Homesnap

This tool is so cool. Agents get free access to a great search platform which gives you way more details (included consumer contact info) than any other platform out there. I use Homesnap every day.

I use this all the time while out on HHT's. It really backs you up on neighborhood stats & pricing. Lots of other cool features as well- home stats, GIS mapping, etc.

Loving the new Homesnap Pro, provides a great service to homebuyers with absolutely accurate information. Service department was also very helpful during set-up.

In our market there's a direct feed from the MLS to Homesnap. It even includes agent remarks and you are a click away from scheduling showings. This is an awesome tool.

Even in random places, finds the house (not so amazing, but still), puts a value on it (and fast) and lists rooms etc (htf does it do that?). Way cool.

Home snap is such a blast! It's fun while traveling thru neighborhoods to see what homes are going for. You may have the luck to see interior shots too.

Very impressive. I haven't verified accuracy for the applied home value, however doesn't seem far off. Would like a version for Realtors that provides tax details. Great, great, great!

I love this app. It's my "go to" when I'm driving in a neighborhood & see a for sale sign. I'm able to pull over, snap a pic & get all the property information I need. Keep up the good work!

Very useful in helping to find a place to move. Answers simple questions like how many bedrooms and baths without having to make alot of time wasting calls.

I like this App. When looking at houses and neighborhoods I can snap a pic and it tells me how much the house last sold for - right there! Very cool especially on the fly.

I love this app and use it faithfully to communicate with my clients as well as other agents. It has so many great features and I love the fact that it shows me GAMLS & FMLS listings without me having to log into each MLS separately. It saves me lots of time! I am also an investor and appreciate the fact that when looking at abandoned or depleted properties that may not have a visible address I can take a pic in Homesnap and it will give me the address and details bout the property!
