“Really easy”

Definitely a must have for agents. Could not be any easier to use. Client was asking how much homes cost in a particular neighborhood as we were driving. I simply stopped the car and took a pic. Value appeared in seconds. Awesome app!

“Homesnap Pro has the worst customer service- concierge service not worth it”

LuAnn S.

They will hijack your Google business page and won't let it go! I can't get anyone at support to address the issue. It's beyond vexing and has been going on for months. Stay away from paying for pro... the concierge service was a joke and there was virtually zero conversion.

My experience in selling my home with Shirley Jacobs was stremless. She kept me informed on all showings and guided me through the process of sale and any questions i had, Truly a profession in every word. Loved working with her.

I love Homesnap! Their tools are awesome to use and make my life so much easier. Agents, if you are not using Homesnap, you are missing out!

A lot of these negative reviews look like a bad copy/paste job. If you don't know how to read terms of service when you buy something, perhaps don't own a credit card. I have also never had anything but great experience with their service team!

It's so easy - just snap a picture of the house- that's all it takes to find out house price and details. I use it when I drive around the neighborhood that we are thinking of settling into, mapping out characteristics of parts of town and take a "snap" of houses to get the feel of the housing market.

I'd like to suggest adding a feature of viewing neighborhood information "around" the particular property that the user has shown interest such as house prices, school district etc, so that it gives comprehensive picture of the house market, not just info on a particular house.

This app gives the capability that no other apps provide- instant information with a snap and I love it.

I love this app. I'm trying to find my next home and it gives me all the info I need to decide if I want to see it in person. I really like that it shows estimated prices for other houses in the neighborhood. A must use if you're house shopping.

If you are a real estate agent that wants to run your entire business from your phone this is THE APP man. My MLS just launched this for free to all members and it is incredible. How did I do my job before this. Simply the best!

Home snap is a fun little tool to get a ball park idea of what homes in a neighborhood go for. The problem I have is that I live in somewhat of a rural area where the benefits of the Internet are not fully utilized. Since home snap relies on Internet listings for information, it is counter productive if the real estate agents do not post the mls information online.

I just downloaded this app about two days ago and admit just learning how to use it. On that basis, I received a request to rate the app and, instead, wrote to ask questions, thinking that I'd "maybe" hear back in a day or two. Instead, in about 10 minutes, I received an clear, concise and helpful answer. 10 minutes!!!! On simply evaluating the Help factor I give this app a 5 star rating. Besides that, it's pretty accurate and fun to use. I say "Bravo", Guy, and thank you!

An App I actually like to use when cycling past properties that appeal to my eye! Just started using. the camera functionality can use improving as I have trouble getting the whole property in view, and it seems the App is just for portrait mode I suppose a utube video may be out there on usage. I give it a 5 for innovation..!

I use this app in my real estate business. I have recommended it to many agents through the iPad in Real Estate classes I teach to other agents. Very cool to sit in front of house and pull up the information about it, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, school district and more. While for the area I live and work in the suggested values are off by roughly 25% over current values, the other information it provides is very handy to have instantly. Thanks for a fun and handy app!

Homesnap in an invaluable tool for Realtors while on the road searching for the right home for their clients. Since it receives a direct, updated feed from the local MLS database, property information is accurate, unlike Zillow or Trulia and like sites. Additionally, Realtors can invite clients into the App and allow them access to the same information. Furthermore, the agent only information is essential when a drive-by results in a 'gotta see it now.'

I am a realtor and regularly test new apps for clients. The interface here is almost good. The search default is difficult to override. Text feature will be useful once I can attract a customer into the platform. Otherwise it is duplicative. As for the quality of the data, I do not know how they estimate rentals as they are too high and misleading. I cannot use this to research investments as I don't find it reliable.

As with any automated valuation system such as zillow/trulia/tax assessments, Homesnap does it's best at providing an accurate value to properties using the information it gains from tax records and previous sales. This is not what I use it for though. I am a Realtor and I love the ease of information available that I need while I am out in the field. I appreciate that it provides showing info, sold price and property history - all with the push of the button. If I am on a tour and my buyer likes a home, I can easily see what other homes nearby have sold and even create a simple CMA to email them. And, I am able to customize the app with my brand and share a link with my clients to use as well. No complaints here!

My wife and I are looking for a new house, and this app makes it very easy to keep up with our favorite homes. Much bettter than just using a regular camera app - it keeps our favorites and tells us all sorts of great things about the homes.

Love to take snaps of houses and see what they are worth !

But, sometimes it is not as the house obscured by trees and tall bushes.
Then, a funny thing happens. It gives the wrong address of that particular house. Address is Way off !

8/819 : Love it !

Excellent app and accurate. This app saves me time calling a realtor and having to share my contact information. Even better this app provides neighborhood houses information . I love that I notice a property while driving and happen to see a home of interest. SNAP and the info is provided in two seconds.

This app is simply awesome! It is a glimpse of what our world truly can be. Thank you to the HomeSnap team for conceiving the idea and making it a reality for all of us: those involved in real estate and those simply interested in buying or selling a home. HomeSnap has made it possible for even the most inexperienced home buyer / seller to get their hands on valuable information, unveiling the hidden mysteries behind real estate. Thank you sincerely. One of my favorite apps of all time. Rest assured that I will tell a LOT of people about this app.

I want to let you know how great your app is. It helps me get a feel for the market in particular areas that I am not too familiar.i also find it fun. I walk my dog around 5:00AM everyday and it has turned into quite a group of people from our neighborhood and others. Today I shared the app, checked a home that was for sale on a street. Then we compared it to one of the ladies homes just four homes over. It showed that there was a difference and the program doesn't generalize.

The only problem I find is in deleting past history. It seems to only be available on one screen and needs to be more prominently displayed on every page. I don't want my phone to HDTV all of that memory.

Give it a try. It is pretty cool.

Verified purchase

Homesnap provides realtors with a website, decent exposure and is well designed but it is expensive to use it to its best potential. If all services weren't separate and charged that way it would be better. Their outward facing website is pretty but unfortunately has not been able to gain the traction and visibility of Zillow or Redfin. I wish they offered a couple free months on some of their extra paid services, because they don't it limits a realtor's ability to gauge whether it's worth the money? Offering a free month on a 12 month obligation does nothing to quell concerns, however a couple free months prior to having to pay to determine if it does what it says would be much more likely to get users. In conclusion it's a good tool but they need to improve how it's presented to lower fear level.

Homesnap grew from the idea of "snap any home to find out all about it" into the premier mobile tool used by Pro real estate agents and their clients. Many great features and new ideas added all the time. Definitely the app to have!!!!

This app is for entertainment. Fun but doesn't seem accurate. It gave me wrong info on my own house. If it had a "search" it would be 4 stars. 5 if it was more accurate with search feature. But fun to use;)

This app is very helpful for starters in the real estate investing world. I love the map view option that also shows recently sold and other homes on sale close to the subject property. I definitely refer Homesnap for every property review and research.

It's a really cool app! My husband and I are in the early stages of home shopping and this app is so cool! We drove around and found the neighborhoods we like "snap" a home that has a "for sale" sign on it to see if it's in our $$ range, then it gives you other info about the home! Also other homes in the area! It was much quicker than having to quick search the realtor sight and find the address in their database. Love this app and we will use it to find our future home!
