Completely unimpressed! They missed/overlooked several things. We found a large hole in an eave that had obviously occurred over time, from squirrels and when we told them about it, rather than accepting it as an oversight on their part, they tried to claim it must have happened since the inspection. Any moron could see that it had occurred over years of time.
They would not accept responsibility, nor have the damage repaired! This is just one example. Im not going into all the other things. Bottom line is, if you are selling a house these guys would be great, but if you are purchasing a house I highly recommend Mark Ediger with Heritage Inspections. He found things even I was unaware of. Very thorough!
