As a professional realtor, I have found this app to be a great resource. It is simple to use and is loaded with great information. It has been a lifesaver on several occasions when out with buyers. It's also great to show sellers what's selling in their area. I would highly recommend this app if you are interested in real estate.

Unable to set security alarm when meeting appt. at a coffee shop etc., only when showing property.
Quick search is ok, I really dont use this app much. It's average at best, needs work and more options.

Ok the user interface intuitiveness could do with a few tweaks here and there but in essence it's a very useful app especially when you're looking to buy property rather than just estimating what your neighbours' houses worth...

I have no idea why anyone has a problem with this app. It's amazing.

As a Realtor, it's great for learning neighborhoods, getting quick info on listed properties, prospecting, etc. I'm not sure where their valuation estimates come from (that info is probably available on their site). But in just a few minutes recently, my wife/partner and I learned about average home values in an unfamiliar neighborhood.

As a Realtor, I use Homesnap to keep on top of properties that have sold or are for sale in the area. Simply open the app and get detailed accurate info and photos instantly! Much faster then using the multiple listing service.

love this appwould have paid $10 for this had I know what it could do related to a current house search we are doing in an unfamiliar real estate market. Must have a good connection, but not the apps issue

I'm giving this app 2.5 stars. My realtor referred me to this app. It does have listings faster than other apps and accurately reflects whether or not they are still available. However, in order for this app to get 5 stars it needs several improvements. First- I should be able to see my starred homes in a separate favorites list. Only allowing 3 zip codes to be favorites is ludicrous. We should be allowed to enter at least 10. I live in an area where one town can have 7 zip codes. The zipcode limit makes using this app's news feature useless. Additionally not being able to search by square feet is incredibly frustrating. If these two issues were addressed and the interface was made less clunky, this app would deserve 5 stars. As it is now it's a 2.5 at best.

I love this ap! If I'm driving around with clients and they see property not on our "list", we simply snap a picture and get all the detailssure beats having to look it up on some of the other applications...

So many useful tips that work for agents to step up market presence, and share with clients to use.

Consumer useage is easy to figure out. Can walk the property lines for little better understanding of boundaries. Quick CMA feature t9 share with client before making an offer.

Easy to use, and more accurate than most automated valuations, at least in my market. Consumers and agents will find Homesnap to be a helpful first step in pricing residential real estate - but
don't forget the other steps!

I've used Homesnap for years and I can't imagine doing my job without it! I'm a real estate broker. It's a great concept, and I use the app (or try to anyway,) but it doesn't work very well in my area (SE Louisiana.) I try to snap all the homes I tour so I will show up as the local expert for buyers. But probably a third of the homes do not show up in their database, and probably another third of them are in the wrong block. So I have to snap the home, and then drive down the street in order to select the correct address from the list. It all makes for a rather frustrating experience. How well it works evidently depends upon where you live!

My sister turned me on to this app and I can't believe people in my industry aren't all using it! It's the coolest quickest most effective search tool out there.... I love it! I have shared it with clients but almost do not want fellow realtors to know about it, it's a tool that makes me look really knowledgeable in every neighborhood with any house in question I can provide the info in seconds! Thank you! Big huge fan !!

Homesnap is an easy to use and valuable tool. Taking snaps from the car or while walking makes it easy to collect potential homes I want to follow up on later.

It's also a great way to receive news updates on what's happening in my favorite areas.

My clients love this app and can send me homes they like and receive ones I send them! You can even take a picture of a house with the app and it will tell you about it! How amazing!
