LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app! It's sooooooo easy to use. And it's AMAZING that it can correctly identify the house whether there's a number showing or not. We use it just driving around, seeing what's out there. It would be a great tool for people searching for a new home. Can't recommend it highly enough. Give it a try.

This app is pretty great! Works very well in established neighborhoods, when you get into newly built neighborhoods and point to a home it says no home... I like this app and will continue to use this as we house hunt. Thank you!

Homesnap is by far the best Real Estate App for Agents! These negative reviews have to be fake. I have been using Homesnap for 3 years and their app has done nothing but impress me. The few times I have needed support, it has been quick and friendly.

I absolutely love this app both for myself and for my clients! I have so many real estate apps that I can now delete because homesnap provided everything I need and then some when I'm out in the field searching for homes for my clients! Thank you Homesnap!

This has saved me a lot of time and helped me get the basic info I need for Buyers or just to determine the local market in a new area!

I SELL houses, and use this quite often! I will show a house and a lit of times they ask about the house next door! SNAP, and I can give them all the info. In the newer subdivisions though, SNAP may not get the "right" house! Check addresses! Love the APP!

This is a great app! I have told all my friends about this app! It is my favorite on my phone with out a doubt! If you like to look at houses this app is a must! Easy to use, updated information. Love it! Love to use it!

This app is soooo helpful. The accurate and extensive data it provides has helped me narrow my search for homes. I will continue to use homesnap for my future home search needs, and I can't recommend more highly.

I would like to give them a 5 STAR but as a home owner, I found incorrect number of bedrooms listed by this app for my home. I contacted them twice within the last 6 weeks to correct this but still is not correct.

There are not a lot of real estate apps that are actually fun to use, but Homesnap is. Because it is so easy to use I find myself Snapping much more than I ever thought I would. Quick and easy and lots of great information.

I love this app. Information is giving too you ,,,, IMMEDIATELY ,awesome !!!!! All you need to do is open the app , point towards the house , and take the picture. Information is given to you along with the description of the house , the price , location of schools , everything you'll need to know. And on top of that an alert of any changes.

I don't review much, but homesnap deserves some recognition. I'm a leasing manager so I knew it'd be close to impossible to find reasonable rent in my area. Been sifting thru listings for months to no avail. On other sites my searchs came up empty for rentals under $900. I tried Zillow, trulia, rent.com, zumper- every site you can think of. Tried homesnap today & to my surprise I found hundreds of listings that not only fit my price range, but quality-wise they over exceeded my expectations! None of them were listed anywhere else I had searched either. With so many options now, I'm confident I'll get into a place I love which is a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Thank you homesnap!

It has some nice features like it shows the property line.
The MAJOR negative is that the search capability it VERY weak compared to others. It would be nice to be able to have a more robust search tool. Search tools that search for unique or specific words or choices in the description section.

Love this app! I use this app daily and often even go to it before picking up my laptop. I'm a Realtor and had a showing yesterday where I walked with my clients showing them the property lines of a property they were considering using Homesnap app. I later was able to quickly do a CMA that I sent to my clients and the quality of this looked as if I spent much more time than I actually did on CMA. My clients loved it. Highly recommend this app for Realtors and their clients.

I love that the information is in real time ~ and being an agent... I love that it has tabs for contact information of all the other agents in my office & I can flag my favorite agents! I love that my customers can send me homes right from this app, then I can click it and make the appointment through showing time!!! that makes my job easy peasy!

This company hides important info such ads will run automatically unless you stop them. The renewal notice is hidden at the bottom of lenghty email about what they have done for the consumer. They refuse to refund my money. Check the many complaints against Homesnap on the BBB.

Can't believe I wasted $170 on two ads because I relisted them, it kicked in auto-change on my credit card and I did not see Homesnap email of these in time to cancel the charges. What a waste of money, I got zero response from the public on the adds the only ones to benefit was Homesnap! Canceled my Homesnap subscription today! Save your money...

I have the upgraded pro version through my broker. Fantastic tool. Very informative for on-the-go requests. With any tool, it's up to the user to get the most out of it. For anyone having trouble with the snapshot feature, try altering your figure 8 motion. Try using wide open motions with your arm. The snapshot works only if your gyroscope and compass are calibrated properly. The figure 8 motion helps calibrate it.

On a side note, many thanks to the Homesnap team for not destroying the experience with a popup asking for a review. I recieved a separate email asking for the review and I am much obliged.

This app is the best. We are looking for a new home and this is helping us tremendously. If we see a For Sale Sign in someones yard, we know immediately how much they are asking and all the details. Saves us a lot of time. It's also fun!

This is absolutely the best of the top 5 real estte apps.
I drove clients to look at homes from list that I had prepared at the office. When we got to the next to the last house on the list my client asked me about a home that was not on my list of available homes, but did have a for sale sign. I used the Home Snap App and pulled a lot of valuable information. My client was so impressed that she ended up making apurchase offer and weare now in escrow.

I recently found Homesnap and absolutely love it! Being a Realtor and needing to obtain information quickly and share immediately with my clients is a necessity in my business. Homesnap makes it so easy! Everyone should be using Homesnap!
