I can't say my experience you guys were awesome the people that are supposed to be fixing my oven I haven't heard a word one they would get back with me in 2 weeks it's been longer than 2 weeks I have no idea what's going on
Due to financial difficulties I contacted Customer Service and requested the cancellation of my contract. Customer service was polite in understanding and knowledgeable of HomeSafe services. A email was sent to me confirming my cancellation.
Issue was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. Was notified via email that Bill was past due. Was told this was an error due to severe storms causing issue with server. My bill had been paid as agreed.

Because my family wanted the security of knowing if a major issue comes up that isn't covered by homeowners insurance, we will be covered and not out a large cash loss.

From beginning to end of filing a claim to explaining what information was needed from me the associate who worked on my A/C unit to making sure everything was working like brand new, down to paying the guy for his services.

Clarese was as kind as can be. When I told her I was calling to cancel HomeSafe Coverage, she sympathized with me not having enough money to cover everything that needs to be paid monthly. She offered to reduce the monthly amount due and push the payment due date out 10 days so I can think about it and make sure that's what I really want to do.

Save your money in a saving account and if and when something breaks, replace it with your saved money the next day with your money. And, if it doesn't break take an overnight stay in a city that has no crime. Lol. Good luck finding one of those.

I really don't understand why every company has to break their arms patting themselves on the back with these surveys? Ya, you great job. You woke me up three times. Your constant text messages and emails about drove me crazy. I did the actual work. Me and Puget Sound Heating and Plumbing improved my kitchen faucet.

Thought we were with a good company until something finally happened, and they denied the claim. They make up their own story of why they denied it, we even had to do their job and find someone to fix the problem. So what they tell you in their advertisement, is a bunch of bullhonky.

We do offer our customers the option to use any Service Providers that they may have worked with previously. However, our claims team should offer to assist in locating a Service Provider as well. If they could not find one, then the responsibility would be yours to find one. All service providers are independently owned and we have no idea which ones will and will not work with home warranties. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance if you have any questions or concerns.

I canceled my Home Safe (AEMIS) contract
#HWF*******, after receiving my Quick Reference Guide & discovering that most of my appliances & operating equipment (pumps,etc) were not covered due to being commercial grade

Had trouble getting proper invoice from repair company discrepancy with verifying payment has been made. Not a fault with Home safe but with the repairman took too long to get a solution.

I have been with home safe a while, because I really like car shield, anyway my stove lost power, it was a large puff sound.I went to check the breaker box, nothing. That's when I called. The gentleman was very friendly and called when he was on his way. He was very informative about the problem. I would

The appliance company came and checked their work with followup calls. It took three calls to get the situation taken of,but they eventually got it taken care of.
I saw their advertisement on t.v. And I called for a quote.

To fix it was over $300 when I Could buy a new one for $520 so I decided instead of fixing the old one that was over 10 years old. I replaced it with a new one.
Informed me that on my contract that the seals on a refrigerator was not covered How do you think I felt?
As a 75-year-old woman by myself I figured home safe would help me fix or replace the appliances or as the contract states what needs to be fixed as paying $85 a month. I’m sure could’ve use some help.

Homesafe found third party service tech, Sears Home Service, they would not complete quote according to home safe rules. So homesafe would not / could not honor contract.

The representative I initially spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable and created a claim for my issue. The follow up has not been as thorough resulting in me having to call back several times for follow up.
Once I reached out the customer service staff has always been good I just wish I didn’t have to do as much reaching out and follow up.

I have not been able to use it to be able to say how I've experienced the issues but who I've talked to on the phone. They both have been very nice the first one who called me this morning on February 13 I didn't know who she was and because it was 5:45 AM I was very rude, so I apologize to her. I don't know who she is. I have no idea how to call her back but I would love to be able to tell her sorry.

I had one of the worst experiences possible I file a claim then had to find my own company it took them four times Jim Services number they say the deductible was 65.00 but that's not true it's what ever the company charges for they're service call so I paid so they said my the thing that spins the needed maintenance not repair so Armis declined the service in which the service company said they needed to do the service first to see if it works so they canceled my claim before the service could be done I see why it's 49.99 cheap contract you get horrible service so I canceled my contract right away so if you reading this HomeSafe Warranty is a not the company to deal with. Try someone else.

Previous plan (CHOICE) did not have Repair or Replace policy and I had to foot the bill for two expensive replacements. HomeSafe rep assured me of their Repair or Replace policy that would have covered these two replacements. Monthly fee is reasonable as is the service charge.
