Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!
They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.
What a great Real Estate Agent tool to have on your phone when you are showing property to your buyer clients. It always happens, you are out showing property and your client sees a neighboring property with a for sale sign and asks you "how much are they asking for that house?" Now you can easily answer the question by snapping a photo of the house and up pops the listing, complete with showing instructions. Vacant? invite your client to take a tour.
How about when you are showing your client a cute little house and across the street someone built a beautiful new home and your client says "wonder what that home is worth". No problem, snap a photo and up pops an estimated value. Like Zillow and other web sites, it may be close or it may be off, but either way, you are sure to impress your client.
Besides the photo tool you can use the map to locate active, pending and recently closed listings plus estimated values on non-listed properties. Puts a lot of info into your phone with quick navigation to the information you are looking for.
Hands down the best real estate app around. Simply take a picture of a house to find out all about it. Includes the most up-to-date data directly from the MLS, now with Pro features for MRIS and TheMLS agents!
The most recent update is a step backwards. Now it takes more clicks to view Agent info, which is what I use the app most often for. You can't go back after searching an agent any longer

Reach out to Homesnap to ask why these charges occurred on my credit card, they said that I auto enrolled in their advertising by clicking on a credit of $100 for advertising on Google, which I thought was a credit when advertising on google. I had no idea they were setting me up to agree to their auto enrollment! So frustrated with them!
After arguing with them for nearly an hour, they credited my account back the charges! UGGGHHHHHHH!
I'm a realtor in the DFW area and this app is awesome! When I'm driving areas, holding an Open House or with clients all I need to do is go to Homesnap and I can see exactly what's going on in that particular area! I would highly recommended Homesnap as your go to app when looking for info.

Wonderful app and easy to use. It gives you a general idea that is helpful when looking at homes and it have quite accurate information. I would highly suggest this app.
Really cool app and hasn't been wrong on picking out the correct property yet. Would be cool to show last sale price from county records too. Then it would be perfect

OMG - this app rocks! We used it for our home search after our agent recommended and we are now telling our friends. Supposedly this is the professional app all the MLSs and Brokerages give their clients. It is incredible. Our agent was a Compass agent but the app for Compass was terrible and our agent told us about Homesnap.

Remarkably accurate and fast. I use it when I'm wandering around and see a for sale sign in front of a cute house. One quick snap and I get all the listing details. Great app.
