I can't say my experience you guys were awesome the people that are supposed to be fixing my oven I haven't heard a word one they would get back with me in 2 weeks it's been longer than 2 weeks I have no idea what's going on
The customer service reps are all courteous, and they actually talk on the phone to you, to help you with any issues one may have with breakdowns of air conditioning, heating, refrigerators, plumbing, water heaters or wells. I've mentioned just a few of the repairs I've been helped with since purchasing the warranty through Home Safe. Great people and very understanding.

Air conditioner went waited all summer but received no satisfaction from home safe had to make repairs with my on money still waiting for a check for partial payment been waiting for three months the keep saying that the check is in the Mai but it never showed up they were ask to provide a tracking number for a check that we're supposed to have shipped twice the could not provide any evidence of item ever being put in the mail we're two 70 year old people with no air practically all summer
Received no solution just a bunch of unforfilled promises still waiting for payment

When called to report my AC Unit was broken and needed service but the service tech already came and did the repairs, they were very accommodating. I sent in the itemized receipt and received payment within a week. I've never had a warranty company this easy. Fast friendly service. I will never be without it.

This is not good customer service or business taking too long to approve for every little job. I only need a part for my toilet that pump thing at the back as the toilet is acting up and runs now and than and does not refill properly. The plumber came now a week ago. It does not take a week or more to get that part or to put in. It is taking way too long to get this resolved. The plumber was a very nice person though and stated he was able to do other jobs as well. I am still waiting to here from him too. So please hurry up and approve this little thing.
The customer service team sales the offer pretty good . Just wish the claims team would take after them and honor the repairs and approve them faster so people can get their repairs done on time and faster.

So far so good. It's not expensive,any problems within my house, they will fix it. Had no problem with them which is good. None of my Electric Items haven't broken down yet. But they're ready to help right away. Good Coverage to have. It'll cost you more if you don't have this coverage. Saves you lots of money.
Takes care of all my Electricity like washing machine, dryer, stove, Refrigerator, Air Conditions, Cieling Fans. ETC. If they break down.

All went well with Webster Plumbing employees unblocking our sewer. I did not know until Monday morning that one of our dogs got out of our yard. My son was in the front yard and noticed her across the street.on Sunday. One time when the plumber came into the backyard did not pull the fencing back in toward the yard - instead he left it facing out of the yard and this little girl knows how to find an opening.
Homesafe was originally given by our town as an option years ago. As a single woman in a home by herself (at the time), this was a good option for me. Other than this one incident, all has gone well

I was given $150 in advance and was told that this was for the initial inspection and determination of how to fix my stove/oven. The money was used for that but there was no other money giving me to actually pay for getting my stove/oven fixed. The inspection and determination took up most of that $150. Is that all that I am to receive for the rest of the cost? I sent in my receipt for possible for the reimbursement. And have heard nothing cents.
Different customer service agents have different understandings, and different explanations of how all this works. And I’m still not exactly sure.

Maybe this is not the home-safe fault home depot has not delivered my washer yet the first delivery date they gave me the delivery person called me and said he was on his way but never showed up, found out the delivery person went to the wrong address after getting a text transit text saying that my washer was delivered and a voicemail from home depot delivery team wanting to know about my delivery experience, I immediately called the lady back and told her that I never received my washer so she gave me another delivery date, that delivery person called me and said he has a washer that is to be delivered to me but it wasn't in a box and it didn't have all the parts to it. So I'm waiting for the washer to come in then when it comes in they'll call me with a delivery date. Home Depot delivery team is terrible.😡

I purchased a warranty for my two year old home. I had it for about a year and I never used it so I can't speak to the quality of service. Signing up was easy and the info provided was clear. Cancelling was about the same.
I chose Homesafe because of the price and deductible and the company has decent reviews.

I don't have any idea of who to call for service of anything that I need to get done. I told your agent that I would use a company that your company has experience with and I was told that "oh we don't have any like that we just check google for companies in your area and then you call them, describe the problem and your requirements".
At nearly 90 years old I no longer have physical ability to perform the kinds of things required in home maintenance.

HomeSafe (Armis) acts like a home warranty but isn't one. They will reimburse you only if the repair is authorized. Well, I had two failures (water heater and oven) and neither was authorized. It took more than a month to find out that my water heater wouldn't be covered since it was nearly 13 yrs old (coverage only covers up to 12 years for water heaters). I paid out of pocket. My oven failure was intermittent, so I paid out of pocket for the diagnostic and it wasn't reimbursed. While the policy doesn't explain that you may not be reimbursed for the service call overage (above your deductible) two representatives explained that this is their actual policy. I have included a photo of my policy, which I did read and explained to the reps.
I have had much better experiences with a half dozen home warranty policies. I highly discourage anyone from considering HomeSafe. I saved $1-200 on a policy but realize that it was a mistake.

They wanted me to get someone to come look at it and then email them back with the information after that they would tell them yes or no. Where I live it's not a lot of choices for service work. The people who do the work are not interested in sending emails and doing a lot of paperwork. Several people absolutely refused to do it, saying that they were not interested in doing the emails and waiting for permission. I finally got a service rep who knew the problem and when he came brought the part and replaced it. I had to wait for about a month before I could get him. Again he said that he was not going to send emails either. I'm not pleased with this company.
It was supposed to be same as CarShield. Beware of the company Homesafe uses. They are not easy to work with. I also sent in the claim online and they claim they never got it. Ripoff.

I called Home Safe for a service technician to fix my dryer. They referred one company and the service time was 5 days. So they referred me to another company. The company came in one day. The technician said if I paid him, I would get refunded faster. I had doubts so I called Homesafe to make sure. The lady said they'd pay in two days. Now I found out Home Safe will not pay because the company they referred does not have an address. Why did you recommend them to me if they were not vetted? I believe this is your scam. How many clients did not get reimbursed because of your failure to vet your recommendation of repair facilities?

They drug out a claim for 6 weeks. Every call, needed one more item orinfo.Then they denied using a tactic that wasnt right or fair to the customer. After talking with another Contractor, they said you cannot avoid that.
They were as nice as they could be under the circumstances.

I called Home Safe and the office personnel took my information and gave me a claim # and the name of the technician. The technician was prompt with his time. He had to order the part and was back within a week to repair my appliance. Working with both the office and repair man was great.

I was informed that our problem is not an emergency. I was to call back in the spring.
The very first time I called for service I was told I had to pay 350 to 400$ up front and also that I have to pay 150 to 250$ for freon replacement per pound & then the reimbursement from you. We had HD come look at it and he said that he saw that the connection wasn't torqued correctly.
