Loving this app! I don't use it for getting estimated values since I'm a realtor and use different tools for that. However, I love it when I'm out with clients on showings and we pass a house with a for sale sign and we can just quickly snap a photo of the home to get the listing info. Works great and I can easily get the contact info of the listing agent to make an appointment. Also, while we are in the neighborhood, we can easily see what similar homes have sold for while we are right there in front of the house. A great tool!

This app is unbelievable for my business. I encourage every client I have to use this app as it makes sharing homes so much easier. It's also more accurate than any other app like zillow, trulia, etc. because it is actually syndicated with MRIS.

Keep it up Homesnap, I appreciate everything you're doing for us realtors and our clients.

This is a great app to use to get an idea of home prices in areas you are looking to move into. It is helpful in seeing the pricing and a small idea of the home and property. I have had no issues with the app, and love that it works quickly and effortlessly in searching for the property!

In addition to working miraculously (take a snapshot and it instantly finds your location and an approximate value if the house you see), this thing is FUN and gives you such a sense of surreptitious power!

I'm not sure why this app is getting high ratings. I recently hired a real estate agent who emails accurate listings. I thought I would check Homesnap to see if it showed more or less. How about no homes except for a preforeclosure. It's clearly a glitch or the originator of this app doesn't care to update it which is sad.

I was riding bikes through a beautiful, high end neighborhood in Naples Fl. with my wife and mom.

As we oohed and awed it dawned on me, we could find out values and inside space stuff with a simply tap of Home-snap.

Viola.

It was fun to see without being creapy.

Have sent the app to my clients. They live it! when they drive around and see a property and touch the beacon because you are right in front of property all information comes up. Clients are now sending me clients because they see them use the app and want to look at properties also.

As a realtor, I find this app quite helpful. I'm able to send messages to my clients as well as to other agents with this application, and they can just as easily message me, or respond to my messages. I can also send my clients listings in the area that interests them, and let them know what was sold nearby.

I love that the data is pulled directly from the MLS, and I'm not sending my clients listings that are "ghosts" in the system.

Great Help. A must for Realtors. Gives an instant information about the Home to List or writing an offer. Although the price shown is on a lower side, however the Range is an excellent place to start conversation.

Homesanp is great for getting a quick idea of value, especially in an area you may not be familiar with. And last month I got a notification a potential buyer had found me via Homesnap. 4 weeks later I closed a sale with them! All I can say beyond that is "try it and see for yourself".

I am seventy years old and I had no trouble using this magical app. It is like you snap the picture and boom, all the pictures and the information about the house appear. I rank it right up there with Siri and Alexa.

Good for general price reference however value seemed to be based on tax value of house ,, of which 2 houses next to each other may not reflect true price because of physical differences ,, the house that was well maintained and improved will be the same price as the house next door that was not maintained at all

I cannot think of a scenario that how that could happen but there a lot of houses listed that does not exist. Or wrong information is there. And also houses that is located in Florida is shows on the map in Virginia. The address that agent listed is different than the address that it shows on the map and top of the listing. I gave up searching as my agent had to contact so many people for no existing property.

Iris was our Agent and was very attentive, efficient, and friendly. She listened to our needs/wants and always showed us homes that were exactly what we were looking for, making it a challenge to choose. Iris was honest, fair and treated us like family, she was not just our agent but now continues to be a friend.

My realtor suggested this app to help us locate a vacation home for us to buy. It is so much easier to snap a picture and immediately know the price and send to your agent. Great app to use when locating a property for sale!

Kudos to Homesnap because you can easily navigate on their website without having to fill out personal information every time you want to review a property.
Also, this is the only real estate website I've come across that allows you to see a minimum of 15 to 50 pics of all types of properties. It gives one a very good idea of the shape and space of various homesites and whether or not you want to take the time to go in person to check out the property further.
Living in a time where everyone is moving at warp speed, it's invaluable to get the information you want without having to give up precious time away from you life.

Home Snap is simply the best, once you know how to use it. If you can take a picture of a house it will tell you the price and if it is For Sale. It that simple.
My son uses the app in his job, he had to show me how to use it. I was surprised at how simple it was to use. Of course I'm not very savvy when it comes to computers and things of the sort.
If you're in the real estate market it is a must-have app!

The app all others should be judged by. It just blows me away on so many levels. Pro+ is incredible too. I love it - Zillow app is filled with ads and the data is often wrong - Homesnap clearly the best!!!!
