“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

LuAnn S.

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

Absolutely love this app I just started using. It's super easy, I can see all the homes not just listed for sale. I can see all school information and what I love best is in real time walking the property line! This is going to help my clients so much I can't wait to start sending it out to them!

I wrote a review previously, but for some reason I can't find it. I am writing again.

I live in San Francisco and just bought a new property. Homesnap was instrumental in informing my purchasing decision and helped me better communicate with my realtor. Homesnap is an intuitive, easy-to-use app that exceeded all my home research needs. The information on the site is helpful, up-to-date, and beautifully displayed. Homesnap's detailed listing gave me instant access to photos of properties, school attendance zones, property lines, and property history, which was incredibly useful. I live in a competitive market, and also appreciate that I was immediately alerted via the app of new listings and price changes in neighborhoods in which I was interested in buying a property. I will never shop for a home again without Homesnap.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy a home without consulting Homesnap!

All you have to do is point and snap a picture of the house that you want to know about. Easy as pie. Up comes the information about the house. It doesn't even have to be a perfect picture.
I've used it a lot to find put about houses that I like. Thanks for the great app!

As a realtor I find this app incredibly helpful!!!! Sometimes I will see a sign but not have the time to completely pull the home up on my mls. This allows me to get the fast details as well as give me the address to look up all the info later!

Great app allowing for consumers to really be a part of the action. Anywhere you are you can see how much houses are going for. Imagine driving through a neighborhood that you love and just snap a pic of a home to see what it is worth and possibly pictures of the inside, that is great!!!

We have family moving into town soon and they asked us to help them look for a house. This app makes it easy to get an idea of home values in the neighborhoods of interest to the family. It is a great tool.

If you're a professional Realtor, and have a smart phone or tablet, then you need to have this app. As inevitably happens when out with prospective buyers today they asked "How come we're not looking at "that" home". I asked them to hold on a minute, took a picture of the home with Homesnap, and was able to give them all the details regarding the home we weren't looking at. Needless to say, they were ultra impressed with this new technology. Keep up the good work Homesnap!

The resources provided by Homesnap are unmatched by ANY app within the real estate sector. Doing your job as a realtor has never been made easier by any tool other than HS. It blows Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Remine Pro, and anything else claiming to be alike completely out of the water. Do yourself a favor and download Homesnap today, you will not regret it.

This is the most convenient app I have ever use. You just take a picture of the house and they tell you the address and give you an estimate of the price for the house. Love it! I would recommend this app to anyone in the real estate market or anyone that just need to found out more information and/or address of properties.

I love going for walks and clicking on homes I walk past. You can see how many rooms and bathrooms they have....and an estimate of the home value. Great if you are on the market for a home or just want to see the value of a home for fun. Easy to navigate on the site too. Thanks for this website.

I allowed access for Homesnap to view my contacts and had no idea they were going to send emails to everyone on my contacts. Well, it worked for better, because now I don't have to contact everyone in my phone book to let them know I'm a realtor. I will still follow up though. Thanks Homesnap!

This App is excellent!! I am a real estate investor so this app is perfect and fast. I can pull up to any property and snap a picture and get an estimate of what the house is worth and other info about the property in seconds. You can also type an address in and get the same information. Prices are pretty accurate but everyone should still do their own due dilligence. Only complaint I would have is that if the house is for sale or just sold, it only gives you the sales price without the estimate of what its actually worth (which is usually way off if it is a foreclosure or short sale). Other than that, its another great tool to have if you need to analyze houses fast.

It MAY not be correct in some instances, but after a few updates I'm sure they will work out the bugs. I personally haven't come across anything that's been wrong but from reading other people's comments I've seen they're may be problems with pricing houses correctly. OH WELL!! Its STILL, by FAR a super fun APP. It priced my home correctly.....and I love looking at other peoples snapshots :)
Since I've lived in California all my life, it's interesting to see how much the houses are, for instance, on the beaches and he mountains. Still, they will always be out of my price range, but it's fun to dream ;)

Very useful and fun. Took a few try's to add data to favorites (the only way I could figure out how to keep it) and I still don't exactly understand the difference between saving it or not. I guess I will understand it sooner or later.

This is a great app, I use it all the time when going for walks around our neighborhood and see a house that we want to know more about. I use home snap and it works every time and tells me everything I want to know.

I recently started using HomeSnap on a daily basis with my iPad. Snap, and instantly I've got up to the minute listing information on a home. I love that I can download or bookmark the listing information for a quick retrieval for my next phone call. First responders to an inquirer get the best chance at working with a new client. With that said, I recently snapped a home, received a call, scheduled a showing and within the next week I placed a home under contract. Thanks HomeSnap for a much needed tool.

Pretty accurate so far, homes for sale show pictures posted by the real estate agent. Homes not for sale, but sold recently show the purchase price. Homes that haven't been sold in quite a while show an estimated value.

This app is the key to client/realtor relations on home searches. I love the ease on looking up a home quickly and having all the info at my fingertips. The messaging through the app is helpful when discussing a particular home. When my client favorites a home I get to see it. I look forward to seeing the improvements this app makes as it grows.

I was skeptical that this app could actually find the house I was taking a picture of.... But it really does. Gives me a good idea of the details of the house as well as a pretty close estimate of the value.... Much quicker than doing all the google searches and county auditor searches.... This app does it all at once.

This is the most amazing app I had ever used! I was able to snap a pic of a home at night and it was able to provide me information on that home! My bf was so impressed with it that he had to download the app to his phone as well.

A few key missing features it feels like I end up using other services to find properties and then cross referencing with this app instead of doing primary searches here.
Need to be able to search for properties by street name.
Need a filter for land/lot size.
Need a filter for house square footage.
When adding an open house to the calendar the times of the open house don't carry over and then I have to go back and find the times and edit the event.

If you go to the PRO program they offer you a special but the fine print is a $599 renewal fee even if you have never used the product. When you call them they say, well you should have read the fine print. They talk about being a partner with agents, yeah right.

As a real estate broker I am able to get a 'quick glance' on homes I am interested in. My buyers feel that they have a 'secret real estate tool' that gives them quick info.

Love it and use it often!
