“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

LuAnn S.
11/21/22

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

Homesnap is truly a great tool for everyone to have. It is intuitive, user friendly, full
of layers-ways to view and search for information. It is a great way for the home owner to search and view rentals, prices, home searching, historical home information, school district ratings, commute times and distances, how much your home is worth and how your neighborhood is doing in the real estate market. If you need a detail tour and a link to the app, Please text me at *******466. Dr. Builes.

Absolutely love this app. Comes is SO Handy. I'm new to this state & don't know my way around at all. I find myself lost in some GREAT neighborhoods & wonder if I could afford anything. With just 1 click not only does HomeSnap show me about the place I'm looking at but, shows & even directs me to other neighborhoods similar to what I'm looking for.
THANK YOU

I have been using this app ever since my MLS introduced this to all of its members. I CANNOT recommend this app enough. If you are an agent and want to up your game and be ahead of all the agents in your market, I would suggest you try their Pro+ features.

I used Homesnap for several ad campaigns with no results. They later charged $168 bill for a campaign advertising a home I "sold" (worthless). I called Homesnap and instructed the representative to cancel the order, and refund the $168. He assured me that my account was set to no longer have ad campaigns without my approval. I asked the rep to remove my credit card information from their database. Eight months later, I received a bill for $168 charge. Homesnap had switched my account back to automatic ad campaigns and kept my credit card information. Their Rep (Imir) insisted that another rep (Matt) said I hadn't changed the status of my account. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company and reported Homesnap to the Federal Trade Commission for keeping my credit card on file, and keeping my account open, against my will. This company is FRAUDULENT. I hope someone shuts them down. AB, Realtor

This app works fast! I use it to aquire an address for a house when there is not one visible. I also use it to store a picture of a homes current condition when I am scoping it out for purchase. I'm amazed at how fast it is. It also will give a guestamate of the homes fair market value if it were in good condition. Would not trust the value amount without researching it further, but does give an idea of what it could be.

As a 'homie'....like a foodie, someone who likes real estate and the real estate market...I love this app! It helps me quickly assess the property values in an area, quickly and easily find list prices and see a property's history. Love it!

We're homebuyers and we LOVE Homesnap for house hunting from our phones. It's almost perfectly suited to mobile searching. Seriously the best app out there for this.

BUT I really really want more granular price controls. Maybe by $10k instead of by $50k. We can't afford much, but it's about $160k, and it's really frustrating in this incredibly stressful market to see all these beautiful house we can't afford.

Help, Homesnap!

Crashes!! I love Homesnap except that almost EVERY TIME I am in the midst of doing my research, it closes out of the app! This is the only home app on my iPad that does this. I use Redfin, which is also a good app. (Doesn't have as many specs on a home), but at least I don't get shut out of my searches!

They are trying to illegally hack into my Google biz acct and who knows what else? They have tried to take over my Google biz acct. I have informed Google they are illegally trying to gain access of the acct and take it over. I hope they aren't able to successfully hack into any of my websites, because they are actively trying. And, I hope they don't gain access to my biz Google acct, that will be a nightmare.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews of Homesnap - it's the best app I've used and I love it.

Pros:
- Well designed
- Easy to use (you snap a picture of a house & get all the info)
- Tons of information in one place - saves me a lot of time
- Let's me advertise on the all the big social media sites automatically - also saves me a lot of time
- Good reporting that let's me track the performance of my ads quickly & easily
- Agent-friendly - none of my competitors can pay to advertise on my listings, unlike other apps I've used

Cons:
- Wasn't available through my old MLS
- Newer/smaller company that is still figuring things out (that may explain some of these reviews).
- No way to upgrade/downgrade/cancel online - have to go through their support team

Pros far outweigh the cons for me. Homesnap has been great for my business!

This is a great app to have on your phone cause just with one picture I can get all the basic information that I need to get the right home for my clients and plus as a Realtor I always like to be informed on how the market is doing.

The app is ok. There's still work needing to be done. Some of my sales and listings are missing(two year/24 month period) or incorrect. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who noticed.

Used it yesterday when starting our downsize home search - really helped us figure out if we could afford a certain area. Wish it had a "sort" function to sort by price or SF.

Love it! Just started using this App. Quickest results of all other home search sights I've used. Gives you immediate results and so far has been 100% accurate.

A realtor just introduced me to this app, and my ability to walk, drive, or bike around snapping pics of homes, getting their price and saving them has been an excellent educational resource.

I've used all the real estate apps.

This one is cool in a bunch of different ways. MLS data, quality map search, and a News Feed that's actually quite helpful.

Try it.

Best thing I have ever seen in home locating. Sure beats driving around aimlessly trying to find what's out there. Especially when you're not ready to engage with an agent quite yet. Love it!
