“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

LuAnn S.

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

I am a Real Estate inductry professional and I think this is a great app to get quick information on a property. Although many factors go in to value of a particular property the estimate is usually in a fair ballpark. The ease of use by taking a picture only is also very quick to get the results that you are looking for such as bedroom count and square footage. I really enjoy using it.

I've been using the app now for 2 months and I have to say this is the best home search tool out there available to agents & clients. As simple click and clients can find the price of a home, the details of the home and so much more. Finally, an app that makes the home search easy and fun.

First it keeps telling me to hold the iPhone upright. That picture feature doesn't work for me. You then have to use stealth mode. Estimates are too high by 500k to over 1mm. 5 to 10 times actual. it gets the location and address right though.
The database being used is wrong or nonexistent.
This is a great idea and kudos for coming up with the idea. I'll keep it on the phone in case the kinks get worked out.

I love home snap app! So easy to use and makes finding homes to buy so easy too. Take a picture of a home and it will pull up all the details on the property. No need to spend time looking for an exact address. Are you in a new area and interested in knowing what's for sale around you? Homesnap app does that too!

Homesnap has a couple of very convenient features. Number one is finding an agent which I use quite frequently. Once I have found an agent in the database, I add them to my phone as a contact. This is highly convenient.

I also use the Homesnap picture facility whereby I can just point my phone camera at the house and get an estimated value. Fun to show off the buyers when they're in the car!

This app has some potential, but it populated RE taxes at $22K when in fact they're $8K. Also, the GPS demarcation line around the property is our neighbor's property and not ours. I've contacted the developer twice over a period of a week or more to report the data errors. The errors continue to remain and the developers apparently are choosing to NOT make any changes.

They charge you without your authorization, then when you try to contact someone about it no one responds for a while. Once they did respond, they said that there was nothing that they could do about it... Complete fraud. This app is completely useless and definetely not worth $599. Please STAY AWAY from HomeSnap!

Homesnap 1.50 is even better than Version 1.11; the ability to see what my friends think/are doing ... as well to see homes people are looking at across the country ... is both useful and fun. This is the future of real estate!

I think the creators of this app must have been shopping for a new home when the idea hit them: wouldn't it be great if I could figure out everything I need to or want to know about any house just by taking a picture! Kuddos! This has made my home shopping process much more fun. My favorite is stealth mode

Live MLS data and ease of use makes this a great app for realtors. I use it on my home visits to get exposure on the site. Also I can invite clients to connect with me to stay on top of their search. Lot of fun and great app.

Stay away from this company. The adds are bogus and the leads are none existent. They charged me over $250 for one property. Did it when it was active and when it closed. When I tried to cancel they charged me again. This is during the covid outbreak when other companies are helping. No shame at all! The customer service reps are rude! Don't waste your time and money!

I do not know what the couple of complaints are about. Maybe you have a bad phone. Pictures I've taken have been accurate on the going price of the homes I've tried to get info on. Maybe you need a new phone or update your existing phone. I love this app!!!

This app does a great job pulling up accurate information about a particular home. It does, however, need a compliment app that can pull all homes actually listed for sale to gather comps. SIR Mobile is a great app that works well when pulling comps that are currently listed on MLS.

I have had it for a month or so and it works great. There has been a couple times where it took the picture and showed it on the map, but that was it. Maybe the map needs updated, not sure. But overall it's cool. have showed it to many friends and also realtors. :)

We're looking for houses by scouting neighborhoods. The great thing is that with HomeSnap we can get a solid idea of what homes in a neighborhood are worth, what school district they're in, what they pay in taxes and how many rooms they have, all within seconds.

Excellent app!

Agents, avoid ordering any ads from Homesnap! Stay away from this company. They are a scam. They will trick you and charge your credit card without your permission claiming that you needed to check off "a box" on one of their 1000 emails not to be automatically subscribed to auto-renewal on each new property you list. I contacted them to reverse the charges and they refused. Beware! Homesnap webpage
And application Don't even have an option to cancel the campaign or charges neither a way to remove the credit card on file. Their effectiveness is also questionable. I never received a lead from them!

If you are a real estate agent or a broker, and you don't have this app, you're out. I like snapping houses wherever I can and get the info instantly. I can also invite clients and get the school attendance zones quickly. Love it.

The Homesnap app was SO easy to use. Literally just snap a photo of any home and all of the most up-to-date info about the property populates. I've used my fair share of real estate apps over the years and have always been frustrated by some aspect (e.g. Navigation, accuracy, accessibility, etc.). I've been using Homesnap for almost a year now, and I'm a total convert. My favorite part is how easy it is to work with agents right inside the app. Highly recommend!

5)3 clicks away and u have Easy to use/ launch Facebook and IG marketing campaign..

So download it now and start snapping:)

This has been a fantastic app for my clients. Take a photo of the house you are curious about and get a homes valuation instantly...but need a professional to help you purchase the home, and HomeSnap has that covered as well. Go ahead, give it a try!
