This app is great! It is a quick and efficient way to get information about a neighborhood. It is also a tool for those of us who are just curious about a house or an area.

I am a realtor and I love this app to track properties that I have shown and previewed! I have invited clients to join. It is really useful to get instant information on houses for sale.

Excellent App that every home owner should have. Those who are in the market shopping for a home MUST have this app also because it will help them a lot and save them big time.

Lots of info, quick, super helpful for potential of what is offered. The only reason I give it less then five stars is it is not always the most up to date info.

Homesnap Is For Real Estate professionals and they advertise listings through 4 platforms. In November we signed up, my wife had a new listing we spent approximately 1000. 00 and had no results.
I'm not upset about the no results, not all advertising is 100% effective. What I am upset about my wife had a new listing and they automatically without our permission charged our credit card and started doing a new advertising campaign on a new listing without our permission. When I contacted the company they refused to give us a refund and for that reason alone I would stay away from companies that rip the consumer off like HOMESNAP. This is obviously a huge complaint for homesnap because when they sent me a customer satisfaction survey and asked me why I was canceling the first complaint listed to choose from was automatic advertising. Renewals so they already know this is a huge issue. To automatically advertise a future listing without the approval of the agent and fall back on an agreement that was signed the year before is false and deceptive trade practices. The gentleman that called me from Homesnap refuse to issue a refund so now I'm going to have to deal with my credit card company on a dispute. I would recommend any real estate professional save your money and stick with MLS homesnap was ineffective.

This app is really nice and helpful with current statuses but the MOST NEEDED
OPTION is to hide or mark houses as not interested or hide so we don't have to keep viewing houses that we have no interest in. VEEY annoying

I am pricing homes in my area so I can market my home in s year or so. Home snap estimates are right on and is so much better than going to the broker or homeowner to get the price.

This is truly a 5-star app...

Unlike Zillow, this app is directly associated with the MLS. For clients and agents, this app is wonderful and accurate! There are so many aspects of the app I am continuing to learn and use.

It has saved us a lot of time sending things to our agent and having to wait to hear back we can just snap a pic and it gives us real up to date info!

Love this app for snapping homes for sale and seeing what they are listed for. And it actually works really well! It gives you additional pictures and all the information you need!

I use this app to verify square footage and the age of the property; important information for home inspectors. Very easy to use and a great tool to have in the field.

This is the coolest app ever! I've been house hunting and this app gives the most up to date information on houses. Also you can snap a pic of a house and it can tell you what you need to know.

Confusing App. App sent a email out to my entire phone book contact list. Clients are not being linked back to me according to one of my clients. Not sure how to send clients weekly updates.

Looked at houses for sale in Fort Worth/TCU expensive area and this app was accurate when I compared it to the online listings. Also a fun way to just drive around and scout out big fancy mansions!
