Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!
They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.
Since using the HOMESNAP app, I have found that at a few touches of my finger make my business of real estate and communicating my clients so much easier. HOMESNAP, you help me to shine at what I do! THANKS! Pamela Pugh, Capital Structures Real Estate, LLC, Maryland
Very helpful to answer client's questions on price ranges of homes in the neighborhood. Very convenient as long as your confirm information via MRIS.
Several of my clients love using this app, it has simplified several apps into one. I recommend this to agents in my office and feedback has been positive as well.
Awesome app! The easiest and quickest way to get the information you need! With the MLS would learn from your app about user-friendliness! Great job guys.
As a real estate professional Homesnap has become my go to app for keeping track of my buyer clients preferred listings. It's easy to use and has many features of value for the consumer as well as the Real Estate Professional.

With 10yrs real estate experience from appraising to mortgage consulting, I've seen and gone through thousands of programs, applications, and websites. Recommending very few to clients and friends/fam. This is one I REALY LOVE!! VERY EASY TO USE, SIMPLE AND ACCURATE!!
MUST DOWNLOAD IF YOU ARE IN THE RE INDUSTRY OR JUST CURIOUS ABOUT THE MARKET!
Used Homesnap as my husband and I were exploring neighborhoods. Was perfect to give us a sense of pricing and nearby options as well. An app you can really use!
This app is a great tool for Realtors, buyers and sellers alike. You can download the Homesnap app on your phone or computer and identify any re-sale home you see whether you are driving or at your desk. The app succinctly offers you all the information posted about any MLS listed property, because it draws directly from the MLS. The photo displays of the properties are very attractive, and include every photo posted by the listing agent. You can also use it to see open houses in the areas you are interested in, and map the opens if you wish. If you want to contact the listing agent to schedule a showing the app makes that easy, too. Clients can contact any realtor while on the app... either by phone or email... no need to open another application. Of course, Homesnap cannot supply information about a property (e.g. Section 8 acceptability) unless it is stated in the listing. But you can call or email the listing agent with ease. It makes my work as a Realtor a breeze. Once I've sold a property I don't have to make a phone call to market my sale. Homesnap promptly sends me a series of attractive ads I can customize and send to my clients and prospects. Their tech support people are very helpful, and they will patiently assist a realtor in developing marketing materials that will help them grow their business. Everyone with an interest in real estate should download this app.
I have been using this app all day. It is wonderful. I would like to see foreclosure data added in the future if possible. I currently subscribe to Realtytrac.
I have a lot of real estate search apps and this is the one I go back to time and again. I like the home details included (room sizes and features). Love it!
This app has being extremely helpful while house hunting. Anytime we saw a for sale sign we snapped a picture of the house and immediately the asking price, pics, and details were available.
I think this app is awesome. I have been challenged by a couple homeowners about the accuracy of the estimates. But they're exactly that, estimates. Overall, it's an awesome app to gather info.
Wow! I've been in sales for 30 years in a variety of very competitive industries. I'm a newbie Realtor and Homesnap is already my top "goto" tech tool.
Thank You Guy for an excellent App!
This app is connected DIRECTLY to the Maryland, Northern VA, and parts of Delaware MLS system, so you KNOW the data it retrieves is accurate. (They are attempting to partner with other MLSsso your area may be soon.) If you are a MRIS agent, you are missing out on the MOST PRODUCTIVE and EASIEST app that will give you essentially everything in MRIS, including commissions. One of the coolest features is the agent lookup, which shows agents ENTIRE production for last 2-years! Nice!!!
If you need an app that will give you a quick comp on a house your going to sell, this is it. Take a picture and there's your comp easy as that!!! Thanks home snap team
It works just like it says it does. I doubted it at first I'm don't doubt it now. All I can say is me and my wife r looking for a house to buy and this helps a lot. Thanks for a great app.
My husband and I have always loved cruising through our city and scoping out real estate. Now we have the perfect, user friendly tool toile things even more interesting and informative
Thank you !
I must be honest, I was skeptical about this app but I used it and it really works. It's funny and very helpful to have an idea and all info about homes and the average price in all areas.
Good job
I use it as a real estate agent. It is tied to our local MLS. There is a lot of good. Easy searching, good mapping, user friendly layout.
The most obvious flaw is a lack of ability to pull up a listing when searching by ONLY street name. It won't work, which baffles me. You must have the EXACT street number to be able to pull up a listing. This is a daily frustration - a client says, "what about that listing on Caldwell Ln.?" When I type in "Caldwell, Homesnap thinks it's smart to take me to ALL listings in Caldwell, TX, despite the fact that I only work in Nashville, TN. This is a serious flaw.
The other major concern is the lack of ability to customize what is sent to our clients. I'm not sure who writes the emails or who calculates the stats, but they are really bad. It's fear mongering at its best (or rather worst).
The ability to see agents' production and where they sell is fantastic, but it would be helpful if those stats could be expanded (adding total volume, and also limiting it to the last 12 months of desired - the only option is 24 months back).
Have used this app both in my home area and when traveling, it WORKS. My "go-to" app for finding initial info about any property I drive by & am interested in.
I'm not sure how they do this but this site is amazing. You take a picture of a house for sale and this site finds the listing. Even if your not house hunting, it's worth having the app
