“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

Living in a neighborhood that can't keep houses on the market, I'm always curious about house values. While out walking my dog I can learn estimated market value by an easy snap of the house. This app is so fun, and pretty darn accurate too!

This is a great app if you don't have MLS up and you're driving around looking for houses for clients. Gives transaction history, pending offers, details on sq. ft/bed/bathrooms, nearby shops & schools. Download it now!

This app is crucial to those searching for a new home!! It gives all the information you need while driving around areas you'd be interested in and don't necessarily know that much about. Definitely a must have!

Tip for consumers:
Do not upgrade... to pro concierge. Not worth it at all. In fact, they have hijacked my Google business page and I'm still working on getting it back after months of trying.

This app has been very useful in my house hunting. Works faster than anything else when you see something you like or want to get a feel for the neighborhood. I'm using it more than I thought I would.

I went house hunting yesterday and remembered I had this app. Totally comes in handy and gives information about any house (# of BRs / BAs, sq ft, price, etc) and includes additional pics when its listed on the market. Nice way to see property values anywhere. Best app ever! Very cool.

I was amazed at the amount of features, market trend, history, neighborhood/ school information, etc available instantly for any home I snapped a picture of. Really delighted at how many ways you can the use this app to compare and contrast other properties in the area, view current and recent closed sales. More useful than the many online real estate sites I've used!

I signed a six-month contract with Homesnap concierge at a cost of $3300. After four months into the contract I have only received 3 hot leads which one of those leads was my personal phone number and the other two hot leads were unemployed and could not qualify for mortgage and have no money to purchase a home. This lead service is terrible. There were several other leads that came out with auto reply that they would be working on my behalf in order to qualify those leads however nothing came of them. I have called to support management several times foe help without any progress.
Real estate agents and brokers be careful of this Homesnap company. I wish I would've never wasted my time and money. Lesson learned buyer beware.

I like the app, but some of the functionality does not flow smoothly. When viewing pictures full size you must close each one to view the next. It would be easier to scroll left and right or up and down.

Took over a week to run an ad that produced zero results - ZERO. Cost $300, not even a fake lead. They are a scam... their technology is a credit card processor machine, Its used to process your payment. I saved all my email correspondence which turned into 1 way communication, they just stopped replying. I file a credit card claim and sent my correspondence emails as evidence of their fraud.

This company will take your credit card and auto renew the subscription with your card on file without permission and then refuse to reverse the charges when you've contacted them multiple times telling them you don't use their app. Horrible customer service, horrible business practices, stay away!

They lie and say they send renewal notices but they DONT they are scammers. Stay away! Dont waste your money!

I email someone about an apt to see. Asking if the apt in jersey city that was for rent takes section 8. That was all that was said in the email. Maida negron emails me back very rudely saying No I'm sorry. Owners live there and they want a person that's employed "

So because I have section 8 I'm unemployed? I actually have 2 job! This msg was very unprofessional. I would never use this company services again

Just saw an outrageous $599 charge on my credit card. I was outraged! I called customer service and they gave me a song and dance about how "I signed up for it last year". This company is crooked in every sense of the word. This company is a scam. Don't waste a penny of your hard earned money on this company!

I used to LOVE this app and would use it several times a day. However, just recently it changed and will not allow me to see the homes for sale or under contract in my neighborhood anymore. They suddenly won't show, and a house acrid the street is for sale!!!! I have tried to change the filters and nothing changes!! Frustrated

Not easy to cancel with this company. No cancellation buttons on App or website. The Company Charges your card for every new listing and sold listing without permission. Major hoops to cancel and ultimately it was easier to cancel my card with the bank. One positive aspect is A lot of leads did come through with numbers and emails. Unfortunately, all the leads did not bear any fruit.

Scam artist! Stay away from this company. I want all of the agents and brokers that have been scammed by this company to come together so we can file a class action lawsuit. They need to be put out of business. Companies like this are bad for our industry. Fraudulent billing, misleading and dishonest.

Don't use this app unless you want to waste your time and money. Customer service is horrible, and the ads you pay for don't guarantee any leads, the one's they do provide never respond to you. The listings and heat map is also inaccurate. I've used it for a couple of month and they charged me on a subscription that I didn't sign up, finally came to the realization that it's a joke for realtors who trust this platform. BTW, give yourself 7-14 days if you need any response from Homesnap, meanwhile your money will be charged While waiting for someone to call with the worst attitude!

Verified purchase

After a year of not using the service- I let it time out.
Started getting emails that the card I had last used with them (I had cancelled months earlier due to fraudulent activity) Was being charged by Homesnap. And obviously bouncing. Weeks straight I got emails saying they were trying to charge all kinds of different amounts.

Today on a different card linked to the same capital one account they charged a random fee. Im sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice but I did.
I called. Had the hardest time getting a person. Finally transferred to someone who blamed their payment processor stripe.
Super frustrated.

Signed up for the Home Pro+ program and was pleased with the social media traction on a listing on the market. Made a check to the listing by adding new pictures and to announce my open house via MLS. Well, just what these scumbags charge me $356. I have an active campaign still running, and customer services says we noticed your clicked to bypass the ad, but since your had an open house this system started a new campaign... We can't give you a refund, but can credit you toward another campaign... What? Are you F#cki!&g me? Very deceptive practices...

This is definitely a scam company! They claim to send you a renewal notice for but the entire email, which is one of hundreds they send, it says nothing about charging you $599 to renew, which they automatically do without any other notification! I have never received a single lead from them just proof Ads that would cost me more money to run! I have requested my money back as I find their service useless to me and find their renewal practices to be in violation of the Fair Trade business act. I will be reporting them to the FTC and BBB.

This service is separate from Homesnap Website. It's a lead service that is the "WORST" investment anyone can make. Vahid managed the lead dept. They sent me spanish speaking leads although aware I did not speak spanish. I was told that it would be corrected. It never was. 99.7% of the leads they could not vent but yet still considered them a HOT lead even though they spent 8 days attempting to reach out to potential customer with no response. This is a waste of money. Beware the ads for this Concierge Service states google leads, however, the receipt after payment reads FB & IG. I never received any leads from IG. They were not responsive to my complaints to resolve issues. I had 32 leads which none could be reached. If you are looking for a lead service with real leads Realtor.com lives up to the services offered. You will not get a ROI on this service.

Tip for consumers:
Do not invest in Homesnap Concierge Service unless you are looking to lose money.

These is robbery, scam, when you get a hold of someone they say they did not give out that phone number and they were contact by 49 other agents, so whatever you are paying for they are giving out to many agents. Phone numbers do not work, wont even go to voicemail, emails are bad. I wish I read these reviews first and I would have saved $1500. I will be deleting everything to do with homesnap, even their app is nothing special.

Tip for consumers:
Dont waste your money, if you must try, try with a very small amount first and see for yourself the worthlessness of the leads received.

Total BS company. Do not use them. No leads! They do nothing to provide leads, if any they are out dated or rentals. Trying to cancel is a joke. Read Better Business Bureau!
They will keep charging your credit card, you will have to dispute charges with your credit card company to get refund.
