicious cocktelys) and Polina was full of energy. The last but not least: The crisis management desk was great with Adil. He was very professional and good handling the problems shorthly. Loved the place. Many thanks...

Myself, my wife and our two friends have now been to this hotel 5 times in the last 2 years. We visited in May of this year and was aware that the hotel had been taken over by a different company since our last visit in October 2017. What a difference the new management team have made. The hotel has always been spotlessly clean but the difference in the food and the new staff is incredible. The new owner is present at the hotel and speaks to the guests every day. Many of the old staff have left but Sucru is still there who is now in overall charge of the bar and restaurants. He is so much happier now which comes over well to the guests. Mehmet the lifeguard is still on the beach a lovely man and the beach bar is staffed by Mustaffa who has a wonderful outgoing demeanour. Kemal who drives the courtesy coach to the beach is very helpful and again a lovely man. The bar is managed by Ali again a lovely man. Our waiter in the restaurant was lovely I forget his name but it begins with K. Overall the new owner has employed a wonderful team. The hotel does cater for many nationalities including Russian guests who in the main are nice people but there is always the odd exceptions which is the same with many nationalities. Overall a first class holiday and hotel and will definitely be returning in October.

Bedre mat finner man ikke på noen restauranter! Jeg hadde ikke behov for å spise noen andre steder i løpet av mitt 2 ukers opphold. Utrolig god service.
Spa avdelingen ledes av en profesjonell person som sørger for dine behov. Flinke behandlere i Hamam og massasje, som gjorde godt for kropp og sjel.
For meg var sengen vel hard, men det er de fleste på hotellene der.
Rengjøringen var mye bedre enn jeg har opplevd på andre hoteller.
Hit vil jeg tilbake på neste tur! :D

Fantastic food and very service minded Staf that do everything to make you feel att home
We are a group of people from Sweden, Norway, Denmark Germany and Holland that meet eachother every year and have a wonderful time

We were at the Arenas Doradas hotel, it was a pleasure to visit that hotel, food in many varieties, the treatment of the wonderful staff, I recommend everyone to visit ARENAS DORADAS.

Just had our second holiday at the Relaxia Lanzaplaya in Puerto del Carmen and what a brilliant place it is. We were made welcome the moment we arrived to the day we left. Everyone was so friendly. The apartments are excellent with everything you require. Everywhere is well kept and spottlessly clean. Two excellent pools (plus a kiddies pool) and excellent pool bar, and there are plenty of sun beds and brollies. We had breakfast each day in a marvellous restaurant with a wide variety of choices. Couldn't ask for anything more, plus the weather was great!

In September we went to Limone on Lake Garda, the hotel we stayed at was the All'azzuro Hotel. The room we had was a balcony room, the view we had was spectacular! The food was very good! But, the hospitality of the staff at this hotel overall was wonderful, they were very friendly and welcoming. The Manager of the hotel, Alberto Chiari was wonderful he was so very welcoming and made sure we were very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay at the hotel a memorable one! We loved our holiday experience so much so that we are returning next year with the whole family!

We stayed at the Hotel Sheraton for a two week holiday and found it brilliant. The staff at the hotel are friendly and always speak to you with a smile. We would like to thank Veronica and Laura for all their help in ensuring we had a great holiday celebrating our belated birthdays. We had a bottle of champagne with cakes delivered to our rooms which was a very nice touch and very enjoyable, thank you ladies. The hotel is great with 3 pools, one cold and the other two heated. There is a childrens pool with slides and safe. Great to have a hotel with plenty of sunbeds which meant NO people getting up in the middle of the night putting towels on beds which is frowned on by the hotel. We was B&B and the food at breakfast was great and should satisfy all tastes. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious with plenty of storage and free safe. There was a fridge and free tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom had a bath with walk in shower with his & hers sinks with lovely robes and slippers. If you do not want to sit around the pool then straight outside the hotel is a lovely sandy beach with a safe logoon. Thank you ladies and all the staff at the Sheraton for making it a wonderful holiday for all of us, we will be back. Dave Morgan

We were booked into the Liberty Hotel Lara over the Christmas period.

I travelled with my partner who had stayed in this Hotel twice before (once being last Christmas). We were given a Grand welcome the reception staff who dealt with us in such a friendly and humorous manner. Mustafa upgraded us as we mentioned we had stayed at the Hotel previously, and we were shown to a wonderful room with a sea-view room number 2104. The amenities in the room were excellent, immaculate and very luxurious.

The entire staff that that they employ work so very hard, from the Entertainment Team (who did not rest for a moment) the Kitchen Team (who produced such tasty and fresh exhibits) the Room Service Ladies (not forgetting the swans and hearts created lovingly by them) and of course the overworked Bar Staff (who always had a smile for us). I have never stayed at such an excellent overall Hotel like this. They catered for the European Christmas superbly, from the Houses made of edible goodies, the Wonderfully decorated Christmas Tree, a table full of every cake imaginable (how does one pick only one)! And excellent food at the Christmas Eve Gala. For entertainment we were introduced to the wonderful singers Il Divo who received a standing ovation. Lets not forget either the visit from Santa too.

We must mention there was an excellent photographer in the Hotel too, we had a photo shoot with him.

This Hotel was nothing short of Amazing from the moment we arrived till the moment we left.

We so look forward to our next visit here. What a Wonderful Christmas
