Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!
They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

We love to walk in upscale neighborhoods and use snap to answer the question, "I wonder how much that house cost". It is easy to use and fa quick lookup tells us the answer.
Identified the property based on the photo and amazed everyone in my car. Easy to use and not 'glitchy'. Very innovative to me and quite accurate on identifying homes. Would recommend.

I love using the Homesnap App! When I am out driving around and I don't want to log in to my FMLS account, Homesnap is an easy and quick way that I can get information about a particular house that I may see just driving by - I recommend it to my clients as well! I use it in the most basic way but I am looking forward to learning all of the other ways that I can incorporate Homesnap into my business.
Apparently I authorized a $600 charge on my card. When I spoke to the representative from Homesnap I was told that event hough I had not intended for that charge to be made I would still be charged the $600 for a yearly membership that I never sign up to renew and I don't want. Homesnap webpage and application won't even allow me to remove my credit card on file. Once they have your credit card on file they will take you for a ride.
It is terrible and it's a shame that huge companies like Homesnap are allowed to do this.

Great app! Just roll up to a home, do a drive by, pull out your phone and shoot with the camera and the app will tell you what you want to know. Ooowwwwwwww!!!!
Many brokers have stopped sharing data with Zillow and Trulia etc, making their searches less accurate. Homesnap is a partner with the MLS making it the most accurate way to search.
This app in the beat all in one app for any realtor. Homesnap provides exceptional services for my clients and saves time helping me with my leads and listings.

I use this app all the to fb to get some info that other app don't have. I like that I can view neighborhoods we're interested in purchasing in and surrounding areas and homes.
This doesn't work well for condos, at least here in FL. It won't give you exact unit even with unit number in pic and I found inaccuracies in info such as in number of floors in unit.
This app is easy to use, easy to share and full of information and tools. I'm a heavy user of Homesnap and haven't found a bug yet, good work developers!

Is a great app! I was recently on vacation on HiltonHead Island and it was great to just take a picture and get specs on the fabulous homes for sale on the island.
