I have not recieved it yet. The first time that I purchased during Covid-19, I changed my mind after the purchase as I have not received nothing, except a license plate frame. I wanted all the regalia before the 21st. Of this month, but that did not happen so I cancelled my pricey order. The young lady cancelled my entire order, and I became hugly disappointed because I did not get my National Honor Society diploma. I lost many weeks because she clicked the button very qquickly without asking whether or not I wanted 2 National Honor certificates. What is done is done, but I do recall several issues in the past caused by

My purchase came fast and was so neatly packed. Each item was package separately for convenience and that's the good part because I was able to store it into graduation!

Was not able to get my tassel or sash bc they were out. Not able to wear during graduation. Upsetting had to email Multiple times to get a refund

As a PROUD Eagle Alumni, my regalia was delivered in a timely fashion without any damage, or tears to the packaging, and the packaging label was legible (some labels on packages from other vendors end up damaged on their route). The Honors Society's excellence in community and services is truly a 5/5.

My certificate came in wonderful shape. It was protected from being bent unlike my college diploma. It did take a long time to arrive, but that could have been COVID related

I ordered my regalia on Sep 30th. Still nothing g has been shipped, no emails returned, called the site and it gets escalates, but nothing after that. I graduate in 2 weeks. Looks like I am SOL.

I don't hate honor society it makes me feel accomplished but I feel like I am not getting anything out of it I don't get a lot of emails like I would like to be more involved.
