I have to say this is totally awesome. I started taking pictures and playing around with this. I am getting feed back. This is a great tool for my Real Estate business.

This is one of the best apps to get information about specific homes for sale. I love to use it when we are out and about and see different places for sale.

I like to compare this to other realtor sites for estimates and info. I'm currently home shopping and this has helped for homes I'm searching for. Locator can be a better but over not bad

This is a great app to use if you're interested in what the cost of a home is that's for sale. Or what the resale value of your own home might be It's based on comparables and recent purchase prices

This is a FRAUD!
I joined this Leads Program in January 2021, for 6 months I paid $2,905 up front, they promised that I will receive 3 to 4 "HOT LEADS" per months. I received 3 leads in January, 2 in February and nothing this month, March. The leads that I received was for renters, I talked to one of them and they were asking for Section 8. I explained to the Costumer Success Manager Andrea Nickel several times that This program is not working for me because I don't do Rental, and I ask for my money back.
She said that I can't get my money back, I tried to call her and I emailed her 3 times. She is ignoring my emails and phone calls, She is suppose to be the "Costumer Success Manager" and take care, of course she doesn't care because I paid her in full.
This is a terrible experience, this is wasting money and time, DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY THIS IS A FRAUD!.
If They promise you will l receive good leads, RUN AWAY, They are lying!

As a realtor, this app is amazing to use. I love the fact that I can get all the information from MLS to this app. I can't wait to explore other features. I am using it daily when I meet my clients.

Was using it today while driving around looking at homes. Very cool, finds the house you are looking at and pulls info about the property. Worked very well.

This is a great app and I am excited our Mls is part of their app the pro features are awesome and the market analysis is great. Look forward to seeing just how great it will become.

Homesnap is Fantanstic !!! As an agent Homesnap allows you to take pictures of a property and get tons of information on that house and neighborhood right then. It's Great Download the App.

I am using it more and more and clients love the quick response on the CMA. Gives me instant information when I am at a property without lots of log ins and look ups

Extremely helpful when looking for a home to buy. Very good information provided on the home. Allows for reviewing the home before contacting the owner and/or real estate agent. More privacy.

It does what it claims to do. Sometimes I walk around my neighborhood and see what houses are going for and check on the ones that are for sale as well.

This app has taken all of the good and bad things about all the real estate apps out there and made an app that is simple, convenient and reliable! Zillow ..... Who????

This is a great tool. My husband and I have been driving to different neighborhood where we are considering buying a house and with this app we are able to get a feel for what areas we can afford!
