“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

LuAnn S.

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

Wow - love this app. First app ever to have the same real time data the agents use directly from the MLS. I can see why my agent invited me to use it - no more incorrect info off Zillow - this is the real deal.

My husband and I are going to be land/house shopping for the next year. I use this app every time I go out looking! Super helpful! I can get info on any house/land, and send to my realtor if I want more info.

Very useful to see houses near you, to set up safety time during doing your open house, also to send listings to your buyers.
When showing houses, you can also check what other houses are available in that area.
Definitely, recommend this app.

I signed up with Homesnap on a trial basis several years ago cancelled, Ever since then, every year they try and charge my card! Today they charged me $599 to which I had to dispute and cancel my card in order to keep them from doing this to me. I spent 2 hours trying to contact them, and all I got was their irritating recording over and over! About lost my mind! My advice stay away from Homesnap!

Tip for consumers:

I purchased the Homesnap Pro program which they offered as a special $99 for the first year. I then promoted a property for an ad budget of about $300 which I agreed to do. I looked at my credit card and two weeks later there was a second charge for another $300. When I called they claimed that the Pro program would automatically start advertising my listings and I have to pay for that extra advertising. Not what I planned. They did agree to cancel the program but I'm stuck paying the extra $300.

Very glad this app is available. Makes it easy to do business all around. Still learning how to use it. I send clients listings. I send my catering companies the listing info as well with this app. Really like it.

Realtors slow to respond to messages. Most houses already in contingent status by the time they are listed. Worse than Zillow and Trulia. Only difference is houses are not yet sold by the time you see them

I love this!!!! I wish it had an option for real estate investors. And for some reason it would not let me snap the pic of the house we bought last year and are selling it this year. I figured for sure it would be on there bc it was built in 2013. It looks as though they got the information for this app around about that time bc of the Ariel view of my house and it was still under construction . I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see an option for investors also.

I love walking around the neighborhood and seeing what houses are selling for. Will give me an idea for whenever we want to sell ours! Some of the prices surprise me so I like seeing what different realtors are doing.

I absolutely love this app! I don't have to send the automated emails to my clients anymore. This gives them ownership of what they want to see. It's a faster way of communicating and we send the properties to each other to see homes. If I have a question for the listing agent I can type it in and get a faster response!

It is one of those apps that is fun and also very very useful. No reason to not give it a try. You will love it.

This is a fantastic app! You can find out the price and details of any home, anywhere, simply by taking a photo. Whether you are seriously searching for a new home or just curious, this app is easy to use and quick to deliver information.

As a real estate investor that's in the field this app is very convenient when I need to take a picture of a vacant house. In the past I use to carry around legal pads and pens and to capture the home address

Thank you!!!

This app has helped me so much I am personally part of a community and a real estate education program, this app makes comping investment so much easier! I even talked about it in one of my videos great app the only non complaint or suggestions is make sure when talking a comp to be standing on the side of the street the house is on so it comps out the right property! Screen shot and send it right over to your your person if your in real estate and don't have this app your not in the 21st-century!

I'm a realtor in Houston and I love this app! As a Realtor, we have our own app that's linked to our MLS system but sometimes it's just not fast enough. With HomeSnap, I can click and have the info right there and my client can see that's its not in their price range or fits their criteria. It was also useful when my daughter moved to California and while we were driving around before meeting with their agent could see what homes were selling for there. It was fun and very useful. I recommend it to my clients when the want to go window shopping. Louise B.

Have been using this obsessively for days. Beautiful design, easy to use - intuitive - never crashes like other apps. Tbh I haven't tried the photo function - just the existing home search function. Way better and faster than zillow or trulia.

Only drawbacks- addresses do not appear on main search result screen - you have to click to see which is annoying when searching big zip codes. Also, there's a map for each listing but it's zoomed in really close to the neighborhood so you can't really tell where it is. You have to click then zoom out to see where the house is in relation to other neighborhoods.

Otherwise an amazing app! Thanks for creating!!

Agents always seem to be impressed when I say I use this app, but searching for properties on Homesnap is not only super easy and useful -- it's actually something fun that I look forward to every day. I love being connected to my own agent through the app so we can keep our conversations all in one place, and knowing that I'm able to see the same up-to-date information that she sees is a HUGE benefit. Other sites like Zillow and Redfin have a lot of out-of-date listings and unhelpful points of contact, which is frustrating and discouraging -- especially in a competitive market. Even when we do find our dream house, I don't think looking around at what's new on Homesnap will stop being part of my day-to-day! I love this app!

I've used it mostly for fun and out of curiosity about some neighborhood value. I've showcased this app quite a few times to others, and each time it gets a wow. I am noticing that it has gotten more features, and I like the ways their non-mobile site reaches out with home overviews based on recent searches. For me, it's been very accurate in terms of adrress recognition. A truly great tool.

Love it a lot. Homesnap is the first app I've seen that lets you take a picture of a home - and it comes back with all sorts of info. Pricing, sale history, size, features, and more. And on the occasion where the GPS doesn't hone in on THE house - it knows that, too and asks you to pick from a map. They're constantly updating and upgrading the app to make it even better. Don't hesitate - check it out.

I am all for change, but when it is for the better. The homesnap app for realtors is terrible. The functionality is awful and it takes entirely too long to load. As a Realtor, the best time to use it is while out with customers. It prohibits seeing property history unless you pay extra, the mapping does not make any sense and the search criteria has to be entirely to specific for it to come up with options. Homesnap must have a great sales department for them to convince MLS boards to pay for this piece of trash. Unfortunately, I am now forced to use it as the only option.

I like this app! I don't even know of another that does what this one does. It's pretty accurate on the pricing and very accurate on the placing when trying to find information on a home you're looking at.
Very well put together and easy to use!

The site is up to date but it really needs a way for buyers to see their star favorites plotted on the map. It is frustrating to have to figure out which green point is one you looked at already. Needs someone to work on user friendliness.

I am a professional REALTOR and this app is awesome. The easiest app to use to identify properties and their history. Not a stand alone but the foundation of researching properties you come across that we see daily. Great app and kudos

Love this app! As a property inspector it can be a little annoying when you can't find the property you're looking for, because it doesn't have an address. And most of the time, you could be standing right in front of the property! With a simple snap, I know for sure I'm inspecting the right house! Did I say I love this app?!

Using this app in a suburb location is great. As long as you are in front of the home. The downside is when in an urban setting. Then it's all about GPS. And the GPS can't exactly pin point your desired location.
