I can't say my experience you guys were awesome the people that are supposed to be fixing my oven I haven't heard a word one they would get back with me in 2 weeks it's been longer than 2 weeks I have no idea what's going on
I had an emergency situation and it took them 5 days to reimburse me. They would not pay the plumber. So in order to fix problem I would have been without water for 5 days so.I paid the plumber so I could have running water to bath. I will be switching back to the Home Warranty I had previously. It was totally unacceptable. This company sucks!

I live in a small ton and could find NO contractor willing to repair my refrigerator or my garage door opener using a 3rd party warranty service. Since you insist on paying the contractor, even if you approved the repair and I paid for it up front, I could not get reimbursed. So basically I am screwed.

I had spoke to you guys twice in the repairman spoke to you right in my home confirm that I paid the house call $70 and gave them a diagnosis. And you guys told him how he had to draw it up he sat right there while on the phone got it all done and sent it right then. I call back to find out why a week's come by and I've heard nothing and I'm told that they can't find anything in their computer that we ever had a conversation.
When I called back and talk to customer service she is very short with me and had an attitude.

My experience with this company is that it's very difficult to get an approval for a claim. You have to jump through hoops to get an approval. Then they lie stating that they never received the required documentation for approval and that they contacted the company to do the repairs. All they kept saying is claim denied. So, as of now, I cancelled the contract. To me, it's a major scam.
Claimed they received all the documents to get approval and that they contacted the contractor to also get there input on repairs which were all lies. Their final words- claim denied.
Thought all my home appliances would be covered in case of breakdown. Apparently, it’s nothing but a joke.

I live with and care for a disabled adult who is continent so doing laundry is a daily chore. When my washing machine broke down, it was a big problem. This was the first time that was calling Homesafe. I spoke to someone with no wait. I should have wrote down their name because they were professional and pleasant to speak to. They gave ne a claim number and the number to a local repair place. I called, scheduled an appointment and within 3 days my washer was fixed and the claim was approved. Thank you Homesafe and Armis..

I've been a customer for years and I put in one claim and you denied it.
There's no possible way to have photos of a leak on a broken water heater the day after the water has leaked out prior to the repair company comes out to replace it.
No one replaces a hot water heater for the hell of it.
Bad attitude.
Will never do business or recommend this company again.

I have had home warranties on my homes before and will stick with the company that has not restrictions like this one. My current home was built in 2011. The Hot water heater was manufactured in May of 2011 the home was purchased on July 27,2011. The Hot water heater failed on on July 21,2023 which falls into 12 years of the home being occupied but not within the manufacture date of the Hot water heater. Most people don't know when there equipment is manufactured but that is what Home Safe goes by. No one was using the hot water heater until the home is purchased. I was grateful that I was at the end of first year of payment that I could cancel my contract and I did immediately.
They called me and the price was good but I now know why. You get what you pay for nothing.

This was my first claim and it went very smoothly. It was easy to file a claim. I had someone come to look at my issues and the repairs done all within a week.
I called in about a refund I was informed that I should be getting. The customer service representative worked until she found the answer for me.

Microwave went on the blink. Took about 3 Weeks to get it back, and it's fine. The day was in the decision of whether to replace or repair it. It was repaired, and in now in great working order. Thanks!
Microwave. Went bad on us after 2 years. Notified Home Safe, had a repair co. pick it up. Kept in contact with them, and in 3 weeks we had it back, working like new.
Felt it would be a good company to fix/replace an appliance, if anything went wrong. Certainly worked out well for us!

Still have not heard from the company that is supposed to refund my payment that I had to pay in full up front because they did not except the plan. Their people is the one that sent them out here. If I do not here something soon, I will be canceling this plan.
Home safe is fine, but the people they have handling their claims stink.
I wanted a plan to cover my home, but not quit sure it is worth it. I could save my money I am paying and have things fixed myself. That is what I had to do anyway.

I tried back again this afternoon after being told in the morning that the system was being transferred/updated however they still weren't done. The customer service representatives I spoke to were very helpful in trying to resolve the problem and that helpfulness I appreciated greatly.

My claim for my unrepairable refrigerator was denied. The repairman said that it would cost as much or more to repair it as to replace it.
He did not send pictures of it, but I was not notified that pictures were wanted until after the refrigerator had been removed from my home.
Very terse email response as well as phone call response.
I was told that they are reliable and honest.

I find it hard to actually find repair companies that accept HomeSafe. And the wait time to get anything fixed. The list they gave me has not been updated. The company that came to repair my dishwasher could have replaced it for the cost of repair.
Their list of repair companies was not compliant with what I was told.
I wanted insurance for expensive repairs. I am seriously considering canceling as it is so hard to get a repair company through them.

Customer service recommended a company to come do the repair work, well 4 people came to my house and did not do anything just look around and tell me how new and nice all my Appliances look and charged me $215.00 and I am still waiting for my money back from homesafe. And I am also waiting for money back for a $315.00 that I paid for repair on my refrigerator so I am still waiting for $465.00 from homesafe.
Homesafe is ok I would recommend them to everyone who needs help with homework. But I still haven't got my money back yet for some of the work that was done at my house. Customer service representative treated me very nice.
