Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!
They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.
I really like this new app. I like snapping the home and getting a idea what "something like that" would costs, so I get an idea if that style home would cost me. I've been surprised a few times. Now I've widen my horizons on which types of home I can dream about actually owning. Thank you homeSnap.
After using for the first week, I am pleased with the functionality of the app, and speed in which listing information is available. As a social and mobile savvy real estate agent, I am looking forward to sharing this app with clients to improve communication and bring ease to the purchase and/or sale of the home.
Update: on iPhone it would be nice to sort between invited vs accepted ones. And add the ability to resend invites as well. And add a quick search and group search function to quickly find clients and send listings.
Want to own your clients? Send this app to your email database so they work with you exclusively. They get better info and will love you. Dumping all the other apps.
This is more accurate than Zillow, but the property values are still off. Houses that are poorly maintained show high and vice-versa. Does have the pictures of the houses ( nice), but the GPS accuracy seems a tad "off".
Great app to use when viewing a lot of houses/properties while housing hunting! Especially when you just drive by a house you like, take a pic and bring the house listing up almost immediately. Technology is great :)
As a Realtor in the Atlanta area, I find this app very helpful, user-friendly, and the data is current. It is especially helpful if a listing isn't on my showing tour and we can see why it didn't make the cut.
I am using home snap to quickly review properties
Like no other app. Don't have to know the address just take a
Snap shot picture and you instantly get the information about that property. If you are not using home snap you are wasting a lot of time. Al
HomeSnap auto-renews my subscription then I spend weeks and weeks trying to get the charge removed. HomeSnap may work for some agents but it does not work for my specialty niche real estate company. I have told them that when i can get in touch with them but this time they are not reachable by phone and they do not return my emails. If it takes a lawsuit to get them to stop I am ready. I am fed up with this constant misuse of my funds. I hope someone sends this review to them.
This app worked great for me at first, but now it is being very glitchy, and there haven't been any recent updates leading me to believe the developers have put this app in the backseat. When the app freezes up, I can usually shut down and restart the app and it will pick up where I left off and work properly. But it won't allow me to save any new properties to my favorites list so I can keep an eye on them.
If you are house-hunting, you absolutely need this app. Drive up to a house with a 'for sale' sign out front, snap a picture (or don't -- the 'stealth' mode is also excellent) and watch all the property's details come up. This is a fantastic tool for home-buying. My only issue is that the camera occasionally fails to function, with the app prompting me to wave my device in a figure 8. A small quibble, and overall this app verges on magical.
Years ago I used a logbook to keep track of business miles. What a pain and inconvenience that was. When my CPA asked to track miles again I resisted at first then I found out about MileIQ from a friend, downloaded it and tried it compared to another mileage tracking app. MileIQ won hands down. Now I look forward to classifying my drives everyday.
Thank you MDL for creating MileIQ! What a useful product. Paid for itself during the first month of use.
The developers have advanced this app to a level that earns a 5-star rating. When I first rated it months ago, I wasn't as kind, but they've convinced me that they listen and care about their app's performance and accuracy. Therefore, they've earned my 5-star rating.
I am a licensed real estate agent in New York. This is by far my favorite new tool for work. When with new clients I show them this app tell them to use it and it cuts down on them calling me and asking me to check on houses for them when they're driving around if it's out of their price range or doesn't meet the requirements they simply just MoveOn!
I also enjoy it and it makes me a very efficient agent when driving around in neighborhoods I'm unfamiliar with it's very easy for me to check on pricing taxes and all the other particulars.
Most importantly it's just fun I love to use it when traveling!
This has been a great tool for looking in another town far from home to see all their is to offer. Found a realtor and several homes to see, as we look at the country side between 130 and Bastrop!
Easier way to communicate likes, plans, and coordinate looking.
Run AWAY! I signed up for an ad for around $400 and they charged my credit card over $2000! They said I signed up for a subscription! I tried to call and cancel. They hardly answer. NEVER refunded anything and I had to pay. They kept charging my credit card changing their name for example. Adding an* or capital H. Etc.
PREDATORY to say the least!
Tip for consumers:
Predatory!
I found this app awhile ago and used it on my own home in Virginia. My husband and I are now doing a two-week East/West Coast search of South Florida for a home and when I showed it to our realtor on the East Coast, she was amazed at how cool it is. I'm sure I'll get the same reaction tomorrow when we start on the Gulf Coast. I rarely rate apps, but this one is a "must-have" if you are just interested in real estate or if you're house hunting or even if you're a real estate professional. Super easy to use - just make sure you allow it time to locate where you really are! Love it!
Home snap is awesome don't have a pin in bed don't have a great memory take a pic with Homesnap of the potential home you want to put under contract or by yourself to rehab Flip and sell or buy-and-hold perfect....take a picture of the potential home instantly get all the information you need to look up on your CRM later good job guys... awesome app I love it
This app is amazingggg for my buyers who like to drive areas they love! They snap the photo and get the info I need and it saves me as a realtor showing homes they're not crazy about. Extremely quick response from the time you take the pic to the time you get your info!!! If I could give 6 stars I would!
I just started using this and I am excited to share with my clients! I just had a client buy a house and I can go around and snap pictures of other houses in the area to show him the value of his neighborhood. So cool! It has very accurate information, I am VERY impressed!!!
I just downloaded the app and immediately snapped a picture of my house and got the value. It worked well and I thought great, it will be a good tool. However, when I forwarded the link to a family member the linked showed a different higher value by $8k Don't know which to believe. App needs tweaking!
This is an app for anyone who is or ever plans buying a home! Look for the city you want to buy a property and it gives you a list of available homes. With tones of pictures! Going for a walk? Like something and wonder how much it costs? Snap a picture and it will tell you. Love it!
Technology today is fascinating. I am a realtor and I really enjoy using homesnap. If I'm out with a client and we see something we pass bye the photo feature knowing exactly what is going on in that neighborhood is so valuable
Wow - love this app. First app ever to have the same real time data the agents use directly from the MLS. I can see why my agent invited me to use it - no more incorrect info off Zillow - this is the real deal...
