Love love love this app! Love that you can snap a picture of a house to find out details. Love that you can walk property lines. So many great features!

I travel a lot and use this app all the time to check on property values. Couldn't recommend an app any more than this one. The user experience is great and it's simple to use. Nice work!

The search function doesn't allow you to type in the name of a development. When I typed in the name of a development and the city and state I was led to results for the entire state.

I signed for Homesnap in October 2021, but I was not approved by Google until February 2022. The representative for Homesnap did not help me anymore from January 2022. I was assigned to Lyn Rawlings after him, she is too busy to help any agent, she has more than 300 agents. She told me that because I will not continue with the subscription after 6 months, she stopped helping me, no more phone calls, support, or anything, and my subscription will expire on June 3rd, 2022. I signed for 6 months. Also, it is a top-secret until an agent sign that you have to beg for reviews from family, friends, and past clients to be on top of the list from Google. Many of the reviews are from past clients Google will not publish. Google chooses which reviews publish and which ones will not publish. IT IS A SCAM! I TROUGH AWAY $3,000.00 WITH IT (I STILL PAYING AND I WILL BE CHARGED NEXT MONTH AGAIN). If anyone is thinking of signing PLEASE DO NOT SIGN!

Excellent tool to quickly find critical details about properties for sale. The "click & find" capability is very intuitive making my first choice in real estate tools.

Buyer beware! If you use Homesnap and give them a credit card you will charged for products that you might not be aware that you even bought. THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT! I was told that I signed up for something that did not. AGAIN, THEY WILL NOT EVEN TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER IN GOOD FAITH. DO NOT USE THEM.

As a Broker I have not found a more user friendly APP to inform homeowners that you have arrived. The point and shoot option on properties reviewed have already generated a lead and I am just learning to incorporate it when I door knock. Thank you HOMESNAP #TeamReyes is grateful.

This app is the best app for real estate out there. It uses real time data not outdated information unlike Zillow and Trulia. I'm a REALTOR and won't use any other app!

This is a great tool for drive by info on FSBO's and general neighborhood information. Snap a pic of any home and have the address and important information instantly.

A nice simple tool for hunting for homes and their values with their obasic information so you can more selectively pick before you actually approach.

I have been trying to reach Homesnap as they continue to steal from my account. I have sat on the phone for hours for many days. I have emailed. No response. Do not fall prey to these predators.

This is a great tool! I love snapping shots of homes in different neighborhoods and sharing with my clients. I have also received a good amount of buyer/seller leads from snapping shots:)

This app is a serious and comprehensive tool in the industry. For consumers it has real and valid info and for Realtors it's your MLS in the palm of your hand. It's the only Real Estate App you need!

MRED (Midwest Real Estate Data) substituted their home grown app for HomeSnap. I used to use the MRED app but find HomeSnap MUCH more helpful. The killer features for me are 1) school zone boundary overlay 2) property line overlay 3) snap function because when looking for homes that aren't on the market I can snap them and then see when they hit the market last.
