“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

LuAnn S.
11/21/22

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

It is 2013, the markets are beginning to open and real estate investors are coming back out to play. Now we are able to do quick comps and neighborhood reviews instantly. I love the app and use it all the time!

It has nothing to do with the picture u snap. The app just does a search for the location you snapped your phone pic. And it does an info search based on that location. Try snapping a pic without your location services on. Still a cool way to get instant info on a home when you see it.

Our realtor suggested for us to use this app while we are looking for a house to purchase, once I start using it I can't stop using it, very user friendly and this app gives you more information on the houses that you are interested . My favorite part of this app is it's very accurate and it gives you a map of the surroundings of the house that you are looking for and actually gives you all the houses that are for sale, sold, contingent and under contract. I definitely recommend this app especially when you are planning to buy a house! It will save you a lot of time!

I am thrilled to see the value of the homes in my neighborhood.
This is such a valuable tool. I have been able to tell friends the
value of their homes which may have depressed them but they
were glad of the info.

If I could give a negative star I would. I paid Homesnap over $14,000 to generate leads for our Real Estate Firm. Had quarterly meetings with them to address my concerns. They listened but never did anything to resolve the issue. 99.9% of the leads they have sent me were 2 to 8 hours away. I received leads for other states where I'm not licensed to sell real estate, but I DO NOT get leads in my market area. If you want leads for other states, Homesnap is for you! If you want leads in your market area, find something else. Complete waste of Money!

Provides a map of the area you are looking in. Each property is flagged and priced. A picture list of properties. Chose what type you want. The greatest perk?? See a property, take an in app picture. Instant info!! So convenient and easy. Lots of info provided. Outlined property boundaries, very helpful. Satellite picture too!! Makes looking for real estate sooo easy and enjoyable!!

I love Homesnap it is the best app I've ever used I've been going around town and snapping houses and getting all the information that I need for my customers and myself. It is just wonderful! Make sure you check the facts with a Professional Broker. Happy Snapping!

It's actually up to date with listings and makes it very easy to see which houses are open for viewing on the weekend. Zillow is often out of date. Only thing that needs improvements is how favorites are managed. It's hard to find them, and it's hard to quickly delete them.

Awesome app! Very convenient, just snap a picture of the house for sale and it gives you all the information you need for that property. It saves time instead of calling or texting realtor about property and waiting on a response. Awesome app!!!

Have you driven by one of those really cool houses and thought I wonder how much this house is worth? Now all you have to do is take a picture of it and it will tell you how much it's worth! This is the coolest app ever!

Homesnap has been charging my credit card for ads I didn't authorize and I could not find how to stop the ads on the website or the app. When emailing support, I didn't receive a response for days and when I did get a response they didn't work with me to resolve the situation.

I would stay far away from this company and avoid providing them your credit card info unless someone explains what they do. It was very confusing to me and even after customer service tried to explain it to me, I didn't understand how they felt it was ok to charge my card over $1,000 without my authorization.

This is truly a great App that I use every day while looking for the perfect home. The property descriptions are right on point and the property values are on point. I have shared this with my fellow home seekers and wannabe home flippers and investors. Thank you

We use this when looking for a home to buy. If we see a home we like we get good information from using this app. We can save it and go back to it later when we get home to look up additional information about the hike we liked on online.

Homesnap is an amazing application. Very useful in our own neighborhood. Also, great fun to use on our Sunday morning exploratory drives in new neighborhoods and really great to have when looking at houses while on vacation in resort areas. Never know when it may be useful for business or pleasure!

This company is very dishonest. Do yourself a favor, and never have anything to do with them. I'm trying to cancel a subscription they say I have (which I don't believe I do), and you can never reach them. First, it's almost impossible to find out how to cancel; second, when you call them to cancel, they never answer the call; and third, they don't have a message service. They have a recording that says no one is available, and they hang up.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T

Products used:
I used their services once in the beginning, and never again. Then, they debited my credit card a year later. I tried to cancel the "alleged" subscription they said I had, but they make it impossible to reach them. I had to put a block on my credit card so they would not be able to charge me again.

Stay far away from this company all they want to do is charge your credit card $599 and they do not supply any leads. They will automatically charge you for the following year when you try to get a refund all they do is give you a runaround.

Tip for consumers:
If you use a credit card that this company make sure that it's credit card that will be expiring in the next few months otherwise they will keep charging you.

Gives me a general idea when I am driving properties going to auction. I haven't spent the time to compare actual comps to what this app shows as a value. It's pretty accurate on the neighborhoods I know well.

Not only does it pull up home information based on a photo you snap of a house, you can walk the perimeter of a property and very easily look up fellow agent stats and import them into your contacts very easily. I use HomeSnap daily.

Great app! I love the features and the ability to be able to see houses that I'm actually in the market for or if I'm just daydreaming about amazing houses! Absolutely nothing like it on the app market!

I just became a real estate investor about a little over a month ago. I went to a flipsavage real investing meeting held every week in seffner Florida. They were the ones that referred this app, it's been a great site and easy to understand I would definitely refer others as I have Already.

It's good but still needs work. I live in Maryland the eastern shore and there are areas that don't work. Such as Rehoboth dE and the st michaels md waterfront. In Alabama and it's working quite nicely. Pretty neat.

We hired Florida Suncoast Real Estate, Bradenton, Florida to sell our home. She sent us Homesnap so we could find our next home. Since she failed to sell our home, actually lost the contract without any negotiations, we fired her on September 10,2020. We are still receiving homes though Homesnap even today. Can't be that difficult to remove a buyer, but guess she doesn't care. I certainly would never rehire her or recommend her to anyone. Florida Suncoast Real Estate will not release us from our contract, we refuse to sign a GAG order. The realtor also tried extorting almost $400.00 from us in her charges, which were later reduced.

Tip for consumers:
When hiring any company please do your research.

I am a real estate agent/Realtor and I use this app every day. Being able to snap a photo of a home (which is how it got its name Homesnap) and pull of the information on it is instant gratification. So handy.

A number of homes in my neighborhood have been updated and resold since this I downloaded this app years ago. The picture of my house shows mainly my driveway with cars I have not owned in years. The values of the homes don't represent what the homes are selling for.
