Myself Srini from Chennai placed an order for paint sprayer elite through homeshopping18 for which home shopping18 gave me a option to chooses a gift for which I took gift voucher but what i got is entirely different product. The product is (paint zoom) with a credit card holder, which is worth Rs 1500 only, whereas what i paid is Rs. 3600. Regarding this I have Been trying to reach their compliant department to replace it but all numbers are kept on ringing and there is no response. Then I somewhat manage to get in touch with a person called Rohit Sharma who first called me to confirm the order but even that guy picked the call only twice after that he started to disconnecting the calls. When I try from other numbers he picks up but and start talking in Hindi and there is no word about replacing the product. I have uploaded the website's home page and product which they showed me with good deal and the invoice of that product but what was inside... it was an another product, even that product's picture is been uploaded for your reference. Kindly don't ever buy any product through this site.
