I'm a property manager and we also flip houses. So this app is great for finding out everything I need to know before a big auction where they won't tell u anything and u can't enter the home. It gets the address right every time. And the information is on point 99%of the time. Best app ever.

This app is wonderful! All my clients love it! I am able to communicate directly with them, send them homes, and get showing information plus so much more! Would highly recommend to realtors and their clients.

Just moved to Orange County CA and we are planning on buying a home in the area in 1-2 years. We use Home Snap when we drive through communities that peak our interest. It helps us easily verify if the community is within our price range. LOVE this app!

Works better than expected. You can even take the picture from the side or through trees and it still is very accurate. I don't know if the values are pulled from Zillow or trulia but that would lend credibility of it does. Love it!

This is a great ap for getting a ballpark estimate of value with one click if the camera - no having to navigate cumbersome websites. Perfect for when you are in an area that you don't even know the name if the street or city!

I love this app! I find myself using this more than Zillow! My husband also has it on his phone and we are able to share the house we like within the app! Get it if your in the process of searching for a new home or even if your just curious about what other homes cost but not in the buying stage yet like we are.

I rarely write reviews- but I have to say- this app is by far superior. I am waiting anxiously for our MLS board to offer the app so I can take advantage of the PRO features! My buyers and sellers are amazed with the features and how they can determine a property's value and past mortgage records by simply taking a snap of the house! User friendly and "blonde compatible"!!

It is a very useful in field. I just used it today to help me figure out what was going on with a vacant half built property while I was with a client. He was so impressed he downloaded it as well. Thanks guys for such a great real estate tool you guys may have given myself an opportunity to score on a potential pot of Money.

I am a first time home buyer. This app has made the process so easy when it comes to finding what prices are involved in a specific house or a house that you just happen to pass by and take a snap shot of! I showed this to my realtor and she was even amazed!! Love this app and have been using it until I find my perfect home and for any future needs! Definitely recommend this app!!

Amazing resource when I'm out in the field. Gives me instant intel, saves me so much time, makes me look good in front of my clients (BTW, I'm a realtor in Los Angeles, so this app is priceless). Works like a charm, no probs ever. Love it!

I'm often walking around and wondering "how much does that house cost"? Taking a picture of it pulls up all the details! Well, sometimes you have to adjust the result, mainly it uses the GPS location, but then you can pick the adjacent house on the map.

I'm a real estate professional and appreciate being able to get info on a house while driving by. Clients see a sign and immediately want to know about the house. I can give them a quick answer. Helps a lot when looking for abandoned flip prospects, too.

I don't know who likes this more , my clients or me! I'm able to see what properties they like and the areas and they get the satisfaction of getting the home info on the spot. Also nice when out and about with clients for the same reason. The instructional videos are very helpful.

This app makes it so easy to get instant information on a house you may see while walking or driving. You take a picture of the front of the house and the price etc, pops up immediately. No writing the address down and trying to find it online, or calling an eager real estate agent just to find out if the house is even within your budget. The only problem I have is navigating around the app.

This is a great app to have and it really saves me time when pricing homes. I am a Real Estate Investor and it can be pretty hectic having to always speak with an agent about a property. By using this app, I am able to know right away if the property is within my price range or if I should continue my search. Not to mention, time is money in this business? Get the app....Very handy! I am a Realtor, if I ever have a buyer ask me about property lines, this is my go to. I found myself today driving around with some investors, they wanted to know prices on homes for sale, I took a picture of the home and Boom! There was the price and info about the house. Thumbs up on this one.

We love using this app. It has the most accurate information about for sale real estate listings because it comes directly from the real estate agents' MLS database. The integration with agents connecting with their clients in a seamless mobile app makes it really easy for everyone to use together. It's a perfect combination of easy to use consumer software, and big, broad data on the back end.

Bugs haven't been worked out. Took a photo of my house from my front yard and the address was for a house down the street. Mkt value doesn't match current market values. Great idea just needs a bit of tweaking to meet expectations.
