Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!
They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.
We love this app and the weekly Area Listing Report that gets emailed to us and our clients. Very informative and up to date on local info! Extremely user-friendly and simple to use both on mobile and on the PC.
This is the app I send to all my clients and the app I use for myself as well. Why? Because it has a direct feed to the MLS. Because it was created by Realtors. This is the Most accurate app you can have for searching real estate. - Kyle Foster - The Foster Group - Keller Williams Realty
This is one of the best apps I have ever used. Went looking for homes this past weekend, and it worked fabulous. I would recommend this app for anybody looking for a home. It is very helpful and easy to use. Thanks a million for this awesome app.
This app is so useful! This app tells you everything about a home that is on sale, recently sold or the estimate if it isn't on the market. I love that I can take a picture of a house and it will tell you everything you need to know about it!
I recently downloaded this app and invited my clients. It is fantastic! If I see a house a client may be interested in I simply take a photo and am able to see listing details. I can also text the listing to a client. Loving it!
This app is indispensable to me as an agent. It's easy to use and delivers more info than most other apps, and the info is more accurate. The ability to walk the property boundaries with the map and parcel lines is fantastic. Highly recommended!
Homesnap is an awesome tool! My husband & I want to downsize to a 1 story home within our community. We have been able to drive around prospective neighborhoods, snap pictures, & determine whether or not we can afford the area. By doing a Homesnap on our present home we are able to see that the prices are not over inflated nor are they "low balling" us. Thank you Homesnap for helping us locate our next forever home.
Only able to select an area within a radius, one zip code, or a subdivision. Unable to select a group of specific zip codes or draw a map to find homes in a larger area within a city. Must create several searches in separate zip codes or subdivisions instead.
I am currently in the market to buy a house and this app has been amazing. I would spot a house I'd liked and with one snap I was able to get a quote and a brief description! I recommend this app to anyone interested in purchasing a home.
Hi!
I have been using this app to snap homes. Currently only a couple snaps a month and have gotten a couple of leads. This month I will be snapping at least 10 a week and get a few more leads. Super easy and something I do every day. Just need to remember to snap! :)
Homesnap is a great app! When I'm out touring with clients and they ask about a house, I simply take a picture of the property and the information is right there on the screen! Now that the app ties into the MLS system I can show what has sold in the area and is currently on the market in the target area. Highly recommend this app--it's a great business tool!
Homesnap is finally a real estate App worth using for realtors. Partnered up with the local MLS, and using the professional version you can easily get the details for all MLS listed properties such as showing details, etc. Saves a ton of time, is very visual in nature and makes a lot of sense user interface wise. Did I say time saver? just scroll down all populates with all sorts of information and you can see photos of the properties without an annoying load time for each photo. In app messaging to clients or to the listing agent directly. Clients can communicate with you as well as text or email. Very happy my MLS partnered up with them and ditched their own app. This one really executes well.
It's not perfect, but it's incredibly easy to use and it'll get you to where you need. I use this frequently in my house hunt and just when I'm curious and it's really easy. Point and snap and confirm the address and voila. The information on the houses aren't always the most accurate, but they're usually ballpark, which is at least helpful. The quickness and ease of use are worth to get a first look at a house. I use it all the time.
I seriously have not stopped using this app since I downloaded it. The only problem with it is it's addictive nature. I have not stopped snapping pictures around my neighborhood and was very pleased with the features.
I'm looking and pricing another home and your app has been wonderful, it makes searching very easy, I have been showing and telling everyone about your app. And I will continue to tell my friends and family.
I thought it wouldnt work but it does!! My parents are searching for new houses and this app has helped us out a lot! When clicking explore and turning on ur gps it actually shows u how mant houses around u are selling and of course the price !!! Love it!!!
This has been a great tool that will get you all the info on a home for sale while on the road searching... In a snap. Just snap a photo of the property and not only will it give you the sellers on the "snapped" home, but will also give you summaries of other properties of homes in the same vicinity. ???? Enjoy!
The simplicity of the app allows you to retrieve info and produce reports and comps for clients as well as compile it into a organized and user friendly order for both clients and co-workers. Love it.
By far the worst advertising site. They Rely on reviews and allow anyone and everyone to review, even though service was not rendered they do not provide customer service nor do they provide you with advertisement but they do take your money!
Tip for consumers:
Do not pay a dime for this company.

Worthwhile app that should be in any persons portfolio, who is in the market for a home.
Gives you the detailed info on the house that you snap. Also provides you withe the suggested retail price of the home you took picture of.
Most incredibly the accuracy of the snap that relates to the home address is uncanny.
Only issue... When taking snaps of homes from across the street will show you the address you are closest to; which is a bummer. If the home is wide as in a ranch style home the picture will not fit the screen.
This is a great app for clients and agents. I appreciate the safety functions that are built in, but have not had cause to use them. The integration with street view makes it fun for clients that are driving neighborhoods and they ability to text the listing agent direct from the app is great.
I enjoy this app immensely. As a real estate agent, I am constantly scouting out properties and am always exploring new areas to broaden my knowledge of the market. This app is efficient, easy to use, reliable, and a great tool to use for a homebuyer, an agent, or someone who is just curious about the areas around them. I plan to continue to use this app regularly.
I'm so glad a friend of mine told me about this app. I use it everywhere. I buy real estate to rehab for rent or resale. This app saves me a lot of work. I get a general idea of what I should pay for a house and it's also a great start for comp figures. Thanks Homesnap!
Love being able to drive around neighborhoods and see pictures along with all the details of the house. Once you choose a house to look at, there are more homes near once you scroll down! Great and easy to use app.
This app needs to be updated. A third of my town was taken out by a tornado that hit it in 2011. When I did a search of my neighborhood all of new housing that is being built is not there. It shows pictures of neighborhoods that are gone.
