“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

LuAnn S.

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

I highly recommend Ms. Christina Thomas of Long & Foster! She is very attentive and highly knowledgeable when it comes to real estate law, home purchase agreements and documents. As a first time home buyer, the complete transaction is a little overwhelming. You will more than likely need an attorney who can guide you on legal issues that may arise. Thanks HomeSnap for connecting me with Christina, she is an excellent Real Estate Attorney!

I was definitely not expecting so much from this app! Talk about helpful.. There are a few properties that don't show up but these were houses that probably never had a permit or anything! Haha.. Overall I'm fully behind this app!

Don't understand other reviews - Homesnap brings me more leads, reviews and business than anyone else I have ever used. I have been using their marketing for two years and half the people in my office do too. Best app by far.

I really enjoy using this app for work and when I'm just curious in new neighborhoods. I'm hoping a history option will be created. I have also shared the app with clients and had very positive feedback. It's fun to use, point, shoot and get so much info so quickly!

Best agent tool out there. Really liking the new heat maps, flashback photos, and stories. And my clients love seeing the reports I send them to show the impressions and clicks we're seeing from the advertising I'm doing on their home.

Nice interface and does work like magic: point, tap and SHAZAM -- you got the lowdown on the house you're looking at. So cool and very user-friendly. They keep making it better with each update. Grab it and check it out yourself...

I just moved to a new city and am renting for at least a year. This app has been amazing for finding out more information about houses in my area, different neighbors I am looking at and getting to know the city! It's reliable, great for on the fly use and extremely customer friendly. Would recommend this to everyone - whether your in the market, or just looking! Home snap is GREAT!!

I've used HomeSnap repeatedly and am constantly amazed with how accurate and detailed the captured information is. Even with homes no longer for sale, you can see the house specs, last sold dates and prices, nearest schools, and related real estate agent. I love it!

I've had this app for about a week and I can't rate it high enough. I use it regularly when I'm out doing my area drivebys; it doesn't get any easier than pointing the camera at a property and all of its information is then right at your fingertips.

I've only recently started using Homesnap, since we are in the market for a new house. This app is great for those properties you think may be for sale, but have no signage. One click, and you have your answer!

This is an incredible app - I could not live without it. I don't know what all these negative reviews are about but it seems suspicious to me. I have gotten more leads from Homesnap than any other source. Love Homesnap

I previously had three real estate apps on my iPhone, and none of them even came close to the functions and data provided by Homesnap. It's super easy to use, and the photos are amazing. The first day using the app with one of my clients, I found a house with no sign that had been listed less than 20 minutes prior. We toured the house and wrote an offer that same morning. The CMA data gave both me and my client confidence that we were well informed. This is definitely the best new resource in the real estate toolbox!

Great App. Just snap a photo of the home for sale and you will get price and photos if available. Really easy to use with lots of information on the house for sale. Came in really handy while house hunting In another state as well as checking local neighborhood pricing!

I've been using Home Snap for a few months and I absolutely love the app. I really like interacting with my clients on this app. And it's fun snapping and sharing pictures. It's very useful being able to snap and immediately get listing information. Lastly, I do get noticed and get emails/phone calls from consumers looking for homes. Great app!!!

This ap seems to have a few problems with GPS accuracy. I took a number of pictures, but the response was off by 2 to 10 homes away. A few homes, however, we're spot on. Will keep working with it, but it's somewhat frustrating.

This is a great pocket tool! I'm in home insurance sales and have shared Homesnap with my co-workers. When we write a new home policy, we need all the info that comes up on Homesnap . Getting it through Homesnap is a lot easier than using most county tax appraiser's websites. If you flip houses, this is a fabulous tool for gathering values next to the property you're considering flipping. I'm hooked!

Homesnap takes the consumer and agent experience to a new level.. First things first.. They "get" mobile.. Having data on demand where both the agent and consumers stand is what it all about.. Tax info, home info, property boundaries, past sold info, and more recently branded agent apps so that agents can connect with customers snaps and information they want to share between each other or socially. No more need to scan a qt code on a sign that sits on the property. Just snap the house and go.. ! This is the technology that will take our industry to the next level... As it has already.

Since the market in my area has such scarce supply and elevated prices, this app tells me quickly if a home is in my price range. It is real time saver when I pass an open house with 2 young Kiddos in the car.

This app makes it easy to pull MLS data on homes and map directions to properties without having to pull out my laptop while I'm on the road driving. I also like the agent search info where I can find contact info and sales history for agents I am co-brokering deals with (or considering working with) and see their experience level and geographic area of concentration. The app also lets me download those contacts direct to my phone address book! Easy! Fast! Clean!

I've always dreamed of a way to find out information on a house just by driving by. This does the trick! It's immensely helpful when you're checking out neighborhoods in your car. And it is very simple to use

This app is amazing! I can just drive around and take a pic of a house, and it somehow figures out the exact house, and shows me all the info on it, whether it is for sale or not. It even shows interior photos, if they are available, in addition to all other houses on the same street.
Very good job with this app.

It's fun to use this app when I'm in a new place, to get a feel for the housing prices. I also used it on my own house and the neighbors to check what potential buyers might expect for my house's sale price. This allows me to gear my own house's marketing to highlight reasons it should be priced as highly as I think.

This app is truly fascinating and useful!
When it comes to real estate I am a real Lookie Lou - attending many open houses.
This app makes it easy to ascertain all of the information I need without even getting out of my car.
Thank you for your ingenuity !
Sincerely,
Allison Bedell

The true financial value of a house is what someone is willing to pay for it. As many houses have not been on the market for a long time, or ever, any program at best will be able to make an educated guess at the value. That said, this app is a great way to quickly get the approximate value of houses. Often when I'm in a new neighborhoor I wonder about housing costs. Just pointing and taking a photo quickly satisfies that curiosity.
