Although we had the warranty for a short time due to selling our current home, Home Safe was able to take care of our only claim without a problem.
Customer service was very good and even though I paid the claim out of pocket, they quickly reimbursed me the repair cost minus the deductible.

Wouldn't cover my leaking dishwasher or my pool pump, after I bought extra pool coverage. I wasted $135/mo for 1.5 years! Don't buy from them!

I had talk to one agents and she told me that they will take care my claim and the other agents told me my problems wasn't in the contract.

I did call for the first time to start a claim and I was told what to do
And my dryer got fixed.
They told me what to do and I did what they explained to me,
and next thing you know my dryer was fixed.

Home safe did not pay the claim. And I had to call to find out it wasn't going to pay the claim. I cancelled the whole thing.
