This is the absolute MUST HAVE app for anyone looking to buy a home. It saves tons of time and gives you more detail about homes than you can ever get through MLS in a fraction of the time. In an afternoon, my wife and I drove by so many prospective homes, saved the snaps and then could go over them together. It saved us countless afternoons with a realtor and made their job easier too. GREAT APP!!

I used this in several different neighborhoods in Mesa today and got basic information on each house I zeroed in on. Highly recommend this App as I feel pricing was pretty accurate when compared with mls...

I'm looking at new homes and getting ready to list my house. Homesnap has saved me more time than I can measure by allowing me to drive through neighborhoods and snap pictures of homes I might like (whether for sale at the time or not) and either rule in or rule out entire areas prior to making a commitment to working with a realtor. It also gave me a nice benchmark value for my existing home. Can't imagine doing the homebuying routine without it now that I've used it.

I love all the features of Homesnap, but I find it difficult to use because many of the properties are not properly mapped. When I take a photo of a property with my iPhone, it often cannot find the property because the GPS location doesn't match the map location. It should allow me to select the correct property, but often does not give me that option. I've wasted too much time taking photos of homes for sale and then can't match them with the actual property.

This app is a serious and comprehensive tool in the industry. For consumers it has real and valid info and for Realtors it's your MLS and client collaboration in the palm of your hand. It's the only Real Estate App you need for sales and rental searches!

I had been looking for a home for three months. I changed agents. My new agent offered this app and we found a home within two weeks.

Without this app I would not have a home I love!

I used the app as I was going around town. I'm not sure what's going on in the logic, but the app showed me homes from the area I thought I wanted to buy but also neighborhoods close to my office and other places I must visit frequently.

My agent and I were able to communicate quickly and effectively within the app messaging function. Messages are not lost within my email or text apps.

I highly recommend this app.

Homesnap is amazing. Take a picture of a home or condo, and presto -- all the stats appear very quickly. In looking at condos, when snapping a picture, building details appear almost instantaneously. Unit prices and interior photos appear (only of the units for sale - if available, I would surmise), along with all units in the building.

Only one building, which is under construction but almost done, did not come up when I took a picture. I tried several times from different angles. Other than that, Homesnap is definitely informative and a great tool for house hunting. You can't go wrong with this app!

Every real estate agent NEEDS this app and every person looking to buy, sell or rent their home needs it too. Everything in the app is real time information and it's all about providing the best experience for both the agent and the client.

With the advances in technology happening at warp speed, it's about time that an app like this came along for the real estate industry. Although it's been around for a while, Homesnap has recently added features that make it so easy for clients and real estate agents alike.

Love the app. I think some of the ads should be free. After all it is our hard work that sold the properties or rented them. Some of the features are hard to access for someone that is not tech literate. I do tell everyone that I am working with on rentals or friends that are looking for house or even just want the most accurate info the name of site and express how vital it would be for them to be on. Would love to know how all functions work and would love for you to reach out and go over it with me. Thanks

HomeSnap is one of those apps that just seems to get it all right, with minimal effort. Want to see about a listed home that you are near?How about one that is not even on the market? What is the approximate value of that home? HomeSnap to the rescue! And for Realtors, there is a PRO version that goes even further! This is the app that the cool kids are all using!

Love the format of the details of the houses for sale. Also great is the daily email I receive with new listings, price changes, contracts and sold. This is how we found a condo in our desired development before our realtor!

I love the technology that Homesnap offers and I constantly refer more and more agents to it. I also teach Realtor safety and Homesnap is part of my presentation with the security timers built in. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I love to drive through neighborhoods and look at the homes. Before Homesnap, we would often see a home that we loved and wonder how much it would sell for. Now with Homesnap, we get an estimated sales price as well as details about the home. Thank you people at Homesnap!!

Prior to Homesnap my clients would text me screen shots of properties...text them to me to make sure they were still available...95% of the time they weren't! I LOVE Homesnap, I push this app heavily to my clients because I hate the emotional rollercoaster they go through of falling in love with a property that's no longer on the market. It's also amazing that this app is branded to me guaranteeing exclusivity between me and my clients. Best app ever!

I downloaded home snap shot onto my phone about 3 days ago from a friend off Facebook. I had never heard of this company before. My friend is from another country I won't mention. My lady friend whom I'm going to marry ask me to locate a home she could buy in my area. So I have used this site a couple times.
I find it to be a fantastic tool to have. It gives you all the information about the home as well as the asking price the low price and the high price as well so you have something to use to negoshiate with.

And I give them five stars.

Most of the Homesnap reviews on here aren't verified. I paid to be a Pro user on their platform. Some of the technology they advertise hasn't been implemented. I get emails stating X number of views on my listing and click here to see who has viewed my listings, but there is zero information on who, when, how or how many have viewed the listing. I called support and waited on hold 21 minutes to get a recording they were busy and couldn't help at this time, please leave a messege.

Home snap is a different kind of real estate app. It connects Relators with clients and lets the public know which homes the Realtors are familiar with because they have showed the home and snapped the picture of it.

I love this app! I look up realtors all the time. It shows all the agents I have worked with and I love seeing the buy side and sale side for each. This app allows you to schedule with CSS and all you have to do is snap a picture to get details on any house!! It's definitely becoming my go to app!!

I heard about this on WGN and thought I would give it a try. What a great app all you do is take a pic of home that you are interested in and bang it show how much it is selling for or what it sold for.
I love you using this app

This company fraudulently charged my credit card without permission for a full $600/year membership after running an ad the month before. Then gave me the run around that I needed to speak with someone else to get this charge reversed and weeks went by without a call back from this manager that could only call me. This manager (Imir Paz) reaches out by email and lets me know he will be contacting me but weeks go by without any contact. This company plays games with your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Take a quick picture of a house and the app immediately populates key info (price, sq ft, taxes, bed/bath, etc). I've used it dozens of times so far and it always finds the house. And super fast. Really, really great app.
