This app is cool. It's nice to have an easy way to estimate a hime's value without having to write it down and use multiple tools to come up with the data.

Helpful for realtors, when with a client and they see a sign in front of a home that's gone "Pending," therefore not visible in other websites. Love it!

This is a fab app! So discreet - easy to review home prices without leaving car! We have been using it for home shopping and its been amazing. Super easy to use too! We are huge fans!!!

Homesnap keeps your credit card on file. For their renewals, they send out emails! I receive over 500 emails daily, so missing their e-mail was obvious. Because I did not get the email, Homesnap decided they have the right to take my money without my authorization. When I called customer service, Wilber's reply was, "sorry it was already processed." I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT. WHY MAKE ME PAY FOR IT. This is crooked. I will be sure to pass this along to every real estate agent I know!

Love this app! Very helpful and accurate! And it always gives us an idea of the prices around the area! Im gonna say that thanks to this app we found our house!

I have used many different apps in the past and really like the amount of information that this provides. Also the ability to only be talking to my agent via the app.

I never write complaints nor reviews, but I am very displeased with the customer service. I spoke to Carlos Perez and he basically said he can't give me a refund because my real estate is currently active. Even though, I specifically told him, I have not used HomeSnap Pro+ when I subscribed last year. You guys charged me $499 for the yearly subscription and I demanded that I no longer am interested in this app. My phone number and email has not even been updated on my profile, hence the reason that I have not used this app for almost a year.

Then Carlos says that he can only give me $200 back because I am still an active agent. I emailed you guys right away as soon as I got the charge of $499 and i get a call back couple days later saying that they can not refund me.

Honestly this is terrible customer service and I am very livid about this. I felt as if you guys are just taking people's money even though they want to cancel the subscription right away. I specifically told Carlos I do not use Homesnap nor am I interested in renewing!

I also stated that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and all Carlos kept saying is that I am authorized to give refunds, so he would not transfer me to anyone else. I do not understand the lack of empathy or even trying to mitigate a situation like this. He did not give me other options besides "I can refund you $200 out of the $499 because you are still an active agent". And then he does his pitch on why homesnap pro+ has boosted my google views and all that. This is the reason why I am upset because you can tell that people like Carlos feed off agents like me.

While it has basically the same info as other apps, the interface on Homesnap is easier to use and actually fun. Take a picture of the house you are interested and all pertinent data is there!

They will charge you any time you click their name. The site is No help. It should not be legal for this scammers to do what they are doing. I also called to complain to BBB.

Very cool, very easy app to use. Another of a multitude of pics I take only this one tells me all I need to know about a house-any house-right away. Don't have to bother with agents for basic info!

From Safari, tap the action button (looks like a rectangle with an arrow coming out the top) and then tap "Open in Homesnap" to scan any webpage to find addresses, see values and view homes in Homesnap.

I love to give this to my clients. So helpful! Even if your not looking for a home, you can get an estimate on what your home is worth.

This app is so great! I have been looking at a lot of houses and taking a picture and having them get picked up so easily with all the information I want is incredible! Best housing app I've used.

I've been using this app for awhile. It truly relaxes MRIS and gives agents the power to help their clients find the property. Especially, the CMA tool is super handy for a quick market data.

This app is entertaining but don t really expect to get real evaluations. It uses the zip and then goes by the realty price or latest listing price. Not really what the home is worth.

Very convenient. I've tried it on several homes and compared it to Zillow data and they're pretty similar. I snapped my home and it got all the data correct except for taxes, a minor error.

As a realtor this app has been amazing for connecting quickly with clients. As a buyer looking for a new home my self I also love knowing I am getting up to date accurate information.

Great site, almost always perfectly exact in its findings, great locator device; it's never not found the home - or lot - that I was standing in front of.

Would be much better if we could put clients in categories.....those who have signed in those who have not....broke down further to active, passive, under contract closed.
