I can't say my experience you guys were awesome the people that are supposed to be fixing my oven I haven't heard a word one they would get back with me in 2 weeks it's been longer than 2 weeks I have no idea what's going on
My installed microwave stopped working several weeks ago. I filed a claim. Had it approved. Approved via phone the model they wanted to install. I then heard nothing for 2 more weeks. I called to check status and found out my claim had not been acted on. Had to approve another microwave model (apparently the model I had previously approved was no longer available). Had to have my color choice of white approved. I also asked for a confirmation of date of delivery. The last communication I had was last week.
I'm tired of waiting. I will be contacting them again just to make sure I don't slip through another crack.
I am not very impressed.

I had to make several calls to get the claim processed and I am still waiting on my reimbursement check. It has been about 3 weeks after the job was done.
I choose Homesafe because I saw a commercial on TV about covering home appliances. I decided to give it a try.

Wasn't sure if I was going to continue the program but after talking with the representative I felt it would be the best for our household.
It seemed better than most manufacturers warranty that usually only cover certain parts of their appliances.
No one explained anything. No one followed up in writing. Had to contact customer service to get anything in writing other than a money withdrawal on my account.

We are sorry, but our claims team should have helped you find a service provider. If they could not find one, then the responsibility would be yours to find one. All service providers are independently owned and we have no idea which ones will and will not work with home warranties. All we can do is the same as you and call around. I was so mad I wasn't helped. I paid my monthly payments and then for me not to get helped it's crazy. Fortunately I found someone that help me. I'm not a person with alot of money and I was hoping Homesafe was going to help me but I WAS REALLY DISSAPOINTED!
I had called for them not to take out my money from my bank and i canceled a day before it was supposed to take out my monthly payment. I told them to refund my money and they didn't. So that made me more mad.
I thought wow $60.00, I can afford that in return they would help me out. I was real disappointed when it didn't so I canceled. Y contract

Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM CST and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM, with the exception of holidays. I had a bathtub faucet leak. Customer service called the plumber and he called me the same day and came out to assess the problem.
So I don't have to pay a lot to replace or repair.

Other companies use the cheapest techs to work on your equipment and replace with cheaper parts or equipment. Homesafe allowed me to choose my own a/c company techs and replaced parts with high quality items

Just got a card in the mail thought it would be a good idea to have.
Would give a 0 if that were an option. Says they cover appliances for usually wear and tear and they absolutely do not. They don't honor their own contract. Two different tech that came to my home gave same reason for failure. Told to get a test done to prove leak however it would be at my expensive. Complied paid out of pocket for bubble test $150 and then they still decline. They need to be shut down bc the internet reviews are no help but the bbb gives them 1.8 which makes them not accredited

Had an appliance that needed to be repaired and was a stressful situation made worse by one representative who refused to assist me or even do their job and an ajuster who was nit picking the estimate from the company they sent out to do the job, yes I finally got the appliance fixed but not with out the stress not fully happy with the way I was treated plus took almost a month to get my appliance fixed although getting the parts had more to do with the delay
Initially all was good they took my claim and had the repair company come out and take a look at my appliance that was not working
