I can't say my experience you guys were awesome the people that are supposed to be fixing my oven I haven't heard a word one they would get back with me in 2 weeks it's been longer than 2 weeks I have no idea what's going on
Customer service recommended a company to come do the repair work, well 4 people came to my house and did not do anything just look around and tell me how new and nice all my Appliances look and charged me $215.00 and I am still waiting for my money back from homesafe. And I am also waiting for money back for a $315.00 that I paid for repair on my refrigerator so I am still waiting for $465.00 from homesafe.
Homesafe is ok I would recommend them to everyone who needs help with homework. But I still haven't got my money back yet for some of the work that was done at my house. Customer service representative treated me very nice.
I have no idea I just picked one out of a bunch of 10 different companies
They will look for reasons to deny any and all claims. Don't be enticed by the cheaper rates. They will suffocate you with red tape. Very few contractors will work with them. Run fast and far away.

Called regarding the gas stove not being working. The igniters wouldn't work. The vendor that was sent wanted way too much money for the repair. I decided it was cheaper to buy a new stove instead of repairing it.

I have been with HomeSafe since February (2023), and have had a very positive experience thus far. All the representatives have been very helpful, and the two claims have been processed in a very timely fashion and paid fully.
Homesafe has been fairly easy to contact and the claims have been accepted and processed in a timely fashion without any "blowback".

I had a garage door company come out, they gave me the estimate. I contacted and sent them the estimate and they fixed the door, I paid the company and Homesafe reimbursed me very quickly. I am completely satisfied with them.

My top load LG washer broke they asked me to find an appliance Repairman, I did. He fixed my washer and I sent all the information Homesafe required, they promptly paid me what I had spent on fixing my washer. I am very satisfied with Homesafe, they did what they promised.

I am getting billing from the state of CO, which keeps saying to set up a card for the payments. However, I am sending my monthly payment to MO headquarters which tells me to disregard what I get from CO. Can you get the billing process together. Plus I still can not get my billing process for my two accounts sent to 3614 Edward Dr Crete IL.

After my older garage door lower panels fell off track, I soon learned that my coverage would pay ZERO dollars in its repair and I ended up paying $1600 to have a whole new door installed. WHY do I have this coverage if it doesn't HELP?

Put in a claim for my oven. I had to find a repair person myself. I put in a claim for my water heater and they did not help me because my water heater was over 10 years old.
They all told me the facts which I was unhappy about.
I choose Homesafe because the information was sent to me buy car shield which I have.

My stove still is not fixed I spoke to an agent who assured me not to cancel and that he was going to help me but I still have not gotten any help You all have taken a payment out of my account and I want my refund put it back in my account

Send a rep repair co to evaluate the problem that is not quilifird. Then would not repair and the quite was more than thefreg is weorth /the freg is still working and has not been repaired. And it cost me $65 to have it checked out. So i am not happy with my first call to have some repair done.
