The best and easiest to use of all the big home search apps by far! Easier to search and has listings that don't show up in the other apps. And made it easy to work quickly with our agent right in the app. A life saver when you have to make offers fast! I guess it isn't available everywhere yet but we're so happy it worked for us!

Found this app while out looking for new homes and OMG! It is a awesome built in realtor. I have been able to stop take a photo and get the info I need without being harrassed by overzealous salesmen. Love this app!!

Love this app. It connects me to the MUltiple Listing Service just like an agent. The new listings show up here faster than any other app. I also love the ability to see what nearby homes sold for and what they are worth today. Great job

I have been using this product for few weeks now. It works great, bug free, home valuations are quite accurate estimations considering how quickly it provides the numbers.
I was in the market for purchase and looking for a similar app. It's not going give you an exact price but get you in the ball park which was great.

I just added this new app and cannot be any happier! Being in the real estate business this app can save me incredible amounts of time. I had a question with signing up after I loaded the app and I needed to call the company. I waited no more than 15 seconds before I got a company representative on the phone. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and walked me through what I needed In no time! If you're in the real estate business or have an interest in finding out lots of information on homes then you need to add this app to your phone right now!

I would like to be able to choose which area/ home type/ price range etc I see on the news section - I look at a variety of property but am mostly interested in specific criteria- the news section is now littered with property I have no real interest in...a bit more flexibility would make this app far more useful!

This is one of the easiest, fastest ways for me to get an answer, right now when a client of mine calls and needs facts about a home in it off the market!

This is one of my favorite apps. Today we looked at real estate in several small towns. If I liked an area I could quickly determine the price structure of the neighborhood just by taking a picture of several of the surrounding homes! It's worked every time!!! Thank you!!!

Every time I use this app it works and gives us an idea of the pricing in different residential areas. Even if you're curious when you see a beautiful home, you can quickly snap a pic and get all the info on it. Def a fun app. Enjoy! ;)

Fantastic tool to independently show buyers and sellers estimated house values. Really like the mapping function with Ariel photo. I was able to find the corners of a 56 acre parcel using this function. I has within 5 feet of the corner marker. The free leads are also tremendous.

Remember the price may be distorted by other factors,
such as tax and other government regulations. and locations "supply and demand!"

Clean and intuitive interface and seemingly comprehensive and accurate data (unlike Zillow). I barely ever use the "snap" feature but still find myself using this app almost exclusively over the myriad others.

This app is a lot of fun for potential homebuyers. I do like that it has some listings not seen on other apps and overall has a good user interface and lots of information (read:more than other apps) on each house. My favorite feature is the ease of contacting my real estate agent within the app, instead of emailing her separately about it.

The home snap thing is cute and fun (and maybe a little bit scary when you think about it?) but surprisingly not my favorite feature. Overall great quality for a free app!

Best app out there. Looking for a house in the other sit of the country is not easy. This app has such great options for searching, saving your favorites, filtering what you are looking for and so much more. I have used multiple apps but this app run circles around the others.

So easy to use, always current info and so many data points while you're in the field. I can text the listing agent right from the app. I look like a superstar when my buyer asks about the property lines and I can pull up the map! Client version allows my buyers send me properties they're interested in very easily. BOOM!

It's frustrating that there is only a map search and you can't see the town/location unless you click on the picture. It takes more clicks to get 1 piece of information for 1 house when I can see multiple features for multiple houses at once on the Zillow or Realtor.com apps. I don't see how this app could get high scores. It takes longer to search & sort. Also, why can't I save more than 3 zip codes?

There's not another real estate app out there that offers more accurate information because this one has the direct MLS feed. Love being able to snap homes when I'm out in the field and love all the map search capabilities. Easy and fun to use!

Terrific app. Of course it works on GPS location not the photo, so if you shoot from a vehicle in the middle of the street, you might get several addresses to choose from. For quick real estate feedback this is great.

I bought this a year ago for fun & just today had the lightbulb go off that our Handyman business could use this in our bid estimating process. We price our maintenance services based on square footage, & our subcontractors (specifically lawn service & landscaping) price based on lot size. With a quick snap, this pulls up everything we need to know: Less for our customers to fill out! Awesome App!

We found our new home using this app, it is user friendly and the best home app out there. Zillow and redfin app showed houses for sale that were actually long been sold. They never update. Good luck to home hunters
