Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!
They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.
The app in general is good. Far better than others but it needs more filter options and a radius from point search or multiple zip code search option... For starters
Very useful, accurate, good information. Some problems with finding the house, and having to do the figure 8 thing too often. But it's an amazing app!
While out searching for homes this app is so easy to use. Just scan your phone in front of the property and you get pictures and pertinent information.
I've used all the real estate apps. This one is cool in a bunch of different ways. MLS data, quality map search, and a News Feed that's quite helpful.
I just take a pic of the home and an address comes up almost always. I use this to help me find vacant homes to buy that has no for sale signs on them.
App is really cool when you are traveling and just wonder "what do houses here cost?" Could be a little easier to use, but for being nosey it is perfect.
I've used this for a couple of years to track housing values in my neighborhood. It's a lot simpler than looking up numbers on Zillow or the county tax appraiser's office.

I have used many home search apps. By far, home snap is the best. I use it daily. It's easier than logging onto MLS on my iPhone. Thank you for this app!
I've been in real estate a few years and I love this app! I share it with all my clients because it's so easy to use and the features are really useful!
Truly an informative app that can be a central point for buyers, sellers and agents. Well worth downloading and utilizing on a day-to-day basis. Home snap definitely has my stamp of approval.
My realtor friend recommended this app and I like it better than others. It's especially good when you're driving around and see a house for sale to get information on it immediately.
This app is so easy, fun & quick to use. It makes reviewing homes so convenient without the hassles of looking up websites or dealing with realtors. Perfect app for house hunters.
This app has been so helpful in our search for a new home. It's simple to use - just snap the pic - and it gives all the information you need about the house!!
I am a Real Estate Agent and NOTHING compares to this App!! SO EASY TO USE!! NEVER search for info on a home again..... it's ALL right here!! So AWESOME that we can share with Clients....... LOVE IT!!
Just SNAP a pic of a house you like and get all the info you need. Plus other homes nearby. Very useful in my research for new home.
I recommend !!!!!!!
Finally an app that is comprehensive ,accurate , and works well with my business, especially when I'm on the go, I can use with my iPhone , very comparable to desktop version of my MLS, plus added perks, great job!
This app quickly became a favorite once my wife and I decided to become first time home buyers. We've made an offer and hopefully we'll be in our new home soon.
I love how quickly I can access listing agent contact info to schedule a showing and quick access all on one screen. Now if you could just supply GLA & acreage.
What a time saver! I just spent only 2 hours of a Sunday afternoon snapping pics of 'condo buildings' and viewing individual unit listing (or prior sales details), interior shots, property history, HOA fees etc. (everything basic to a listing), and did so for dozens of units in several areas of Fort Lauderdale, without leaving my car. This will help my search a lot; having viewed what I can by computer; but while mobile in front of the property (better feel for location and exterior property condition). As a financial analyst, I have no time for this during the week; so this expedites my hunt better than anything I've seen. Kudo's to Homesnap and I hope they monetize this very well (my only suggestion is a 'back-space' function to more easily reviewing previous units in a single building for instance; allowing quick comparisons). Overall: brilliant use of I'm presuming mapping and realtor databases; more so than the usual 'hovering'. By the way the website is very good as well.
