Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!
They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.
This is a very useful app when shopping for a home. Has all of the MLS listings in a very easy to read format. But the coolest feature is when we see a home for sale you just aim the camera to the house and it pulls up the listing ! If the house is not for sale it still pulls up the details and the value of the house!
Very impressive. I haven't verified accuracy for the applied home value, however doesn't seem far off. Would like a version for Realtors that provides tax details. Great, great, great!
#update... accuracy is sooooo on point!!

Very polished product

I love this app! Not only for personal use but for professional as well. I'm a real estate agent and use this app all the time. I love the part where it shows the history of when it was listed , when a contract was put on the home and when the home sold . The idea of this app is genius !!! Love IT!!
This application is great. You get a quick sales price/ value for the property you are looking at. You see the school districts the property is in. All of this is quick. You can do mire research if as you narrow down your criteria.
This is so easy. I give it to my clients so they will be able to see if it is in their price range and has their desired rooms and amenities. If I come across a new listing while driving a neighborhood I don't have to pull up the MLS to see what it's listed for. It's much easier to "snap" and have the information immediatelhy.
I highly recommend it . But the Comps are not right, is to high. I tested with my house and other houses and the Comps was to high. But it tell you almost everything about the house. I like that it show you the inside of the home.
When I see a house that I might be interested in, I just take a pic. I get all the info I need to see if the house meets my criteria. The best and fastest details and pics that I've found!! Love it! Love the customer service too!
The industry leading app for agents and their clients for a reason - simple the best, most accurate mobile solution powered by Real-time, MLS data nationwide. If you don't get it - you don't get it!!!
I downloaded the app tried it out the search works fine but when you take a picture of a property they give you the wrong address and so the price is not for that property the address is not rite either!
As a real estate broker I have tried a ton of real estate apps and this is my favorite so far. I like having as few steps as possible to find out info on homes for sale and I like being able to find out about homes not for sale.
I use this all day. As well as the desktop version. All my client get the app and love it.
Only criticism is the iPad app won't work w/LTE. only wi-fi. When iPad app is not working just pull out my iPhone and keep moving. Get app.
Love the app for my clients, it's easy for them to use and they love the drive by picture feature which allows them to get an idea of a neighborhood they like by taking a photo of the home and instantly get info on price and if it is for sale, all the listing info on the spot!
Tells you correct information about the house at your current location. I was shocked I didn't think it was going to work this well but I thought I would try it anyway and I don't regret it at all.....if I want any information about any house I just take a picture of it and I get a lot of the info on it.
They are not what they are advertising. They lure you with great graphics in. They charge your card for one year, non-refundable. And then they take over the ownership of your google page. But everything you though they are going to do or you get with your Homesnap Pro account, is going to cost you extra. They never answer their calls, You have to leave a message and next day get one on the phone. I am super unhappy and will not recommend them to any realtor.
I get "free" Homesnap through my association. I purchased an ad for one of my listings in September. They continue to charge me each month on my credit card. First it was $159 in October, I called and had that refunded. Then in November got charged again. I called them and had the charge reversed. Now this month there is a $599 charge on my card. I had to cancel my credit card. I have repeatedly called the company and sit on hold. Never can get a hold of anyone. I have emailed support. Nothing. Seems to be more of a scam then a professional company to me. When I did purchase an ad, I did get leads but they led to nothing. I regret ever purchasing an ad from this company. It is a real hassle trying to get refunded for something I did not order.
Laura pays attention to detail and works tirelessly to find the exact home you are looking for. She is a top-notch professional in every way.
Also, I highly recommend HomeSnap for assistance with your relocation needs. The App is easy to use and consistently updated.

Much easier than MLS. Used MLS to enter searches for *******, "West Columbia" and " Cayce." All returned listings for Lake Carolina which is in NE Columbia zip code or two a way from my area. Not intuitive enough. Prefer Homesnap. It's easier.
As an agent, the apple watch extension is fantastic. About the only app I use on the watch. While Driving by a home for sale, that I think I may have a buyer for, it gives quick and easy access via glances instead of fumbling with my phone and driving.
The app is fantastic. Better than Redfin/zillow/trulia.
One thing that would make it better is a better UI when trying to share properties with clients.
Also, the smartzip school rating system couldn't be more wrong. Even the zoning system can be wrong, which is really bad. Though the schools ratings are higher than they should be and always works out in my favor, greatschools.org is a much better system so I wish you would use that. Otherwise I have to open the Redfin app and I hate that company.
Other than that, great interface for clients. They love it. And I love that I can see commission splits and showing instructions.
The app is amazing! Very simple and very user friendly. All information is located under the property description. Very organized. This is the app you want if you are looking for a good real estate app.
This app does a lot. Like the versatility of the searches. I like how you can search on the map or by the area on the list. I like how you can tap on the green gotten pull up the listing and look at it.
Excellent app for on the go needs. I visited several houses today and was on Homesnap for every stop. The ability to take a pic of the house and it pulls up the details is AMAZING! I didn't know what address I was at and Homesnap was able to tell me in a few seconds. 5 stars!
I am a real estate professional and I was surprised how homesnap quickly got me the data I needed so fast and easy compared to the MLS service I typically use. It is a much simpler format and quicker navigation to get to the information you need to provide a client in seconds. Its a real lifesaver!!
As a Realtor I like that I can simply take a photo of a property and HomeSnap will tell me what I need to know. For Sale? Sold? etc. I can also share that information with the public or directly to my client(s).
