“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

LuAnn S.
11/21/22

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

The company is unable or unwilling to add minor disclosures to the website I paid for. These disclosures are necessary for public use of the website. It was a complete waste of money. Find a company that is able to fulfill your request and satisfy your needs. Homesnap is not that company.

I am a Real Estate Investor. I've found Homesnap to be a great tool at gathering local comps when driving through neiborhoods I am looking to invest in. It has streamlined my research process tremendously. I highly recommend it.

We used on a recent trip to ATL. We are considering a move, but before we get a realtor involved we wanted to get idea of home prices in various neighborhoods. Fun to get info about the homes as we drove by including pictures inside homes for sale!

I have unsubscribed from Homesnap over 5 times now and I still get spam from them. I opt out of everything and confirm it. Yet, every week or so, I get another e-mail about something new going on an Homesnap. Just terrible.

This is an excellent app but since upgrading to ver. 4, the app always shows a notification on the messages tab. I've tried everything to get rid of it including deleting the app and reinstalling. Fix this and this is a 5 star app.

I love the ease of use. As I drive through neighborhoods, whenever I see a potential investment I snap the picture and received instant information about the property. I'm saved a great deal of time.

Many brokers have stopped sharing data with Zillow and Trulia etc, making their searches less accurate. Homesnap is a partner with the MLS making it the most accurate way to search. I own a real estate firm that no longer shares data with Zillow and Trulia so the mls is still the best way to search and unlike Zillow and trulia etc ...Homesnap is the only app that is a true partner and has all the data.

Of all of the housing valuations app/solutions that I have used so far HomeSnap is the best. This app raises the bar to a level that that all other valuation apps will have a difficult time trying to reach.

About a year ago thought I was getting some advertising for around $100 a month and all of a sudden I got a bill for $599. I contacted Homesnap and told them I wanted everything associated with my name discontinued and canceled. They canceled the ad but they kept on a yearly subscription that came due this year and 599 was charged to my account that I thought had ended. They had kept my credit card after I told them I wanted everything canceled and everything removed associated with my name. This is a very dishonest company and I hope no one ever gets caught up in it like I did. I am talking with an attorney

I used Homesnap to advertise a listing. $258.00 ten days later I got another charge for $258.00. I went to the website to stop the add I didn't realize I signed up for additional advertising and it was impossible to find a phone number to contact them. The number attached to the credit card does not answer. Be very careful for what you sign up for. You will not get a refund. You'll get a credit but that's the last thing I want.

Of all the homes I brought up, all of them only had one bath. Taxes were wrong, no hx information on about 80% of the apps, no school information on about 50% of the apps. It's a great concept just needs some work.

Homesnap is one of the easiest, quick and current apps you can use while out looking at real estate. It connects you to your contacts and your contacts to real estate that you have viewed! Be sure to make it your choice!

I use this app every day. I use to use Zillow and Realtor but the interfaces were hard to use and I typically couldn't get enough info. This app helps know what the comparable prices in a neighborhood are as well as so much more useful info! So great!

Homesnap has charged my account for the last two years without my consent or authorization as I do not have a HomeSnap Pro account established nor have I never established an account with HomeSnap Pro. March 6,2020 HomeSnap charged a credit card for $599. I do not have an account with this online service. I have contacted HomeSnap several times to refund the $599. The claim from HomeSnap is that I paid for a Pro account last year for $299, I did not to by my knowledge. However, I did look at my credit card statement and saw the charge. I will assume responsibility for not being more diligent on last year's charge. In communicating several times with the customer representatives, a resolution has not been offered.

Tried to cancel my Pro account. Called the *******622 number for serval days never was able to reach a representative. Sent an email requesting my account to be canceled to *******@homesnap.com.
Never got a response. Their auto renew process is unforgiving if you miss your notice.

Homesnap is completely awesome with all of its capabilities! I sell it to everyone! It is invaluable to a consumer as well as to a Realtor®. I love it and when I go and view a property I just add it to my favorites to watch for the sale price!

Verified purchase

SPAM leads coming in by the dozens with First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and email address. However, the lead info is all bogus. For example on lead is Treban Runza with an email of *******@approject.net and a *******144 number which all of these are bogus. Contacted tech support this morning and 6 hours later still receiving spam emails. Updated 12-30-20. This is possibly fixed.

Tip for consumers:
Beware of the spam you will get. Impossible to tell which are leads and which when you contact will get you added to someone's spam list.

Very disappointed with Homesnap's ad campaign. I tried a market reach Facebook ad and The lead generation response and results were subpar. When I tried to cancel the ad for the second month - they make it impossible! Nowhere on the dashboard is a button to cancel. Upon emailing the request to immediately cancel the rep did not honor my request and I am still being billed for the ad! They try to lock you in for the subscription almost being operated like a scam! **Buyer beware** Futher - When you pay for an ad they will not email you an invoice nor a copy of the terms of the agreement. Their customer service is reprehensible.

This application is an amazing tool espeically for Real Estate Investor that are driving neighborhood. When you drive past a house that looks distressed you simply open the app, click a photo of the property and it tells you the whole story about the property. It also recalls the history of the properties that you have snapped so with this app long gone are the days writting down addresses because when you get back to your computer you can pull up the app and review all of the information from all of the properties you snapped.

Awesome Application!

I finally discovered the incredible Homesnap App and it is truly ingenious!
I can honestly say that I don't know why I did not discover it sooner. It is so vital to a successful real estate professional and is simple to use.
On top of the ease of use is the attractiveness of the App and the marvelous way of connecting all parties in the search of a property and its important details.
I now know from knowledge why my colleagues and clients often rave about Homesnap! I applaud and am grateful to the creator( s) of this App in facilitating the very challenging real estate profession.

One request : Is there a way of adding the ability to search for a pool?
Some of my clients in California want a pool before a bedroom!

Thank you for considering my request.
